Daily when I travel in the mhow indore bus I notice over crowd in most of the buses which may result in accidents the drivers also drive buses so rash that at the time when a vehicle comes in its way the force stop the bus. They also demand the fare more thn nrml and when anybody complaint abt they they start using abusive nd cheap language specially by verma brothers buses the conductor who has some sort of eye defect he is so rude and abosive to the travellers

I was crossing a road in Chitlapakkam in a bike..I turned on my indicator and was crossing a road... Suddenly a bike came with a full speed and made an accident without noticing my indicator signal...He started quaralling with me that I should not cross the road...I should go forward and then to make a u turn...His vehicle number is TN 72 AM 8773

It's been 8 days since the status of my RTO application is under
PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD )

I tired to call customer care they said RTO can resolve and RTO Raja Garden doesn't pick the contact number

Please help to resolve it.

I gave my driving licence test on 5/02/2021, approval of endorsement happened on 9/02/2021 and today is 17/02/2021. It is taking much more longer than we are told at RTO. Because of the previous licence being submitted, traffic police does bother us even though I have photo of approved driving test. Please look into this and process the printing as soon as possible.

This is to point out the high incompetence and carelessness of the responsible individuals at the test center and the RTO consumer complaints department as well.

I have lodged a complaint regarding the no updation of test result on my Apllication status. But even after 1.5 months of the test. and nearly 20 days of complaint the status is still on pending state.
These people are just warming their seats and getting tax payers money for doing absolutely nothing.

Really useless and pathetic service. No wonder this is a result of lazy and sloppy workers. You should have some shame and get to work atleast once in a while.

Abhi haal hi me mene apna driving license banwaya hai jisme mera photo saaf nahi aya ab isme galti kiski hai ya to jisne mera photo khincha uski ya jaha se ye print hua unki ye mujhe nahi pata to aap se anurodh hai kripya aap use sahi kara me kahi use id proof du to vo maan nhi rahe kyunki usme photo saaf nahi hai

I had applied for renewal and address change of my DL and the process was completed of[protected]. It is now[protected] and I haven't yet received my DL and it shows printing of smart card is pending on the application status page. Please pay attention towards my case and help out.

The RC book delivery system is highly ineffective as the post given by the RTO to the Indian post is not having enough details in it.
Following is the process for it :

1. RC book is submitted by RTO to the Indian post is not having Mobile number details. Which is available with them.
2. Indian post delivery person is updating the details of not delivering the RC book at the end of the day and not calling anyone on the address.
3. When you are not able to get the RC book, it will be sent back to the RTO and they will take 3 days to enter it in the system.
4. When you get there at RTO, they will ask to come some other day. So you will loose your around 1 month to get your RC book.

Been waiting from 9 in the morning to get my dl done and the officials are delaying it with random reasons. It's 3:18 now and now they are making us wait because an official is gone to his lunch for around an hour.

It also says -
[protected] Dispatched Through Postal Service.

However the speed post tracking number is not visible.

Can you please check?

I have applied for NOC through https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/ along with all the required documents (Application no. - MH201210V1806181). My online NOC application was not approved by RTO-Pune. The customer care directed us to contact RTO Pune directly.

We have contacted Pune RTO through registered post, email id. But, did not receive any response. The Maharashtra RTI website does not have a provision to submit RTI for Pune-RTO.

Due to COVID. We are also not able to make an in-person visit.

This is causing us a lot of hassles and I am not sure how the NOC can be obtained from RTO-Pune.

I have applied for a LMV drivers license at electronic city rto (MH21), JALNA.
The approval of dLL is still pending at rto level as on[protected]. I request you to notify the rto for the same, as they have not answered any calls i have made them so far. I even contacted MAHARASHTRA road transport authority and they asked me to contact the concerned JALNA RTO. (Which never answers calls?)

Dear Sir,
I have to report, hit and run case by a bus, which hit our car from back side, when we were waiting at signal if New Shakti Nagar, for going towards Mumbai Naka.
My Son, Harshad Sharma was driving our car S.Cross number
MH14 FG 0762. My 7 years old grandson was also in the car.
As we were waiting on Red Signal,
Bus private number MH28 BH 5858
Hit us from back side.
He did not apologise or stopp, but run state without stopping, as signal got green.
I am a Sr. Citizan, requested them to stop, I took photographs also which are enclosed .
There is a damage to the car, and cost will be high to get it repaired.
Please do justice to us, by registering offence against the bus driver.

Hello, I have applied the upgrade my DL to LMV and Gear Motor cycle.
This is with the Vadodara RTO
However its still stuck on Scrutiny Document verification stage (its been more than 3 days now ). I have been checking the status regularly, but doesn't change at all.

My name is Tijo M Joy (licence number-KL35 [protected]) I have applied for heavy licence (application number [protected]).I have successfully completed the test conducted by SRTO, PALAI, KOTTAYAM, KERALA. on[protected], but till date I haven't received my new licence.
When enquired they are stating it is due to some software error with NIC and they are helpless.
I humbly request you to take necessary action to issue me a new licence as early as possible
