I have booked a smart 101 phone on february. As per your communication, i have received the refund of my payment and been informed that the phone will be delivered on COD basis. But, it is really disappointing to receive no further communications from your end regarding the delivery of the phone.

        I have place order for Mobile Smart C101 on 08.02.16 and the payment of Rs. 2999/- for the same paid through SBI ATM/Debit Card and confirmation of the same was received by email vide Order NO. RB[protected] and through message vide order No.[protected]_56b827d43305c On 24.02.2016 I have received your message on my mobile Phone No. [protected] that your phone will be shipped by 26.02.2016. On 26.02. 2016 I have again received your message which is as under:
        "Many thanks for your continued support. We have instructed Pay U money to refund all the money received from the customers of Smart 101. For future transactions we have announced cash on Delivery. The phones will now be delivered through COD".
        But after 26.02.2016 I have not received any message or email from your end reg. refund of the same. Please refund of the same may be sent at the earliest or send my Smart C 101 Mobile as promised by you.

                    They have confirmed my order on 11th feb by mail with following details as below:

                    Your order id no rb[protected] with ringing bells for "smart 101" is confirmed and will be delivered to you by 25th february.

                    On 23th february, they mailed me:

                    Your order no. Rb[protected] is confirmed and is being processed.

                    Your dispatch details will be mailed to you by friday, 26 feb 2016.

                    On 26 february, finally they mailed me


                    We thank you for your support and overwhelming response to the launch of our smart phone “smart 101”.

                    In deference to our discussions and requests, we have decided to instruct the payment gateway m/s payumoney to refund all the money that they have received from the customers towards booking “smart 101”.

                    We have instructed payumoney to initiate the refund with immediate effect to the respective banks, which shall then be reflected in customers account by monday as advised by payumoney. We will also keep track of the same at our end to ensure refunds.

                    For future transactions we have announced cash on delivery option. The phones will now be delivered through cod to customers.

                    Once again thank you for your continued support.

                        Booked a phone on 8 th of feb and delivery was committed by 25 th of feb.on 23rd of feb received a mail, in which it was committed that company(m/s ringing bells pvt ltd) will send us the dispatch details by 26th of feb .on 26 th of feb .in spite of providing dispatch details company(m/s ringing bell pvt ltd) committed us refund in two days.i believe this company is complete fraud and our case should be considered by cyber crime branch.i m still waiting for the refund or the phone.no customer care number is working.and there is no reasponse from company side.

                              Hi,

                              I had ordered 4 Smart 101 Handset from Ringing Bell, Noida based company. Total cost for four handset was 12000 approximately. After ordering I gpt confirmation message and mail both mentioning that phone will be delivered by 25th February. After this I got another message and mail that Phone will be delivered by 26th February. After this I got another message and mail that the Amount will be refunded on Monday i.e. 29th February. But till today neither I got the phone nor any Mail and nor any Money refund. Below id the order number - RB[protected].

                                      This complain is registered against company name - Ringing Bells.

                                      Myself had booked Freedom 251 mobile phone onsite and was promised to get the payments done within 2 working days after the booking.

                                      desirable resolution -
                                      As per the word given by the company to its customers they should be getting their product irrespective of terms and conditions of the company.

                                      Else the company members should be dragged behind the bars.

                                        Sir few days ago a company name Ringing bells offer mobile named freedom 251 having price of rs 251 and i had pay for that 291rs which include mobile price and shipping charges and purchase that phone and company promiss to dilever on month of june.Now i hear news about Ringing bell a froud compay and not giveing any mobile so i want to refund my amount.In this complain i also atthach my payment sleep of me .so please reply what to do or proceed your self
