They told me to wait 48 hours for payment link but I haven't yet received plz send link to above mentioned email address.

As i came to know about your website freedom251.com, That it is not following some security certificates how can i assure that my data remains between me and you?
Did you taken any step against it?
I also want to know why the mail is not yet comes to me with payment link for making payment for the related booking of freedom251 it almost 48 hrs gone after the booking.
Why are you not replying any mails?

No confirmation email has been sent to my gmail account I provided after booking a freedom251 smart phone.
They have promised to send it by 24 hours after booking. Please confirm my order and send me the link so that I can pay for the mobile.

This is to inform you that I had placed a order for “BELL Smart 101” on 08-Feb-2016, the payment has been made via SBI Credit Card and the payment is done via payu.in, but I have received a e-mail form [protected]@ringingbells.co.in that the transaction has been declined "Payment Status: failure".

I have received confirmation e-mail from [protected]@payu.in against my payment. Payu.in confirm me that the transaction has been successfully done"Payment Status: SUCCESS", Payu.in confirm me that the my payment has been transferred to RINGING BELLS PVT LTD (website: www.ringingbells.co.in).

I had sent e-mail to RINGING BELLS PVT LTD ([protected]@ringingbells.co.in, [protected]@ringingbells.co.in ) for cancel my order and refund my paid amount on 11-Feb-2016 & 15-Feb-2016. but I have not received any e-mail or phone call.

As per conversation with Ringing Bells via facebook Chat on 16-Feb-2016, Thay told me "Rakesh kindly give us 2 days time. We would appreciate your patience".

but till date I have not got the money yet.

I have order for ringing bell mobile smart 101 on 13 February 2016 order is confirm payment is successful but i have no details of my order i have no corrier details please suggest me my mob.no.[protected]

No transaction receipt was received neither any information was conveyed by the company.
Called many times to the customer care number but no one picks up the phone.

Amount is deducted from my A/c but did not receive the product till the date..I call to given customer care no and they told me to deliver the product..but still I did not receive..so plse cancel my order and refund my money..my ordere no is- RB[protected]

Hi i have ordered this product on 09/2/2016 and paid 2969.01 INR but money got deducted from account and i did not get any order confirmation. I Puchased Smart 101 Mobile From Ringingbells company PVT LTd.
I have payment confirmation on mobile as Your Payment ID 92312054 oF Rs 2999.0 For www.ringingbells.co.in is successful and covered under Buyer Protection . and purchase worth Rs. 2969.01 on POS UBIACQ00 at PayU Recharge Gurgaon DLIN txn #[protected]. I tried company via email, Twitter and facebook but they are avoiding me along with other customers whose money got deducted as well. On twitter they are replying to other visitors but to who actually paid. I have supplied them payment details as well and left numerous tweets and messages and getting no where.Please contact this company and ask them to either confirm the order or provide me refund as it is causing me stress...

I have done payment via CCAvenue using Indian Bank NetBanking and its reference number is[protected].

I had informed about same via Contant Us page on www.freedom251.com yesterday but there is no response from the company. They were not even picking up the phone number they have provided.

Actually I had booking freedom 251 mobile the payment link is go through mail ID but I had entered a wrong mail ID..the vaild ID is [protected]@gmail but I have entered a [protected]@gmail.com...can u suggest me what can I do sir please rectify

I am unable to believe that a smart phone having configuration 3.2 MP + .3 MP camera, 1GB RAM, 8 GB internal memory, 1.3 GHz Quadcore processor can be produced in Rs 251. I want the company to justify the production of a single or multiple units in whatever the way they want.

I placed freedom 251 mobile order on 18th feb 2016 @ 9.47 am using credit card after which payment of 291 is deducted it threw an gateway time out.
