I am also the victim of ringing bells fraud
My family ordered for 3 but because of being not fully sure just paid 1100/-Rs for 2 cards but nothing recieved rather than two parcel of silver cards and a letter that he is providing the mobile till 31st Dec.2016.
Mere khayaal se desh bhar me laakho log is fraud ke shikaar huein hain aur paisa dekar mobile aane ka intezaar kar rahe hain.

Ab to had hi ho gayee, forum pe maine apna mobile no. kya dala, 12 ko ek bande ne mujhe phone kiya jiska mobile no. [protected] hai ne mujhe phone kiya aur bola main ringing bells ki taraf se bol raha hoon company aapse liye gaye paise lautana chahti hai aap apna bank account details and card no. bataiye paise transfer kar diya jayega, mujhe laga shayad company sabko paise wapa lauta rahi hai maine use bank name aur card no. bata diya phir usne mujhe card ka cvv number puchha to mujhe shak hua maine use bataya ki paise transfer karne ke liye cvv code ki kya jarurat hai lekin jaldbaazi me maine woh bhi bata diya
Ab dekhiye kya bolta hai ki aapke mobile pe jo 5 digit ka verification code aaya hai bata dijiye, main to maaxxxxx bahanxxxxx karne hi wala tha tab tak usne phone kaat diya. talk maine save karke rakha hai post karunga.

My silver membership card No is [protected] valid from 09/16 to 09/19. One phone freedom 251 was to be sent to me by 31 Dec 2016 free cost in view of my membership by the company. The same has not been sent by them to me so far. The company is fraud and cheater. Concerned police station and anti corruption bureau is requested to lodge the complaint against the company for cheating the customers. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

Last sept, 2016 i purchased a silver card paying rs 500. The feature that i can buy product at discount rate on ring bells website and a freedom 251 will be delivered free along with silver card.
I just received the silver card (Royalty card) and a letter mentioning that the phone will be delivered on or before 31 dec. (They did not mention the year - i assumed that it should be 2016).

When tried reaching rb customer care, no response.

Now it's more than 6 months that i haven't received any update about the phone or money.

Please advise

Is INDIA a platform to do frauds, why government cant do anything with these cheaters.OR government was also sold to this company. if not make that company to giveback all the money they had taken or provide the products.This was the case that happened with ringingbells pvt limited. Dont make indians lose their hope on this consumer complaints working .among world countries INDIA was becoming cheap because of these cheap governance.

I ordered two rb loyalty card worth of 1000 rup but as per he promise he did not delivered the phone at the last of december. Till the date i did not recieved my phone ...
please do something please...
they make fools to the custmers...
please do something for that asap ...
my money stucks... :(

Plz be notified that after waiting for several months I still have not received the phone which I paid for in advance. Moreover none of the communication address is working. I m wondering that how could Indian Government ignore these kinds of cheats with the citizens. I mean.. this news was spreading over news channels all over the country but now none of the department is Interfering even after many people have been fooled by the company. Its not the matter of 500/- but the security of indian citizens. Now, kindly notify me when exactly I m going to receive the phone or i would knock the Court's door to escalate this.

but ringing bells don't dispatch my order in my home, so please placed my order .

I have paid INR 550 to Ringing Bells For Platinum Membership on September 2016. As per the membership i should receive a Freedom 251 phone before 31st December 2016. But Nothing Received till now, and the company website is disabled.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was booked RB Silver loyalty card through Ringing bells official site on Sep 8th 2016 & the Physical silver loyalty card was received on 28th Sep 2016 by paid Rs.550 Cash(COD).
As promised by Ringing Bells pvt. ltd. President that he would delivered FREEDOM 251 Mobile by end of Dec 31st. Also that he says if I am not paid Rs.550 on COD(Cash on delivery), his order stands cancelled.
But today is 12 Jan2017 & I've not got Freedom251 mobile phone from Ringing Bells Pvt. Ltd. Also his official site & customer care numbers was not working from more then 2 months.
Pls suggests me that What I do ??
