I bought a second hand bike last year december month. The owner gave me all papers of bike and affidavit of selling the bike... but till now the owner not transferred the bike to my name... every time I was call him.. the excuses me with problem.. plz help me out for the fraud owner

I sold my 2 wheeler last year in oct, and from Dec i had received 2 Challans of total 8000. I am calling the buyer on regular basis and he is giving excuses and not filling the challans. Please suggest what should I do.

My old vehicle with Reg No KA 08 U 8003, which has been sold before four years but still the ownership details of vehicle showing my name, I sold through the mechanic so i do not know the purchaser details, all the forms & NOC required for the transfer of vehicle is already provided to the buyer. Please help me with the issue

Sir,

I applied for Learning Licence in from RTO Kosambi (U.P). My Registration No. is [protected]. I took the slot for LL test on 31 July 21 from 12:30 to 14:30. When I reach for verification of my documents at ARTO office at Manjhanpur (Kosambi) then the officials and officer present there has denied to do the verification of my documents stating that as your temporary and permanent both address is from prayagraj so you cannot get LL or DL from Kosambi RTO I.e from ARTO Manjhanpur (Kosambi). But as per the recent amendment Serial No. 5 in Motor Vehicle act section 9(i), i am eligible to take the DL and LL from any RTO within the state in which state I ordinary stay or carry business. The same also being stated earlier by our Hon’ble Minister Sri Nitin Gadkari also. The same lines of Amendment is appended below :-


AMENDMENT

[[“5. In section 9 of the principal Act, — (i) in sub-section (1), for the words “the licensing authority having jurisdiction in the area”, the words “any licensing authority in the State” shall be substituted;
(ii) in sub-section (3), for the second proviso, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:— “Provided further that a driving licence for driving an adapted vehicle may be issued to the applicant, if the licensing authority is satisfied that he is fit to drive such motor vehicle.”;
(iii) in sub-section (4), the words “such minimum educational qualification as may be prescribed by the Central Government and” shall be omitted; (iv) in sub-section (5), in the proviso, after the words “last such test”, the words and figures “and such applicant shall be required to complete a remedial driver training course from any school or establishment under section 12” shall be inserted.”]]

Further it is stated that due the above mentioned act of the officials and officers at ARTO office at Manjhanpur (Kosambi) under juridiction of RTO Kosambi (U.P.) my valuable time and money both wasted on saturday on 31 July 21 apart from my physical harassment and mental agony.

Therefore it is humbly pray that necessary instruction may please be given to the ARTO Manjhanpur (Kosambi) and their officials so that I could get my LL from that place. In this aspect I canceled my old slot on that day and re booked the new slot on 07 Aug 21.

But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

I had been to valsad RTO for my driving test but that day due to rains the system was down & tracks were not open so the test was not conducted & we were told to come after 2 days & since today the test are not happening and my last date is 3rd august 2021 what should i do if i have to renew the learning license i have to pay fees again for the renewal why should i bare that fees, i want to give the test. But my last date is tomorrow & they should extend my date when they start the test and should take my test

My Driving License has got dispatced by speed post on 30 Jun 21. Today is 02 Aug 21 but still i have not received it . Even if when i track my consignment details on speed post website, then it says "CONSIGNMENT DETAILS NOT FOUND " . My speed post tracking ID is JA[protected]IN . I went to my local speed post office and DTO but they were unable to give any information about my Driving Licence .
Please help me in getting my Driving Licence .

My M.CYl and LMV-NT driving licence no.DL[protected] was issued on dated 03/08/2016 and valid till date 02/08/2021.Therefore, i paid my renewal licence fee on line to Ecommence RP Bangluru vide paymenr id.HfrzsoFoiEnB6B dated 01/08/2021 at time arround 2.30 P.M.

Today i took a taxi in morning around 7am from borivali to jogeshwari it took 9mins to reach to destination as the roads where empty and driver was driving fast when i reached driver told the fare is 650 which is very high according to the distance i refuse to give him so starter abusing i took picture of his car number plate i request you people to please check the his meter he is doing scam with public his number plate is mh01At7143

The subject DL validity expired on 20/07/2021. While trying to apply for online renewal, a message is appearing in Sarathi website that the data is not available in central repository and can be done by concerned authority.

As I have shifted to Kolkata after retirement, it is not possible for me to travel to Singrauli, MP for renewal.
Request a online service for this licence also

Last 1 month only showing smart card printing

I had applied for driving licence and my DL no. had been generated 7 month ago but didn't got printed on smart card. One candidate had applied after me in same DTO and he received it also 6 month ago.
I request @BiharTransport to plz fix my problem as soon as possible.
