Dear sir/madam,
With due response I get to say that, I have applied for my DL in Kasturi Nagar, RTO office, Bangalore and attend the test drive as well in September 2019. I got an SMS that your DL has been approved and you will get DL smart card via post in your designated address. However since then I didn't get the DL card as of now. I want to Kasturi Nagar RTO office several times and getting irrepressive responses from RTO staff, such as staffs are not available, pay at least 1000.00 INR, sometimes the police constable standing near to RTO office gate is misbehaving and not allowing to enter into the RTO office. Dear sir, I am getting frustrated day by day as I am not getting my DL. Hence its my humble request, kindly help to sorted out my issue.

    I have applied for learning licence but no porgress is made on it, my application number is[protected] and date of birth is[protected]. I have paid full fees but it is still in backlog-3.

      I applied for DL and gave the test on 17 dec 2020. I passed the test and the results were uploaded. But after that there has not been any update in my application status. It is showing that it is under printing process since last 2 weeks. It's been 2 months and its was supposed to be completed 1 month ago.

        I booked morning slot for my ll test on 15 feb through online portal.but these guys are saying we test only on Thursday friday & saturday.but on online portal there is no such specifiacation

                Sir,
                I have applied for a driving licence on[protected] application no[protected]
                But there is no response till now
                The website says Application is under processing at RTO Level
                The fees will deducted from my account on the same day.
                But I didnt get any update.
                Is the website and the employees working or the licence isn't issued without brokers and bribe ???
                I need the license urgently to avoid the public transport due to the pandemic.
                Please help me on that

                        Dear Sir,

                        I successfully completed my driving license as on 19th September 2020 and i was waiting for the Driving license card to receive from that date It has been 5 months, still the status was showing it is not yet printing.
                        I request you to kindly issue my Driving license card at the earliest. As whenever i went outside, we are unable to show a driving license to Officers even though i am a driving license holder.

                          Applied for renewal of Driving Licence at Dy. RTO(MH14), Pimpri-Chinchwad more than a month ago but online status continuously shows " Scrutiny -Document Verification" . Required Fee already paid. DL RENEWAL Application No. [protected] . Ref No. MH2021U02530426

                          My driving Licence expired on 11.02.2021.

                                  I have submitted my driving license for endorsement to MCWG and passed the exam on 29th January. Since then, the application is stuck in document verification. I come under Kolkata RTO and my application is[protected]. May I know how much more time it will take as without my license, I am unable to drive my LMV.

                                    I have applied for DL address change in december 2020 and i can track all the steps completed successfully (Check status photo) except "dispatch of the dl and psv badge". It's 11.02.20121 today and still, i have not received my dl. Plz, help me with this concern. I tried to contact customer care but was not able to find any. I have visited RTO bandipora multiple times, however, they are not giving any proper information.
