rc not received even after one and a half month

Hi,

Applied for rc (Transfer of ownership) on 14th of november, 2017. On 4th december, i received a sms that my rc has been dispatched by speed post and a tracking id: ed[protected]in was given. But till date i am not able to track the consignment. On entering the consignment number, india post website says “consignment not available”.     Sir, i am citizen of india, residing at ahmedabad, have to travel a lot along highways and main roads, sometimes road lights are not working at night time or highways are not equipped with proper lights so, during night time or dark evening times it is very difficult to drive and to judge about heavy vehicles, so chances of life threatening accidents are more on such circumstances,

    A minor alertness or awareness regarding radium indicator compulsion can prevent such accidents

    Kindly do needful.

    Suggested options to prevent such things from happening:
    1. Each and every toll plaza should check whether radium indicator is present of heavy vehicles or properly displayed or not.

    2. If radium indicator is not available with driver of heavy vehicles he should be offered to purchase it and stick it on vehicles at time of inspection.
    3. At each cross road at city roads traffic police should strictly inspect radium indicator.

      I am kazi fakirmohammed. I have submitted my application for name change on 21/11/2017. After more than one month the status is still showing application under processing at rto level.           Respected sir,
          The vehicles are not getting passed into the rto, for minute reasons they fail the vehicle, various vehicles are getting delayed due to the rto non passing, people are harnessed for the passing for minute reasons. The vehicle owner who has only one vehicle, how will he survive if he has nothing for his earning due non passing. After the farmers the vehicle owners will need to do suicide if they fail for loan repayment. I kindly request you to look into it.

              Respected sir,

              On 2nd december 2017, rto, borivali west, 400068, mumbai has sent the rc book by speed post. When i have not received the letter, i made the enquiry at malad west post office, zakeria road, 400064, mumbai. They informed me that they have not received any letter from rto. Malad post office have asked me the speed post no. But rto, borivali is not ready to give me the speed post no.
              Therefore, i request you to look into the matter.

              Respected Sir,

              On 2nd December 2017, RTO, Borivali West, 400068, Mumbai has sent the RC book by Speed post. When I have not received the letter, I made the enquiry at Malad West post office, zakeria road, 400064, Mumbai. They informed me that they have not received any letter from RTO. Malad post office have asked me the speed post no.but RTO, Borivali is not ready to give me the speed post no.
              Therefore, I request you to look into the matter.

                Hello sir,

                I have been charged 1100 rs and without challan for no parking in koregaon park, pune. I do not know the officer name, but he was very harsh and rude. My vehicle was taken up to circuit house. If we say that the no parking amount is not that much, they would say to deposit my byke there and go home, i stay very far from koregaon park, and they say collect the byke from rto after 2 days. This is too much, also there were other people out there who would give upto 1500 rs and above. How can they dont give receipt and if asked for receipt, they would say to keep the byke there. I request you to take action on this. Whoever is in circuit house, pune, near koregaon park is looting everyone with such hefty charges for no parking.
                Moroever, i had my valid lisence and all the necessary documents.

                I'm unable to select the RTO/DTO option in the new learning license form tje sarthi.com please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                  1) i applied for driving license by paying a sum of rs.662.99 (Receipt no. Vsk/3180 dated 28.8.2017), in favour of dy. Rto, vasai-virar.
                  2) while i was checking the status of my application, i found the following remark:-
                  "application is under processing in rto level. Further actions to be completed by rto. It also states that approval of driving licence status is pending, printing of driving licence in form-7 (Smart card) status is pending".
                  When i clicked on latest status of application is not reflected) please click here, i found that "issuing of driving licence : fill application details of of driving license is pending.

                  My learning license document was already submitted to rto office on 28.8.2017. When i enquired with rto they said that they are going to upload the details themselves. I regret to inform you that even though 3 months have elapsed and it is 4th month, my driving license was not issued on one pretext or the other. My driving license no. Mh48 [protected]. I applied for this online but not approached through any agencies since i dont have any job to pay huge sum to them. Will you please kindly look into this and do the needful.

                        I am from krishnagiri tamil nadu.in krishnagiri tvs driving school looting money in name of providing driving licence ie really radiculus. When i speak to rto krishnagiri they are charging normal rates. Specifically when i visit to tvs driving school ask for rs 4500 for learning licence and permanent without driving but at time of providing permanent licence they refuse to provide without driving and asking more money.

                        So this type of driving school running fake business and manipulating innocent person. If not possible without driving test then why charging money and afterthat not retuning money.

                        This is really shame.

                        In vashi navi mumbai sector 19 c plot no 56/57/58/ 60 there is 6to 7 garage they are doing their work at foot path nd road due to double parking at road so many time traffic jam problem is created
                        In past also complaint is done but no response from rto

                          Respected sir/madam, in dharangaon rto office time management is not been followed. We were given time of 10 30 as appointment but it has 11 30 and the officers are not yet here. We (20 peoples and more) are waiting here outside the office from 10 30 but the photographer has not yet came here. I suggest you please take hard action on them as this as this is the question of reputation of transport department of maharashtra. This is not the first time we are facing this we have faced this many time

                            Dear sir/madam,

                            I am trying to book ll appointment online, but i am getting this error - "given mobile number is already used for more than 3 applications. So ll appointment is not available for this application."

                            Earlier i was not knowing how to retrieve previous application, so everytime i started with a new ll application. Hence, there were 6 applications created for my number (4 at rto indiranagar and 2 at rto k. R. Puram)

                            However, now i have cancelled all other applications and have only application number [protected] (At rto k. R. Puram) active. Still i am getting above error and am unable to book appointment.

                            Kindly please look into this and help me in taking appointment.

                                I have purchased eon from garve hyundai wakad on 10th dec and still not received the vehicle number, i was promised i would get the vehicle number on the delivery date. So basically i have purchased a car to let it sit in the garage. I am following up with the showroom people, but they keep telling me you will receive it by today & 3 days have passed already.

                                  But since then, the application is under scrutiny at llcash counter. Application is under processing at rto, nagpur_city.
                                  Kindly look into the matter so that the application can be processed at the earliest.
