I am Dev Goyal, I have applied for a learning license of MCWG and MCWOG, LMV category using contactless service, my RTO office came under RTO L.A. SILIGURI (WB73), I passed the test on 5/05/2022, Its been 10 days now but approval of LL by licensing authority is still pending.
I tried to contact the helpline number but was unable to get through.

Actually all process of making learner licence are completed but my LL test slot are not book it's show like a word "exempted".

I have already cleared learning license test for [LMV, MCWG].

However it has been more than a week but it has not been approved yet

Whenever i check the application status on parivahan site it says

Application is under processing at rto level[RTOAUTH1]

Approval of ll by licencing authority pending
Printing...

I passed my driving test on 19th Feb 2022. Yet my approval of dl is pending. Its been nearly 1 month and no action has been taken. My application number is [protected].

Yesterday, i was going from delhi to muzaffarpur for which hen i reached the bus stand. The "Dalals" came to us & offered Volvo A/C bus with sleeper & took advance payment of Rs. 4500 for three peoples.

When we came to bus
1. Bus is not of Volvo. Its custom made. When we asked for refund they asked to go this dalal or that dalal & the one whom we paid money left the place before we reach to him.

2. Whole bus was sleeper & seating arrangement is like. 2 peoples on 1 person sleeper chamber. & 8 peoples on 4 persons sleeper chamber.

3. Driver/Conductor not responding when asked to switch on A/C. We traveled approx. 900 kms without A/C for which i paid money.

4. The bus was not on time & when asked when will we reach to destination, "Aeroplane me nahi baithe ho" they replied.

Also, the price of seats are not fixed.
When i asked to different passengers,
They took between Rs.[protected] fro different peoples for one seat.

I request to take action against these type of bus services & specifically "dalals" who do fraud by telling lies & taking money.

It's been a month my test results for dl are not updated please help me

DL has not been printed and dispatched yet

My DL with DL NO. BR06 [protected] has been approved from RTO, Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 24.01.2022. It's been 3 months and still DL has not been printed and dispatched yet. It Says on the website "https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice/applViewStages.do" that PRINTING OF DL IN FORM 7 ( SMART CARD ).

Kindly print and dispatch the DL as soon as possible on my correspondence address.

My learning license is not issued yet. All documents, test have been completed for my application about 10 days ago. please let me know how much time it will take to get completed.

I want to inform you that I have given my Driving licence test for Motor cycle with gear on 29th of March 2022, and I have passed it. And after few days on 4th of April I have got my Driving Licence number through Sms. But the printing of smart card was pending and on 4th of may 2022 it has been completed, but the problem rise here it's been about a week but still not my driving licence has been dispatched .

I am Pritam Kumar Khan. I have applied for Learner License of MCWOG category using Contactless Service. My RTO office is SERAMPORE(WB17), West Bengal. I passed the online test exam on 28 April 2022, Its been 13 days still showing "APPROVAL OF LL BY LICENCING AUTHORITY" is processing.
There is no contact available to connect the authority. Please do Something.

I have applied LL - [protected], It is accepted online but not getting approved by RTO Bangalore
I went to nearest RTO but they are saying you are just 16.1 years old hence not approved, they why online accepted.
I have provided all required documents

I have applied for my learner licence on 03/05/2022 and given the test on 08/05/2022 and I passed the exam but when I tried to download the learner licence they are showing your application has been rejected .
I would request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible
