Dear Team, Kindly note that it has been now a year since I bought my Honda City car from the Noida - Ace Honda showroom which was registered in Delhi as I am a resident of Delhi. I would like to bring this to your notice that my car RC (as promised) has not yet been delivered to my home address.

My Car number is DL 2C BB 7638.

I humbly request you to please look into this matter on an urgent basis and deliver my RC as due to COVID-19 it is not possible for us to visit at the office.

Do let me know if you need any other information.

    I have submitted online application for address update in driving license, Paid fee and submitted soft copy of DL and Aadhaar. My application was approved. It has since been kept pending for printing. Went to Zonal Office, West Delhi, Janakpuri, submitted an application and still no update. A snapshot of the application status from the Transport Sarathi portal and Parivahan Receipt is also attached.

    I have applied for a driving license address change on 19th June 2021 at ZONAL OFFICE, WEST DELHI, JANAKPURI the application is still stuck at the Printing / Dispatch stage for more than 2 months. A snapshot of the application status from the Transport Sarathi portal and Parivahan Receipt is also attached. Please do the needful.

      I prashant B Gosavi applied for Duplicate RC for my ertiga on 8th Oct 2020 through online with online payment. But yet till date i never or neither receive any kind of communication from your side, nor received RC too.

      As per guideline it shows my duplicate RC will be received by post, but it does not happen. Let me know it is general practice to take 9 months for receiving duplicate RC?

                Sir, I'm trying to book my slot for driving licence test. But when I enter my details it shows a blank page whith no further input option. please solve this problem.

                    My Driving Licence has been approved on 05/06/2021, but it is almost 2 months is going to be completed since then but till now it is not printed yet.                       I could not complete my Learning license payment due to some technical issue the first time. But after that when I am trying to make a payment it giving the 'application is verifying with bank' message each time. It's really frustrating, please resolve this issue.                         Sir, I was travelling in my Car OD02AK3457 to Baripada Dist Mayurbhanj on 11th of April 2021. I have checked online on 23.07.2021 regarding the age of my Vehicle, Suddenly I saw a Challan against my Car, Which is 100% False. The Violation is Over Speed & Not Carring the Valid Licence.

                          The guy who took my test, he just took 4 rocks by the road and put them 2 feet away from each other in a straight line and told me to ride in an out them in a a snake like pattern . That's what you call a test seriously ?????? Now I have to give 300 rs to them for another test . This is our system .

                            I submitted rc for name transfer at the month of Jan-2021 but still I didn't recieve, I am calling daily daily but they say to wait. They even didn't give me anything.

                              I've attended the driving skill test at Bahraich RTO in Uttar Pradesh at 29/06/2021 and was informed that I had successfully passed it. I was also told that within 30 days my DL will be in my hands. Now neither I got my DL not did any confirmation message. At my DL portal the result is still showing as pending. Now what I supposed to do??

                                I have applied for online application for renewal of my learner's license . It has been 21 days since I applied . They are telling me to upload documents again and again whereas my application has no error . They cut my call and I have dialled them minimum 20times for help .
                                Sorry to say but very very much disappointed with the the system . Please try to improve .

                                    My experience with RTO Jaynagar, Bangalore on 22 July has been very disappointing. I had gone to convert my International license to Indian License.Very discourteous staff ( counter 11) with no proper knowledge of the processes. The behavior of the Assistant RTO ( counter 14)was unprofessional.

                                    Also it is impossible to make a slot booking at this center. Currently not showing any slots available for next two months!!!

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Me a supporter of Delhi Government but was very unpleasant to see how the department of Rto is working. The testing way is so unpleasant that people are forced to go for illegal ways to make license. This was my second experience one in Janakpuri previously and today in Dwarka sec 22.Is there any logic that a person has to give so many times indicators in a time slab of 2 min in 2 wheelers. And is the track ok if one has heavy bike .It is almost impossible to take so many so many turns with heavy bike. I understand that we have to finish corruption but not by making people so un happy. There should be a department in every office where genuine complaints should be heard otherwise there is no difference whosoever come to power.
