We are having two fd in sahara credit co-operative society limited for 18 months. Maturity date of fd was 28.02.2017, after maturity date when i visited to sahara india nishatganj lucknow branch, they dirctly saying we dont have fund. Therefore we cannot refund money and instructed to talk regional office sahara india indira nagar lucknow. Several times i visited there but everytime they said head is in meeting, related to that i submitted letter also but no any reply came from sahara. After going several times to regional office, they said to meet mr. J. P. Singh in command office. On meeting him he directly said we will not refund any money, if you will complaint in command office or do court case you will definetely not get any money. He suggested to forget about money.

Therefore i request you to look after the matter seriously and refund my money with interest or else i have to file a complaint agains mr. J. P. Singh and all sahara india for giving such bad reply.

    मुझे ₹21200 का पेमेंट होना था परंतु आज ०३-०३-२०१८ तक पिपलोदा की फ्रेंचाइजी नंबर 6496 के मैनेजर द्वारा पेमेंट नहीं दिया गया और लेटलतीफी की जा रही है[protected]

      Sir, my cousin who is an auto driver and an illiterate invested in sahara q-shop for an amount of rs. 50, 000/- odd in november 2012.
      He told me that they assured some 2.35 multiple of the amount invested on maturity of 6 years. Recently in february 2018, he met the agent and manager of sahara india pariwaar, (Anakapalle, visakhapatnam dist., ap).
      They informed as the case is still pending in supreme court and an amount of rs.19, 000 crores was blocked with sebi, the matured amount cannot be paid and instead they reinvested the amount in some other bond/fixed deposit in some other scheme for another 3 years. (I. E. Up to 2021).
      Please suggest is it the directions given by the honorable supreme court. Please suggest me how he can get his hard earned money.

          My gold coin bond no is[protected]. This has become maturity during oct-2017, but till date my concerned branch has harassing my on refund of gold coin till feb-2018. The agent's code is[protected]. Authorised centre name and code is — 1265 (Nayagarh). Application no is[protected] and booking id-[[protected]]. The manager of this sahara office is tatally careless and not cordial towords customers. Pl comply my problem since the time of maturation of my bond aleady been matured.

            Delay in payment of maturity amount against deposit of claim application number - [protected] on dated - November 2017.
            Dear Sir,
            I have already submitted maturity amount claim application as stated in subject.
            But as on date maturity amount is not transferred / credited in my SBI account number - [protected] branch BCCL TOWNSHIP DHANBAD.
            At the same time Branch Manager is also not able to confirm, when payment will be made.

            Kindly look into the matter and resolve my grievance at the earliest.

So, after matured amount i needs to payment but payment not give company to me till date. Other customer in this branch payment made by branch manager after matured amount payment successfully.                 My father has invested money in q shop plan h policy in 2012. Now it is mature in nov 2018. The sahara agent of mallawan hardoi office, is saying that there will be deduction of 18% tds and 18% gst. But according to govt. Rule the tds not more than 2%. And gst only for business purpose not for policy holders. I want to know the rule of tds and gst. Please confirm about the issue...

                    My mother has fixed deposited 45000₹ in sahara for three years. It has been completed on 12/12/2017. We are facing a lot of problems for claiming it. We met with agent and sahara office vapi of valsad discrit. But no positive response from your employees. We required mony it is too urgent for us. I have to deposit my fee. Due to this bad response sahara family status is decreasing per day.
                    Help me for claiming my money. Give me my money as soon as possible.
                    Send me the contact person in vapi city to whom we directly meet and ask for him to cash my money.

                        Hi I have a recurring account with Sahara India but the office which I contacted for taking my money back informed me that I can't take my money out from Sahara..
                        Contact me for resolving the issue.. My RD is maturing in July. The maturity amount is 10000.

                        There are no people Co ordinating so as that we can get to know whom to contact.

                        Resolve it as soon as possible.

