Hello RTO Officer,

I have not received Registration Smart Card (RC) in below two Cases :

1) For my two wheeler Honda Livo having Registration Number : MH12-MY- 3855 : Purchased in April – 2016 but RC Not Received till now.
2) For my four Wheeler Tata Nano having Registration Number: MH12- JM -1451 : After completion of Car Loan & Change of Residential Address I have applied before 6 Month but updated...

Area BKC - opp Raheja corp tower . There is no sign for no parking opposite cafe infinito but no parking signs are there right outside cafe infinito.
We parked our 4 wheeler opposite side since there was no "no parking" sign.
When our vehicle was towed away, we inquired from the traffic cop on what basis do u pick the vehicle when there is no sign board, he says whole area is no parking so from next time you know you cannot...

Dear sir,
I am mrs. bhalekar herevby complainted you that some vehicle s are parking in front of our society gate. and through out the road (krishna tower, b-503, opp. children's academy school, ashok nagar, kandivali east, mumbai-400101.) due to this illegal parking our children's school can't take turn properly. it takes too much time and children get late for school....

I have purchased hero pleasure (Mh-14 ew 1983) on 14th mar 2015 but still i have not received my rc book, when i went first time to chikkhli pcmc rto they given post office tracking number which is ea[protected] then went to chichwad post office so they said please visit to your area post office so went there and they said we dont have your rc book, please contact rto then again went to rto they said please visit chichwad post office then again...

I had purchased my motor vehicle in April 2014 for which I have not received the RC Book from the RTO, Pune. I went to collect the same on 15/03/2016 to RTO Office. They sent me to GPO Pune to collect the RC Book but instead the GPO officer told us that we should fill up a complaint form to speed post as the RC book was failed to be delivered by them and count be found at their office. I Had a new scooter which is only 15 day old. I was using number plate with Temporary number but when i received the registered number one day back i tried to change by marker in which 7 was looking like 9 only for front side number plate and i have given the fine of 100 Rs for MV Act 119/177. but i think this act is for "Disobeying traffic signs & signals" and i also show all the documents. Actually the Act should be Illegible No. Plates...

i have applied for my wife driving licence with the help of so called RTO agent kuldeep who took rs 3000 from for the same 2 years back.i m calling and want to meet him but he refused to meet and now a days againg i have seen him in the office of RTO office.

I have been visiting RTO Rajajinagar ever since 1 year by now. My vehicle Number KA 02 EH 9936, had been given to transfer the ownership to my name. That has been completed by 28.05.2014 and still they have not given me registration card. I have asked them several times, every time they tell me to get a file. Today November 21st 2013 there was 4 wheeler Driving license test for Ms.Priya Reshma. There were 2 other ladies took test along with Priya. Test inchanrge Mr. I A Khan from RTO told both of them did not drive properly and made mistakes. Priya was the last to take the test.. as she driven properly and did not do any mistakes. Surprisingly end result was opposite .. whoever did mistake and dont know how to drive cleared the test...

The request for missing license & smart card is filed in Jan 2013 to Mr. Fadke the agent of RTO Gadhinglaj. He submitted that total document to RTO Kolhapur on May 2013. And now on Aug Mr. Fadke he is saying that the documents are released from Kolhapur by post & will receive soon. We were listening this it will receive soon is from last 8 month. Because of such ridicules system & agents all the common man is getting frusteted...

Sir,
I have given my Driving test for Four Wheeler at Andheri RTO on 02-feb-2012 & passed the test. And it was informed by RTO Agent that License will come directly through postal service within 7 days. It has been 4 months now but I am not able to track my License, even the agent is refusing to answer since there is no tracking system for license.

I had gone to RTO office in Ayanavaram today morning at 9.30 to get my Leaners license. While checking my proof certificates i had not brought birth proof with me. I was searching my bag quickly if i have any other certificate for birth proof. The guy who was checking my paper spoke rude and shouted at me to go and stand from the queen pointing his fingers like he would command his servant which was totally irritating and i was embarassed...

Dear All,

Please stay from this RTO Agent Raju he is a big cheater, he took Rs 1500 for helping me in getting a No Objection certificate for my 2 wheeler.

He took all my original document including smart card and has still not returned the documents from past 1 year.

I have called him 1000 times on his cell number [protected] but he keeps promising but return the documents.

I submitted my application for a DL at the RTO BANGALORE (EAST), KASTURI NAGAR (KA03) on[protected]. Documents were checked, photo and signature taken but nothing has happened since then. The application is stuck at "SCRUTINY - (Verification of Proof Documents)" at counter "SANJEEV". Can somebody help please?

I dont know where to put my application number (for privacy reason), let me know and I can give my application number.

RTO India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi,

For my new vehicle with Registration Number: KA01KL4091, the RC status mentions and received msg stating the RC has been dispatched on 27-May-2025 with tracking number: TA[protected]IN and receipt number for the registration: KA1D[protected].
When I track the same via speed post, it says the Tracking ID is not valid and I'm unable to get the latest status on the same.

Attached both receipt confirmation and tracking details.

Please help.
