Hello,
Hope you are doing well!

I want yo know that when my HSRP plate will get fit. As the appointment date was 17th july, the fitment person said me that they will came on monday and till now the hsrp plate was not fitted to my car. And they are saying me that I have to call them on thursday morning coz they can not remember. Now its your responsibility to fit the hsrp plate if i pay for home fitment. And they are saying me to came to rto office and also please tell me why should I visit rto office if I have paid for home delivery.
Now I got challan of my vehicle then I will file a case as I am having all call recording with them. But I will not pay a single rupee for hsrp challan.

Sir,
Please refer to above subject matter.

In this regard please find attached herewith my application details for your ready reference.

I have applied online for hypothecation termination of my Suzuki Access 125 Scooter and paid the requisite fee.

However, my application is pending for nearly 4 months at RTO Vadodara. I tried to contact over telephone but nobody is picking up the call.

In this pandemic scenario of Corona, physical visit to RTO office is very risky. Also, the purpose of online application will be spoiled, if one had to go to RTO office, despite uploading all the desied documents and completing all formalities online.

In view of above, it is requested to look into the matter and do the needful. If anything have to be done on my part, the same may be intimated to me.

Hello, I am visiting the RTO Balaghat (M.P.) for my Driving License renewing
Online shows me appointment from 10 AM but no one come office till 11:30 to 12 Noon and office time till 5 but authority not present after 4PM.

Date of incident :- July 20 2021

They returned me 2 time stating that officer is not there. document is not full. I have to travel many kms for visiting the office, but every time getting the different date and time.

As there is no need of online appointment if you guys are not present in office. or update the site about availability.

Bad experience all together, i am not sure how many more visit i need to do for this simple work. which RTO officers in Balaghat location makes difficult.

I would will be grateful if the execution of exam and calling of candidates get done as per the sequence number or token number provided to the candidates applying through online mode, and if candidates applying through agent or broken should be consulted on particular day other than days alloted to candidates applying through online mode as the rto officers are calling by name to some candidates but in any sequential order neither based on any logic and on asking why it is so no one is ready to answer, I will be very grateful if government starts removal of corruption from the government body cells

I have applied for a learning license and at the time of verification the official have demanded the form1A ( which is for medical purpose) but according to the official website parivahan.gov.in form1A is not required for my application and i am unable to download it, but the official repeatedly demanding that form1A and when i asked them about the rules they told me that everyone do submit here so you also have to submit it.

which is against the rule and Arbitrariness.

It has been a pain trying to get something as necessary as a driving license in Siliguri. I have been trying to get my DL but it shows Approval of DL Pending and Allotment Information Unavailable. I have passed my Tests and submitted all required documents in the office. I had also got a receipt of Driving License and I was told that I will get a message within 7 days. The Siliguri RTO Phone Number is also not functional.

Why RTO has not mentioned the reason for holding hypothecation when bank NOC and original form is couriered as well. This is time consuming and non productive task for a user.

Doctor were uploaded on 07.07.2021. The license which was issued in RTO, Nagpur (Maharashtra) is being expired on[protected]. I shall be thankful if you please look into the matter so that I could get renewed copy well in time to continue my driving.
