I want to register a complain for an excessive meter reading of an auto rickshaw (Maharshtra, pune city). There's a regular routine for my office, and auto rickshaw charges don't very but today it was three times more than usual, i request you to please take action upon. Auto rickshaw number is mh 12 ct 1581. Meter serial number is 3a178576. Driver number is 134196.

De-hypothecation form of my four wheeler gj-06-fk-2951 not accepted despite all formalities and queries with respect to documents submission were solved and rs. 200/- fee receipt shown at his desk on 22/01/2018.

He rudely behaved and showed a very casual approach. Upon being questioned over his silly attitude mr. D a rathod marked multiple queries in my de-hypothecation form. This was post his assessment of entire set of documents on 18/01/2018 and authenticating acceptance of rs.200/- fee over the cash counter. We also submitted official receipt of rs.200/- fee payment. At that instance he pointed out that puc vendor didn't give proper vehicle details so barring puc copy everything else was in order and didn't accept my de-hypothecation form on 18/01/2018.

On 22/01/2018 when i produced a new puc of my vehicle this official mr. D a rathod showed lack of interest and lazy work attitude. Again he assessed the full set of documents and gave us a new set of queries stating altogether a different matter and out of the blue he came up with hsrp number plate fee receipt saying it to be mandatorily attached and that too not from any dealer but from rto ground floor window which already had hundreds of applicants waiting in queue. This was not possible on same day he already knew and this gave him another chance of rejecting my de-hypothecation request.

On the other hand forms coming through agents were immediately attended without even having a look at for a while also. This incidence provoked me and i shouted at the official mr d a rathod to which he responded authoritatively and dared me to do whatever was in my powers but he will now not accept my de-hypothecation form come what may.

I was filling my dl application and made payment through my debit card. But the payment is not reflected and it is showing that payment has no been made. But the amount is deducted from my account. I m requesting you to check this problem.

I applied for a licence in the month of august 2017, i got my learning licence in august 2017. My final test done in month of september 2017, but till the date i have not received my permanent licence. I visited again and again in virar rto they said that my documents were misplaced so i am suppose to give driving test again they gave me 22nd january 2018 date.. So as per slot i was visited again on 22nd january 2018 @ 11 am but i was surprised no one took test and i was waiting till 6 pm. Then the agent said officer is not available. We will call you back then come. I has been 6 month. Now i am fade up with all this nonsense. Kindly suggest what to do. Agent took 5500 for licence. Where to complaint. How can i get my licence or how can i get my money back.

We had gone to galleria shopping centre in hiranandani powai today evening. Our car was parked in the parking area available near olympia building. We were taking reverse at that time two individuals came on bike from hospital end and were about to dash on our car at 7.35 pm. They could see that other traffic has halted but they did not stop and were about to collapse on our car. The number of bike was mh03 cq 3575. Both of them were not wearing helmets. Upon enquiring they started the fight. We request you to kindly look into this matter and help to save the public life from the bikers causing accidents.

I have applied for mcwg and lmv driving license my application no.[protected] at electronic city rto office, bangalore & i have passed both the test mcwg test on[protected] and lmv test[protected] but status is dispatch of the dl and psv badge pending

As per the minister for road transport & highways time period 15 days for getting driving liscence

I have submitted a online form for learners licence online. Also paid the full amount that is 350.00 inr. But due to some error in online form, i was asked to resubmit the form and also again pay the fee. I don't get any option online to edit the information after payment for learners licence.
So i have submitted the form and apply for learners licence.

Now i need to do the payment twice that is 700.00 inr. How do i get my initial money back.

My 4 wheeler driving licecnce no mh05/190118/dl012 given to renual to agent perfect training scool (Road safety councultanat) at dombivali manpada rd for renuwal and fresh 2 wheeler licence as on 15.06.2017 and still not able to provide me licence. Call me at kalyan rto for foto and lerning process but still ubale to provide licence and still giving me excuses.
Kindly look in this matter

Hello sir,

I recently bought a old car from my city and its no id of noida so my local rto agent told me to get noc from noida rto to get new rc with my name.
For that i approch a agent name by ajay ([protected]). He charged 3000 rs for this and told me that after 3-4 days i ll courier this noc to your place.
But today its about 3 weeks gone i did't received my car noc.

And when i call him he always say i just give the details of courier but he never given any details to me.

I am feeling helpless. Please help me regarding this.

i ashutosh ramesh pandey had applied for a learning licence at rto vastral GJ27.
But rto vastral cashier demand fees 900 rs which included all learning licence 200 rs + driving licence 700 rs fees. Which i had paid my dues.But i had only applied for learning licence. After 6 month when my learning licence validity expired. Rto authority said to me your driving licence 700 rs fee is also expired and now you have to paid again 900 rs for new learning licence application. But according to act, rto first issue learning licence then new application for driving licence. So sir please take cognizance and help me. And valid my driving licence dues.

I mr. Anirban roy who have applied for 2 wheeler driving license my application no.[protected] at k. R. Puram rto, bangalore & i have passed for mcwg driving test on date: 23.12.17, but till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 (Smart card)
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.
As per our parivahan mantri mr. Nitin gadkari saheb statement last time that on news that all the license will be issued to the applicant within the week but in my case its more than 4 weeks. I have applied for license individual, without any agent, is that my fault please explain me. Now how can i drive vehicle without my dl. My ll will get expire within next few days. Its difficult for me to go office everyday by taking cab. Its my humble request to you please help me to get it as early as possible.

We were traveling yesterday evening 6.00pm from my office in andheri from s. V. Road to my residence to mira road, at jogeshwari to take balasaheb thakre flyover there is no direct right turn from s. V. Road and so we were advised by the earlier rto officer to take left turn and then u tun from there to take thakre flyover bridge to western express highway and we are folling the same from last 2 to 3 months without any problem, yestrday at 6.30pm, rto officer siddhesh avadhe (From dn nagar) stopped us and started talking very rude with us and added our vehicle details in the system with the fine, he was not ready to explain the reason for the fine when we repeatedly asked for the explanation he said you cant take left and u turn to take the flyover bridge which was wrong on his side, expecting action on the complain and reply with confirmation before i put it photos/video on the social media.

My car with registration no. Dl10cc3424 volkswagen polo needs rc to be updated with second owner under the name of subhankar de. The rc is ready and i have received a message from vk - vaahan the it was dispatched by speedpost under tracking no. Ed[protected]in on 6th january 2018. The same has still not reached me and the speedpost hub. I have tried tracking the same online on the speedpost site and it says no consignment found. Kindly help in receiving the same.

My bike number is mh14gf0418 while the rc delivered to me is of bike mh14gb0418. The information on the envelop was correct mentioning my name, address and bike number but the rc inside the envelop is not related to me. I have returned the wrong rc to mbc, vishrantbaugwada pune. And still waiting to get the new rc delivered to me. Traffic police is not allowing to run the vehicle on the road without rc. It's been more than 10 months to purchase the bike and still we are struggling due to the mistake of post office people.

Hi i am dhyey p. Shukla and i applied for learning license at 9-jan-2018... I uplodded all the document at the sarathi website at 9-jan-2018... My application number is 54428518... And my birth date is 29-june-1999... I completed all the process at the ths website... But my application is under scrunity and it is not further processes... So please check the problem of my applicatio and solve the issue of my application... Sir please i am in great troublem... So please solve my problem...
