Dear Sir/ madam,
I would like to inform you that I applied online for learner license on 10/5/2022. But I have not received password for online LL test. It's showing "application is under processing at RTO level". "Applicant presence not required" and application processing stage- SCRUTINY (Verification of proof documents).
Please help me get my learner license.
I would be very thankful to you for any help.

    Hello sir/mam,
    I am Kushal Chatterjee, I have applied for a learning license of MCWG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office comes under L.A. SILIGURI (WB73) West Bengal. I passed the test on 06/05/2022. It has been 5 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

      Cab drivers demanding Handsome money to run towards terminus, not ready to run on meter reading.
      Poor peoples are helpless, as the cab drivers are ready to run on meter.

        Mera naam Rajni Walia hai.maine 2020 me NEXON XM car purchase ki thi.jiski abhi tak RC nhi bni hai.Govt k galat faisle ne meri car ko mitti kr diya hai .Meri car BS4 engine hai jisko govt ne ban kr diya.meri kya galti hai showroom walo ko nhi bechni chaiye thi.Y a govt ko ban nhi krna chaiye tha.me ik middle class se belong krti hu.maine car bhi loan se li hai. Bnak mujhe har mahine 2500 + rc charges dal rha hai.sir govt k is galat faisle ki bajagh se me itni jyada preshan hu ki car ko kahin le k bhi nhi jati.plz reslove my this issue.

          LL test Login issue, Issue of learners licence

          Hello sir/mam,
          I am Revathi, I have applied for a learning license of MCWG, LMV category. Its been 5 days now, my application status shows record LL test Result. When I try to give LL test, It shows Its already Logged In.

          No contact number or help desk is available, please do the needful.

          I have applied LLR( application number -[protected]), given the test, its been 5 days. Still LLR is not issued, and the application status shows " under approval -LLR Test recording". How many days will it take for approval? Whom should I contact, there is no contact number or help desk provided.

            Dear Sir/Madam,
            I like to inform you that I have applied for my DL adress change on April 4th, 2022 under TRANSPORT DEPARTMENT, GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL. But till date I haven't received any update it's still laying at documents verification stage. All necessary documents has been submitted and also processing fees has been paid from my end. I have sent several mails to them but no response received till date. My application number [protected]

              Sir, I am serving in Indian Army and buy a car from Telangana state with TR No TS09EKTR5945 to registration at Bihar Muzaffarpur.                     Hello team,

                    This is in inform to you that on 10 Feb 2022 I have made a payment of 500/- as registration fees of Learning driving licence online however amount was debited but failed, you can see the attachment of failed transaction on 11 Feb 2022, I have shared. Then I again made a payment on 18 Feb 2022, it was debited but successful, basically amount debited twice for same process, I need refund of 500/- of failed transaction on 10 Feb 2022. I contact bank so they told me I need to contact you. I want refund for failed payment I have shared all attachments. Hopely a reply from your end soon.

                      I am Aniket Yadav, I have applied for learning license of LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under TRANS GOMTI OFFICE, LUCKNOW (UP32A) I passed the test on 04/05/2022, Its been 3 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.

                          My Road Tax got expired on 30thMarch2022.For this traffic police asked me to pay challan of 500Rs.I paid that amount.Then again while paying road tax i had to pay penalty.So hw come for one mistake i was penalized twice?

I already complained on Vaahan Portal in first week of April but my complained was closed stating "will be done" but no development observed. Its already two month since i completed my driving test. kindly help in expedite the process.

                                    I have applied for a Driving license and after having the Learner's Licence, I have appeared for the final test on 11-Apr-2022 at L.A. BARRACKPORE (WB23) in the category for MCWG.

                                    However, it is still pending from their end till date (04-May-2022) even if it is showing that I have passed the exam.
