Hi Team,

My application number is[protected].which i have created for renewing my DL, The status of application is stuck on "CAPTURE PHOTO AND SIGNATURE OF APPLICANT" At Counter "BIOWIAA" from past two weeks, As my current DL licensing is getting expire soon that's why i have applied for Renewal of my DL, & it's unnecessary getting delay.

Request your help in processing my application at earliest please.

I submitted an application for DL renewal at Mumbai Wadala RTO in Jan 2021, application number 31234721. I visited the rto for document submission. The online status now shows verification completed and endorsements were approved on 20th Jan 2021, but now the status has been showing pending printing for more than 15 days.

Request the DL to be provided as soon as possible please.

I didn't get my license till now and I got a message that do you like the quality of the license

My dl got approved and dispatched but still i am unable to track or rcv

1. I had applied online application no. DL210123X2222748 for issuing NOC to my personal vehicle no. DL0CM6726 on 23rd Jan 2021 and as per online instructions NOC was supposed to be issued within 3-5 days. I have sold the vehicle in the name of my brother Hari Kishan Chauhan and further along with NOC want to transfer registration in his name.

2. I visited RTO Dwarka Sector 10 to enquire about the status of NOC as intimation was received for the same. MLO Shri Mukesh Budhi Ram intimated that NCRB - National Crime Records Bureau Report is awaited from concerned authority as their portal is not working due to Republic Day.

3. On further enquiry, I visited NCRB located at Mahipalpur on 29th Jan 2021 to know the status of crime report of my vehicle. In turn staff of NCRB intimated that it is in the portal of concerned and is accessible online. However, they provided vehicle crime report of my vehicle and there was nothing adverse against the vehicle.

4. Again on 30 Jan 2021 RTO office, Dwarka Sector 10 along with the criminal report and met MLO Shri Mukesh Budhi Ram who refused to consider report brought by me and informed that they will obtain the report from their own resource.

5. Registration period of my vehicle is valid upto 23 Feb 2021 and i want to transfer my vehicle to my hometown Himachal Pradesh and waiting for the NOC. Inspite of my request time and again no action is being taken to issue NOC where 12 days have left, whereas NOC is issued within 3-5 days. It is causing harassment to me, Intention of MLO is not known to me.
I have to leave Delhi on 6th Feb 2021 with my vehicle to register my vehicle at my hometown.

On 05.02.2021 on receiving email from helpdesk-vahan to visit the concerned RTO, i visited RTO Dwarka Sector 10 to issue NOC for my vehicle no. DL9CM6726. Inspite of my request and giving reference of your message received by me they have not issued NOC stating that there are lakhs of such applications pending with them. As soon as they receive NOC clearance from authority concerned and will further issue to me for which approx one month period was stated by the RTO staff. It is causing great embarrassment and harassment to me as i have to deposit the NOC at new transport authority before 24 Feb 2021 as my vehicle validity is expiring on 24 February 2021.
It is out of my knowledge that from which authority RTO is seeking clarification as there is no outstanding challans/criminal case against my vehicle. Your strict action against the RTO is requested.

On 18th Feb'20, my sister met with an accident and passed away.
Mr. Jitendra Kumar was driving the vehicle.

His DL number is UP62 [protected].

I want to know why his DL has not been cancelled/suspended yet.

I have applied for additional endorsement to my existing DL. I have passed my 2 wheeler driving test on 4th December 2020. It’s been more than 2 months now and I have not received my DL. The status is still showing as “Printing of DL in Form 7 Pending.

Please help....

I already passed my test on 4th February but still the approval of DL is showing pending on Sarathi Parivahan site. When will my DL is approved. Kindly let me know please.

Hello sir my learner licenes is approved but not received

I submitted my driving license application in december and went for Photo on 1st jan 2021 and since then application is pending under "DISPATCH OF THE DL AND PSV BADGE" Status. I dont know what is happening. Please find below application number: [protected]

On checking my driving license status, it says that my smart card is activated on[protected] and i didn't recieve my driving license till now.
I went to my RTO office but they aren't taking any responsibility of the license and me as well as they have no knowledge of where my license is.
Please help me with this issue as i need my driving license urgently.

I am Rohan Mailapalli of a city named Chandrapur (Maharashtra)
I am a student and i have applied for a lerning license.But it is taking longer than expected i have still not recieved my learning license
So i kindly request to solve this issue as aoon as possible

But still not recieved any kind of hard copy

On the payments page for duplicate driver's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.440. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. But due to some network issue, the payment could not be completed successfully.

Now every time i try to make a payment, it is showing the following error
"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

For replacement, my DL status is showing APPROVAL OF ENDORSEMENTS ON DL till 1 Feb 2021. Application and Photo and sign captured on same date. They told me that all process completed & I will get my replaced license on my permanent address. But now above mentioned status is pending. I don't know what is it?? Want to know further stages and dispatching date of my DL. I can't follow up by visiting RTO as I work out station.
