I have applied for a driving licence from Barasat RTO in the month of July'2020 (application no. [protected]). After continuous followup i got my online test in the month of Dec'20, and i got my learner licence (validity 11/12/2020 to 10/06/2021). and that validity also expire.
Still now i have not received final test date.
Please do the needful

      Dear Sir/Madam,
      I am Ms. Saloni Ishwar Gupta, I have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. is [protected] at Mumbai East RTO, Mumbai.
      I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 03rd July 2021.
      But till the date it shows status pending for
      1) approval of dl
      2) printing of dl in form 7 &
      3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge

          I passed online learning test on 03/07/2021. And my application number is [protected].
          My name is Chandrashekhar Shriram Thakare. My application status shows " your application pending at RTO level ". I visited after 14 days but RTO officer
          Said, online application not seen by them. On their computer. And they not able to approve my application. And said they have no any authority to approve online learning application.

            Applied for LMV Learners license on 05/07/2021 it has been over one week and documents are still under verification at the RTO level.
            I already have a learner license of MCWG but didn't apply for LMV so I did it after approval of my MCWG LL because we can't change the class of vehicle after giving the test so basically, I had left only one option to apply for LMV separately.
            but it's been under verification for a long period...

            Today[protected]I have visited to the RTO office shimoga [ KA14 ]. I wanted to apply for change of ownership for my bike. When i went to pay the service charges there was innormous quee at the cash counter. i have joined the quee at 11.00 AM and ended up at 4.00pm. Dont you people think that why the public have to wait such a long time just to pay the challan. The RTO staffs are more concerned about giving more importance to AGENTS who brings N number of application in one hand and blocks the entire quee. This is such a shameful act. And more over if somebody comes directly by paying fees through online, then staffs says that its not reflecting here and you should start over it again here. What is this. Are they that much dumb?? nobody is giving atleast basic information on anything. simply they are just looting public. I here by writing complaint by keeping hope that atleast whomever you are could just respond to this and look into this matter. What a shame to the department. Agents are behaving like they are the supremes here. hope you will look and revert back

                    Hi,
                    I applied for renewal of my DL in 2020. I completed all formalities, paid my fees and went to RTO to submit my original DL along with other documents in March 2021 (delay happened due to RTO office being shut down due to COVID). I was told in March that my new DL will reach me in 1 month's time. It has been 4 months now but I have not received my new DL. The phone numbers on the website do not work. The current status on website is showing "PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )" - Pending and "DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE" - Pending.

                    Not sure why is it taking 4 months to print a DL and send it to my address. Can someone please take note of this issue and provide a response. My details are as under:

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      Greetings for the day.

                                      This is regarding my application no "[protected]" for the below contactless services.

                                      1. ISSUE INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT
                                      2. CHANGE OF ADDRESS IN DL
                                      3. ISSUE OF DUPLICATE DL

                                      I would like to inform you that the online application for the above request has been completed from my end on 13th June 2021. However, for the last 1 month, the application is under processing at the RTO level.

                                      Whenever I check the application status on the Parivahan Sarthi portal it says "Application is under processing at RTO Level."
                                      Document Uploaded online. Applicant presence is not required.

                                      It is my humble request to kindly look into this and support on priority, if possible. Thanks in advance.

                                      Dear Team,
                                      Is it possible to update me on the status of my application?

                                      I also wrote a mail to Sarthi parivan's customer support team regarding the above issue however got below response from them.

                                      "Dear User,
                                      Kindly note that NIC provides technical support in design/development and implementation support only.
                                      All policy/procedural and operational issues shall be the prerogative of the Transport Dept."

                                      Don't know whom to contact to resolve this issue.
                                      I even visited the local transport department but they said it's an online application/ contactless application, it will resolve online you don't need to visit. No support from their side.
                                      Requesting to please escalate it to the relevant department, if possible.
