I joined the loyalty program of ringingbells from the official site of the company and i paid rs.550 for the silver card. I got the card and It was written that i will get free freedom 251 before or on december but till now i didn't get that and now the site is not opening and i've heard the news that they had closed the company... Please help...

I have ordered silver loyalty card through ringing bells website 4months ago. I got that card and i have paid rs.550/-. They promised will get free freedom251 mobiles till now i have not get freedom251 gift mobile. But last few weeks website is not able to open. Today i saw news online ringing bells is shutdown and open a new company in delhi. They totally foolish me and my money is gone. Please try to resolve this issue or please give me free freedom 251 mobile gift.

pls. inform when it will be delivery.

I hv purchased loyalty card with free gift mobile (Freedom 251). Ringing bells loyalty card got it by dtdc, fee gift freedom 251 mobile not dilever, they said that till 31 dec 2016 mobile shall be deliver to you. But right now ringing bells website are not working... Cant buying any product of ringing bells due to website issue what i do ringing bells pls do needful..

I had paid amount for membership in ringing bell for this i need to get one mobile phone free. I am keep on sending mails but no response from company and customer care number also not working. Kindly look into this issue

I am a member of loyalty program with silver card of INR 500 but didnt receive freedom 251as promised.please help. Website of ringingbells shutdown now without informing us. No email to communicate. Feeling disappointed as the company cheated a lot of people including me. In news it is found that they shutdown the company and started new company. I got a letter and card regarding the membership. It is with me for evidence.

I order silver membership card. Till now they cannot deliver silver card to me. As well as..

Ringing bells ltd. Make fraud to me.. To receive payment but cannot deliver my product.( freedom 251 smartphone )

if my complain not solved then i file "fir" at my nearest police station..

this is to complain about non responsiveness. on november 2nd 2016 i purchased RB loyality program silver card costing Rs500/- with an offer of free freedom 251 smart phone to be delivered by December 31st 2016 and 5% off on products purchased on Ringing bells website http://www.ringingbells.co.in . But post demonetisation that is from November 8th 2016 web site is not working and i fear that i may loose my money so i request you to resolve the issue either by giving clarification that website will come back soon or by promising refund from the company. the order no given by the company is - 5819b64eeb70e

Company Have offered Freedom251 phone with their Loyality program, They Have promised to give that before Dec 31 2016, but when I tried checking my order status I didn't find my order and when I tried calling to the company to their Toll Free No(Customer Care No.[protected] AM to 7 PM)) It was not valid. and website(www.ringingbells.com) was not responding showing error too many redirects,