                              विनम्र निवेदन हे की मे सहारा इन्डिया परिवार की खाचरोद ब्रांच मे एजेंट के रूप मे कार्यकरता हू मेने व मेरी टीम के द्वारा खाचरोद ब्रांच पर कई जमाकर्तओ के खाते एवं एफ. डी. की हे जिनमे से 150 से अधिक खातो एवं एफ. डी. की मेचुरिटी - प्रिमेचुरिटी पूर्ण हो गई हे व बार - बार लेप्स भी हो गई हे विगत 15 महीनो से ब्रांच पर पेमेन्ट नही हो पा रहे हे आज दिनांक तक मेरी ओर मेरी टीम की पेंडिंग एड्वाइज 90 लाख से अधिक हो गई हे व कई एड्वाइज लेप्स भी हो गई हे ब्रांच पर व सीनियर अधिकारियो से ( सेक्टर, रिजन, एरिया, जोन कार्यालय ) पर भी फोन पर बात की जाचुकी हे व E-MAIL भी किया गया हे
                              हेड औफिस ओर ज़ोन औफिस पर स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा लेटर भेजा गया हे पर कोई रिटर्न जवाब नही आया हे नाही ब्रांच पर पेमेन्ट किया जा राहा हे इनमे से कई जमाकर्तओ को रू की सख्त आवश्यकता हे
                              किसी जमाकर्ता की पत्नि को केन्सर का इलाज कराने के लिये रु की आवश्यकता हे
                              किसी का लडका उज्जैन अपोलो होस्पिटल मे एड्मिट हे
                              किसी को अपने पिताजी की आंखो का आप्रेशन कराना हे
                              किसी को अपनी बेटि की शादि करवाना हे
                              किसी को मकान बनरहा हे
                              किसी को मकान खरिद्ना हे
                              किसी को अपनी गाडी कि किस्त जमा करना हे
                              किसी को बाजार से उधार लियाहुवा पेसा चुकाना हे
                              किसी को अपने भाई के पेरेलेसेस का इलाज कराना हे
                              किसी को अपना ओर पत्नि का इलाज कराना हे

                              कई जमाकर्ता ने अपने खाते, एफ. डी. पर लोन ले रखा हे उन्हे भी पेमेन्ट नही दिया जा रहा हे ओर लोन पर ब्याज दिन प्रतिदिन बडता जारहा हे
                              जमकर्ता को अपना रु मेचुरिटी पूर्ण होने पर भी नही मील पा राहा हे
                              जमाकर्ता औफिस जाते हे तो उन्हे 5-7 दीन का कहकर लोटा दिया जाता हे या कहा जाता हे कि अभि हमारा सुप्रिम कोर्ट मे केस चल रहा हे इस्लियें हम समय पर पेमेन्ट नही कर पा रहे हे ओर पेमेन्ट करने मे 4-5 महीने लग रहे हे
                              समय पर पेमेन्ट नही मिलने के कारण जमकर्ताओ द्वारा हमसे रू माँगे जारहे हे समय पर पेमेन्ट नही मिलने के कारण जमाकर्ताओ द्वारा अपशब्दो का प्रयोग किया जारहा हे जिससे मानसिक परेशानि भी बड़ती जारही हे अधिकारियो द्वारा अन्य कंपनी की नई स्किम मे एफ. डी. करने के लिये दबाव बनाया जारहा हे एसा नही करने पर धमकी दी जारही हे की तुम्हारा एफ.एफ. नही दिया जावेगा तुम्हारा कोड़ निरस्त कर दिया जावेगा ओर तुम पर गलत गलत आरोप लगाकर तुम्हे थाने मे बंद करा दिया जावेगा
                              अत: आप से निवेदन हे की जल्दसे जल्द जमाकर्ताओ के भुक्तान करवाने की क्रपा करे
                              पत्र मे कोई गलती हो तो छमा करे

                              उक्त समस्या का निराकरन कब तक हो सकेगा क्रपया मैल या पोस्ट द्वार बताने की क्रपा करे plz reply

Was matured. I have submitted all my documents and maturity claim form to your branch but till today i have not received my maturity amount of my r. D.

                                Sir, i have deposited monthly r. D. For my financial requirement and till today i have not received the maturity value.

                                Sir, it is not a good practice and goes a bad impression in market of your sahara organisation.

                                With pain i am writing you, humble request you to release my maturity value as soon as possible with interest.

Which have matured in jun 2017 but maturity amt is not being paid i talked to branch manager sri bambam kumar but he did not took any action. I am going to court against sahara india. I will also lodge a case in consumers court and also highlight on social media against you.                                     Invest in sahara q shop in 2012 now at the time of maturity BM approaching to convert these bonds in other scheme who matured in 2021. but i want my money in currently. BM forced me and said that its schemes case in supreme court and not to possible payment of this scheme in current. i purchased total no of 3 bonds in which one is 107000.00 2nd is 38000.00 and third is 15000. but when i visit in sahara branch no satisfaction answer given by agent and manager.

                                      Branch manager sudhir rathore, as a arrogant and uncivilized way denying things since januaryt. Today on 26 th feb he again asking me to re fixed the amount but i am not ready with it.

                                      Simply, i need my amount as i need for medical purposes. Its very annoyed and unacceptable now.

                                        Branch manager subrata choudhary, as a arrogant and uncivilized way denying things since august. Today on 24 th feb he again asking me to re fixed the amount but i am not ready with it.

                                        Simply, i need my amount as i need for medical purposes. Its very annoyed and unacceptable now.
