Dear Sir,

I m driving with out helmet went to office with my wife on Goregaon WHE some RTO Police click a Photo he fine me 1250 with act of (sec 179 (1) MVA) on tell to me stop I agree to pay with our helmet fine @Rs. 500/- but why I should pay 750 plus for the act (sec 179 (1) MVA) I request to you Sir Please resolve the my Problem

My learning licence has been rejected on 18th July, 2022 for no reason. My LL test was also passed yet my application was rejected. This is the message I received:

Your Application (Application number: [protected]) is rejected.

Kindly look into the matter and issue my learning licence.

I brought my two wheeler from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar during the Phase-II corona period in December 2021 and I lost the job in Bangalore.
My two wheeler is registered in RTO Bangalore But I could not do the NOC formalities there as many offices were restricted due to Corona precautions.
I approached here Bhubaneswar RTO-II requested for re-registration of the two wheeler. I also requested the RTO officer to get the NOC through my application and submission of my Registration Certificate, Insurance & PUC.
The concerned RTO authority denied to receive my application and help in getting the NOC departmentally from RTO, Chandapur, Bangalore.
I am in great difficulty to re-register my two wheeler and harassment from RTO office.
Sir, Does it not come under perview of RTO Bhubaneswar & beyond capcity of RTO to obtain NOC and re-registration of the vehicle?
May kindly guide and take appropriate instructions.

Dear sir/madam,
I am mr. Ramchandra Ashok Ambekar, i have applied for 2 wheeler (Mcwg) and 4 wheeler (Lmv) driving license, my application no. Is [[protected]] at Sangli Maharashtra
I have passed for mcwg and lmv driving test on dated 13th May 2022.
But till the date its shows status pending for
1) approval of dl
2) printing of dl in form 7 &
3) dispatch of the dl & psv badge pending.

So kindly request you to speed-up the process for my application[protected]

Printing of DL in Smart Card is pending for very long time.

I am Ravi Paswan, I have applied for learning license of MCWOG, MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under RTO MAHARAJGANJ(UP 56), Uttar Pradesh.

I passed the test on[protected], Its been 7 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

I have followed and fulfilled all the required and necessary procedures and documentations including payments.

There is no contact available where we can contact the authority, please do the needful.

I have applied for driving licence. The application is completed till the payment step.
But it says, Application under process at RTO level and
Scrutiny of certificate says "Allotment Information Unavailable".
Kindly do the needful for further processing

I have made backlog entry of my driving license in Jamnagar, Gujarat. It is still pending for approval and hence, I am not able to renew it. Kindly advise the process to get it approved.

I bought my vehicle in March 2022, registration submitted in April, 2022. It's been more than 3 months. I still haven't received my RC.

When I checked the status, it says card not printed yet.

The staff at the RTO jagatpura is very inefficient and corrupt, they are not present on their desk and give priority to their agents and let the comman man stand in the line waiting long hours. They are not doing their duty on time and giving excuses always that either server is down or no electricity.
The office had tobacco spits everywhere and there was very dirty smell. Rto jagatpura is very unhygienic and filthy.

The junction where Koregaon park road intesects with BG Shirke road, that intersection is perpetually in jam Unfortunately traffic lights dont work and absence of RTO personnel to control rampant wrong side driving which adds to the mess. Road rage and fights between commuters is frequent. Please start the traffic lights and deploy adequate police personnel at this intersection

I am complaining regarding the issuance of International Driving permit on the Parivahan Website.I have proceeded the application as an OCI holder. But during the later stages of scrutiny of documents, The RTO is rejecting my JAPANESE PASSPORT and are asking for an INDIAN PASSPORT which is impossible for an OCI holder as they cannot posses an INDIAN PASSPORT. Therefore I am lodging the complaint in order to get my issue resolved.

I have transfer my vehicle from Chennai to Akola regional transport office in August 2020 for that I have paid Rs 8986 fees for the transfer the vehicle later on several time I visited to RTO OFFICE but every time I came empty hand from RTO OFFICE and I got answers conern person not available visit again. It seems to complete 2 years in Aug 2022 but time the neighter the vehicle transfer nor any status provide by the office.

RTO cops cannot manage traffic signals properly, mumbai pune highway near dehuroad police station (dehuroad bypass) has become chaotic and a mess just because RTO havaldars manage that cross (chowk) manually, everday there is a long traffic line for half a km just because the RTO cops cannot manage it correctly, i had never seen such traffic jam before 3 years until the day when pcmc interfered in this road signal and started operating it manually, the RTO cops are the reason behind this traffic jam and no one else.
