I had purchased my motor vehicle in April 2014 for which I have not received the RC Book from the RTO, Pune. I went to collect the same on 15/03/2016 to RTO Office. I Had a new scooter which is only 15 day old. i have applied for my wife driving licence with the help of so called RTO agent kuldeep who took rs 3000 from for the same 2 years back.i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and now a days againg i have seen him in the office of RTO office.

I have been visiting RTO Rajajinagar ever since 1 year by now. My vehicle Number KA 02 EH 9936, had been given to transfer the ownership to my name. Today November 21st 2013 there was 4 wheeler Driving license test for Ms.Priya Reshma. There were 2 other ladies took test along with Priya. Test inchanrge Mr. I A Khan from RTO told both of them did not drive properly and made mistakes. Priya was the last to take the test.. as she driven properly and did not do any mistakes. The request for missing license & smart card is filed in Jan 2013 to Mr. Fadke the agent of RTO Gadhinglaj. He submitted that total document to RTO Kolhapur on May 2013. I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Andheri RTO on 02-feb-2012 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. I had gone to RTO office in Ayanavaram today morning at 9.30 to get my Leaners license. While checking my proof certificates i had not brought birth proof with me. I was searching my bag quickly if i have any other certificate for birth proof. He took all my original document including smart card and has still not returned the documents from past 1 year.

I submitted my application for a DL at the RTO BANGALORE (EAST), KASTURI NAGAR (KA03) on[protected]. Documents were checked, photo and signature taken but nothing has happened since then. The application is stuck at "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)" at counter "SANJEEV". Can somebody help please?

For my new vehicle with Registration Number: KA01KL4091, the RC status mentions and received msg stating the RC has been dispatched on 27-May-2025 with tracking number: TA[protected]IN and receipt number for the registration: KA1D[protected].
When I track the same via speed post, it says the Tracking ID is not valid and I'm unable to get the latest status on the same.

Attached both receipt confirmation and tracking details.

It's been More than 15 days since i applied for new learning License But still its showing Pending, I passed exam in first attempt on May 2nd, 2025.

I emailed To RTO regarding issue but no response from them yet. I Filled Grievance, still no response, I tried to contact them, but they told me to visit RTO office is it fair that RTO says all the process is online still Asked for to visit RTO office with document.
