I gave my online learner's test on 27th July and had passed the test. As per the website the learner's licence is pending approval from my local RTO (MH03). It's been more than a week now but there has been no progress.

Applied for AELD Learners license on 30/06/2021 it has been over one week and documents are still under verification at the RTO level.
I already have a learner license of LMV but didn't apply for AELD.
It's been under verification for a long period of time and I didn't even get any updates, I just wanna know how many more days will it take to verify? do I have to visit the concerned RTO office regarding this query? and what is FACELESS SCR1?

But still my Car hadn't removed from Blacklist
Still Iam Facing Lot of issues because of their irresponsibility

I have passed my LL test on 31st July 2021, however the Learning License has not been issued yet. The application is still in pending state. My friend also applied for LL on the same date and he has received the LL no. however mine is in pending state. My application no.is [protected].

I appeared for Driving License Test from "RTO BANGALORE (EAST), KASTURI NAGAR " (KA 03) on 08-March-2021. I cleared the test and the results are updated on 29-March-2021. It's been 6 months, I still have not got my DL. The status on the Parivahan website says "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )" from the last 5 months.

I visited the RTO once and they said the DL smart card is getting printed still.

I tried calling them. All the numbers are busy. I didn't get a response to my Emails too.

Please help me get my License ASAP.

My application No. is [protected] for AEDL. I have appeared in LMV DL Test on 18.07.2021 at Burari Test Centre Delhi and successfully passed the same.

More than 15 days have passed but the STATUS of my DL is not known to me. Kindly let me know the present status of my AEDL and estimated time for completing the process please.

I applied for MCWG and LMV on Salt Lake RTO, West Bengal (WB 07) application no. [protected] . I have completed all the necessary steps and appeared for final test on 30th July 2021. I passed both the test. As of now status shows pending for Approval of DL, printing of DL in form 7, dispatch of the DL and PSV badge.
How many days does it takes to get updated after test. Printing and dispatch may take time but why test result still showing pending.

I am trying to book LL test slot allotment from last 8 days but unable to do so, it is showing 90days no slot available, till November all slots are booked.

I appeared for & cleared LMV driving test on 18th June 2021. I already have a 2 wheeler license which was submitted for endorsement.

My application status still shows 'APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL' as 'PENDING'. (Application:[[protected]]

It's been over 45 Days. The endorsement should have happened by now because I surrendered my two wheeler smart-card.

I bought a second hand bike last year december month. The owner gave me all papers of bike and affidavit of selling the bike... but till now the owner not transferred the bike to my name... every time I was call him.. the excuses me with problem.. plz help me out for the fraud owner

I sold my 2 wheeler last year in oct, and from Dec i had received 2 Challans of total 8000. I am calling the buyer on regular basis and he is giving excuses and not filling the challans. Please suggest what should I do.

My old vehicle with Reg No KA 08 U 8003, which has been sold before four years but still the ownership details of vehicle showing my name, I sold through the mechanic so i do not know the purchaser details, all the forms & NOC required for the transfer of vehicle is already provided to the buyer. Please help me with the issue

Sir,

I applied for Learning Licence in from RTO Kosambi (U.P). My Registration No. is [protected]. I took the slot for LL test on 31 July 21 from 12:30 to 14:30. When I reach for verification of my documents at ARTO office at Manjhanpur (Kosambi) then the officials and officer present there has denied to do the verification of my documents stating that as your temporary and permanent both address is from prayagraj so you cannot get LL or DL from Kosambi RTO I.e from ARTO Manjhanpur (Kosambi). But as per the recent amendment Serial No. 5 in Motor Vehicle act section 9(i), i am eligible to take the DL and LL from any RTO within the state in which state I ordinary stay or carry business. The same also being stated earlier by our Hon’ble Minister Sri Nitin Gadkari also. The same lines of Amendment is appended below :-


AMENDMENT

[[“5. In section 9 of the principal Act, — (i) in sub-section (1), for the words “the licensing authority having jurisdiction in the area”, the words “any licensing authority in the State” shall be substituted;
(ii) in sub-section (3), for the second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:— “Provided further that a driving licence for driving an adapted vehicle may be issued to the applicant, if the licensing authority is satisfied that he is fit to drive such motor vehicle.”;
(iii) in sub-section (4), the words “such minimum educational qualification as may be prescribed by the Central Government and” shall be omitted; (iv) in sub-section (5), in the proviso, after the words “last such test”, the words and figures “and such applicant shall be required to complete a remedial driver training course from any school or establishment under section 12” shall be inserted.”]]

Further it is stated that due the above mentioned act of the officials and officers at ARTO office at Manjhanpur (Kosambi) under juridiction of RTO Kosambi (U.P.) my valuable time and money both wasted on saturday on 31 July 21 apart from my physical harassment and mental agony.

Therefore it is humbly pray that necessary instruction may please be given to the ARTO Manjhanpur (Kosambi) and their officials so that I could get my LL from that place. In this aspect I canceled my old slot on that day and re booked the new slot on 07 Aug 21.

But till the date its shows status pending for
