My name is mumtaz munwar ansari, resident at jogeshwari east, my two wheeler honda activa mh02dd9491, which is registered on my name, already put a letter in andheri sahar police station, my dad using my two wheeler honda activa mh02dd9491, in andheri east marol pipe line area, they dont want to give me back, using my bike whithout my permission, in future any accident or other issue i am not responsible, i request you that please arrest my bike whenever you see, i want my bike back kindly i request you that please take an action about this soon, i hope mumbai rto officer give me good feedback about this, i have have original invoice with me, please take an action about this, reach me at [protected], am waiting for your response, i hope it will done soon.

I had payed the driving liscence fee online through debit card. After going through the passbook i realized that the amount has been deducted twice from my account. What should i do..? It has been well over 48 hours and no refund has been credited. The rto customer care do not pickup calls and don't respond. How can i apply for refund for the extra money deducted

I had applied online for issue of duplicate driving license on[protected]. I have not received the duplicate dl yet. Application status it shows as follows:

Transaction name - issue of duplicate dl

Pending at - scrutiny

Counter - cleark1

It does not provide any further information regarding the meaning of "scrutiny". Or exactly why has the application halted for such a long time. Neither does it mentions any thing that i may have to do it form my side.

Enthused & inspired by digital india and online submission of applications, i have submitted my application for the driving license in parivahan.gov.in. All the necessary documents have been uploaded. The application number is[protected]. I have received an acknowledgment on[protected].
But since then, the application is under scrutiny at cash2. The application is under processing at rto level, rohini zone, delhi

Kindly look into the matter so that the application can be processed at the earliest.

Its been more than two weeks ago still waiting for my driving license to arrive. I have checked it online it says :pending at rtoauth1. Why it is taking so long to approve the dl, it should have been deliver within a week as per transport minister.
I have tried calling rto office also, but they don't proper answer.
Please suggest what next step i should do?

I am having a commercial vehicle in my wife name registration no. : gj05yy0399, we had done our commercial vehicle passing test on dated 27/02/2018 & the same was got fail due to some technical reason. Now we are trying to resubmit my application since yesterday i. E.28/02/2018. But while resubmit the application out staff is saying the some of your system is not working since last 2 days.

Kindly look into the matter as we are not able to run vehicle & my business is stuck since last 4 days.

Driving licence renewal application number is[protected] and[protected]. Sir i also paid these application number fee payment. Amount is debited from my account at 27th feb 2018 but receipts not generate. These application numbers demanding re-payment for next procedure but debited amount not credited in my account.
Please receive the complaint and reply because my work is pending for licence

Ihave received message from rto stating following-

Dispatched on.15_feb_2018 and can be tracked using speed post tracking no. Eg[protected]in.

But till date i have not received rc boook and also not able to track through speed post no. Also not able to contact ppst office customer care as all provided no. On website is oit of reach.
Please check and provide rc book.

1) rto kalyan (Mh-05) does not have punctual employees. The office timings start from 10, yet by 11 am too, some of the windows do not open (Window no. 15).
2) for passing and inspecting vehicles, the inspector himself is absent at the location of inspection. Instead he appoints a deputy to inspect who then asks us to visit the rto again to take signature from the actual inspector who is sitting in his ac cabin.
3) most of the processes are very tiring, requiring multiple days to finish and every official demanding signatures of other officials, making us wander here and there.
4) notice boards say "agents are not allowed” yet the whole office is full of rto agents working.

I filled the online application from the website sarathi.nic.in. I filled all the details correctly. My last task was to pay the fee online. And i did it. After i paid the fees i got the message from my bank that 200 rs has been deducted by my account. And i was on the website page and it was saying please do not press back button please wait, your transaction is in process. For nearly one hour i waited on the page. Nothing happened. I again visited the website sarathi.nic.in. I clicked for application status. I entered my application number :31026370. I entered my dob.in that i saw the option application fee saying pending. What the hell is this? Are your government officers looting everyone. Corruption is everywhere. Please don't do this type of activity to poor people. Poor people earn money by working their # off. Please refund my money as soon as possible. If you will not refund my money. I'll curse you. Believe me nothing is baddest than poor's curse. If you want to escape that curse than kindly refund all peoples money.

I was told that i would receive my license by post within a month. It has been 4 months now and i haven't still received it. Please look into the matter. I am looking for buying a vehicle for myself and i'd really like to drive around with my license.

I did my car registration 2 months back & had been waiting for rc since 2 months by post. I went thrice leaving all my work & 1st time they said already posted plz wait for a week.
2nd time: they said its with post and not returned back. Plz come in a week.
3rd time again i went and i was very angry for same answer but this time i told them i need ref # for post as i want to go to post office & collect from there. Then person told me come tomorrow as working timings are till 1pm but now time is 1:04pm... I was sooooo furious listening such unprofessionalism. I said i am not going anywhere and i will call media and record everything i need the tracking number...
After so much arguements can u believe they got my rc from their cupboard that means they never even sent to post.
How unprofessionalism is this???
I saw atleast 15 people they returned back by saying their rc is with post but i am damm sure it is still with them.

Let me know, what process is left from me? If not left any process then why delaying my driving license by rto officers?

I made an application on 6.12.17 for driving license renewal through application num [protected]. Since i did not know my new rto zone, i selected the one on which my old license was issued. When i went to rto mh02 zone they said application should be to mh 47 thus the fees i have paid will be waste as no refund will be given upon cancellation and will have to make new application. Isn't all the money going to rto india then why confiscate all the money for an error in rto selection. Also if rto selection is of so much importance then why not auto populate the same according to pin code of address fed. Is this one of governments way to grab money from common man. Also no where on websie it was mentioned that inspite o[censored]ploading all documents and payment of fees we need to personally visit the rto for renewal. If i knew it was compulsory to visit rto for renewal i surely would not have paid online fees. Why cant a payment be transferred to another application after correcting the error or why cant it be refunded back to card or bank like all other online payments. This is no way to charge common public for errors which all humans do. Request you to refund my money. I know before application cancellation you warn us of ' no refund' but do not give us any other option of modification after payment but cancelling the application and taking away our money. With our respected prime minister mr. Narendra modi propagating digital india, if you people who are a part of government will rob us of our money through digital platform how can we move towards digitalisation. I demand my refund of fees paid. Thanks

Dear sirs,
Regarding the above matter i would like to inform you that most of the school buses are not in good condition to carrying students. Recent days there are many school buses were met accident. Most of the minor accidents were hiddtakren by the management caused due to brake failure and drivers careless. So kindly beg the authorities to check all the school bus conditions frequently instead of checking annual fci. Also kindly check drivers skill. So that we could stop such a accidents which we are hearing nowadays. Pl. Don't wait for accidents happens to take action for time being pressure. Our childrens are future india assets. So pl. Take care of them is our responsibility.

Hi there,

I have applied for renewal of my driving license on 23rd of january 2018. All applicable fees, documents had been submitted. Biometrics and other formalities have been completed the same day however it has not been delivered yet. I do have checked the status online which shows it is pending at counter no 4 "approval of endorsements on dl".

Request you to kindly expedite the process as it has been a month since i have applied.

I have submitted online form for the (Lmv, mcwg, mcwog&mc50cc) learning liance online, also paid full amount that is 654.00rs only and slot booked, when visit kalamboli rto (Navi mumbai) they told me why you have select mc50cc, this is not for you, they said submit the fresh form again and also pay again, already paid amount is not refundable,
Please help me for the getting my friend
