RTO India — mg showroom has charged rs.10000 for logistic fees

Its illegal to charge as per delhi high court order w. P. (C) no.8488/2011 has issued order that the dealers shall not charge anything extra i. E logistic charges

Clear cut order passed by many state & national consumer forum in this regard
While mg flagship showroom has charged me rs.10000 as logistic fees on purchase of hector car from them. My contact [protected]

My application no [protected] for driving license renewal for rto rajkot is under processing for scrutiny for a month and there is no response from rto as i have applied for online renewal at sarthi portal.

Why fitness of private car require every year if car is registered in Private/Non Transport Vehicle..? It's very panic.
Plz do something.
Right now I am working in Azamgarh but my car(Scorpio) Registered in Lucknow.

I have made the payment online for the driving license and submitted documents as well but it is still showing SCRUTINY- (Document Verification) since 4 weeks.

Please help and guid what to do.

I have purchase my tractor on 29 sept 2019 and registered on 3 oct 2019. Till date i have not received my rc my tractor number is GJ17BH7084 my name is Shanabhai Somabhai Patel. Please reply me as soon as possible.
