Hi I am Alaukik Kumar, I have applied for renewal of my expired learning license DL1/0287935/2022 of LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under, ZONAL OFFICE, NORTH ZONE, MALL ROAD (DL1)
I applied and completed the steps on 04/05/2023, Its been 25 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

The car near my house is always parked on the road, it is not parked inside their house's premises, we are facing problems due to that. And it is illegal to park a personal vehicle on the road.

I've bought a new two wheeler in match 17 2023. I've completed the registration in March 20. Till now I didn't receive the smart RC. When I check the official website 'SMART CARD was generated on Apr 6 by SMART CARD vendor' but dispatch status was not available. Even after two months it remains in the same state. I've contacted with the showroom manager as well till now no response....

I have bought a 2 wheeler & 4 wheeler on March 2023, both RC has not been dispatched yet till 23rd May 2023.
