Hello Sir/Madam,

I am unable to take the test, i finished the Face authentication and after that is cleared, it showed me the error to take tutorial, which i finished and now it shows me an error that the Credentials are invalid.

Can you please help me resolve this.

I have not received speed post tracking number for my driving license...

With reference to my dl no: [protected] and my learning license no : BR30 /0002216/2021 i would like to state that my payment of 1350 was deducted for driving license test but only after making the payment i was informed that my learners license has expired so my money was deducted but no slot was booked.

I have applied for DL renewal online (KA03 Jurisdiction) vide application no.[protected] fees was paid on 04 Feb 22, on 06 April 22 I was called for capturing photo and digital signature. Despite several follow-ups RTO authorities are persistently neglecting my request to deliver my renewed Driving License.

This attitude of RTO staff discourages public from availing online services and on the contrary encourages...

It has been more then 4 months, but i have still not received my RC card,

on the parivahan it still shows old owner's name,

My Vehicle registration Is MH02CD1060....

I am facing issues with RTO OFFICE Bhojpur Bihar, I submitted all the documents including Noc for State transfer in RTO Office but Its been 3 months but not even able to get registation no From RTO, i visited many time in office but no solution from there side, RTO official name Vikash recived my all documents from me, Original RC, insurance paper, Chalan free, and now refused to say that i can't collect your...

We're waiting here...but officer didn't came at time...we want discount on work for our waiting time...our time is more precious...

I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 19/05/22 But till now I have not received password for online LL test.It's showing "Application is under processing at RTO level'.
Please help me get my Learner license.

On Mohan Gokhale Road Large Numbers 0f Private Bus (10-15 nos) are parked permanently.
This causes traffic Jam to Office Going Cars as the Road directly connect to Highway and Metro station...

I have taken my Driving License test on 27th April, 2022, still now my application is pending. More than a month has passed which would have taken 10-15 days for my Driver's License to arrive. Please look into this matter and help me get my Driver's License, it is very important to me. My appication number of my DL is[protected]...

My driving Licence has been dispatched through speed post by RTO since two week, but still not received..i don't think it takes more than one week to deliver a speed post.The tracking number is not showing on the portal .I don't know whether it is the problem of RTO, or it is problem of India Post....

I have applied for a MCWG and LMV learning license at RTA SANGRUR on 13th May, 2022 and passed the ll test on 18th MAy, 2022 (18/05/22). The approval of LL is still pending at RTO level as on APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY. I request you to notify the RTO for the same

I had cleared the LL-Test on 30th April.
However the status still shows Approval of LL by License Authority - Pending

How many more days does it take :
When I check online it says “Application Submitted for Contactless Service. No need to visit RTO office”...

I have been charged incorrectly chalan. Because of the lockdown, I never got out of the bike and I live in Mulund. and I have no relative and office in Vakola and I travel by local train only. You should verify this. I have complained twice before but no solution has come out. Please do the right thing....
