I have opened an account with rd of 1000/- in centre code 1562, samastipur (Bihar) which has matured on 21.01.18 but payment of maturity amount is not being done by the manager. When personally contacted he flatly refused and advice to fix it for next 18 months.

    I called my agent also bt there is no response

      I have not received my rd amount after maturity period also. We have been following with bank officials, agent but none of them are responding. We have been told excuses only but none of them are responding. Whether we have to go legally to get our own money. We have been asking from past 8 months but mr gurumurthy of bangalore is least bothered and agent mrs anusuyamma is also trying hard to get us our money but she is also facing with her own family maturity àmount. So what's the best we can expect from this company. Staff are taking salary regularly but they don't have money to pay to the customer mr gurumurthy is paying money only to the personally known person if the matter us not resolved by this week definitely we file in consumer court against the company.

        We have invested our money in of the schemes of sahara india bank in year 2014. The withdrawal date was assigned in month of september 2017. But our regional manager is always delaying the given withdrawal date by saying that sahara india has no money to give back and or otherwise again invest your money in another scheme. But we are wanting money in either or way by ending month of february 2018

          My mother had been giving 500 per month, when the company closed the agent told her that the money will be refunded along with the sum assured in couple of months which he kept stretching to years. Now he has stopped responding to calls. Where as few people hare have already got their maturity amount from the agency given by sahara. Please check and help us get the maturity amount.

            I spend every month rs. 500 from 10/10/2012 in my policy scheme (Sahara. M. Benefit). My maturity date is 10/10/2017 but jalandhar sector (2702) manager is not releasing maturity amount. Manager said that the maturity amount is come but they have no money to pay. I feel very disappoint from this sahara's branch manager and sahara agent mr. R. S chaudhary. They giving me excuses all time when i went to them. I saved this money for my daughter's college fees. I want my maturity amount as soon as possible. Please take suitable action about my problem.

            सेवा में सविनय निवेदन यह है कि मै शिवलाल आपके संस्था जिसका विवरण है
            जालन्धर सेक्टर (2702), पंजाब राज्य
            यहां मैने सहारा एम. वेनिफिट स्कीम किया था एजेंट आर. एस. चौधरी द्वारा पांच साल (60महने) के लिए मासिक रू.500 का खाता खुलवाया था जिसकी समय अवधि पूर्ण होने के बाद भी माननिय सेक्टर वर्कर महोदय एस. बी. तिवारी जी एवं माननिय ब्रान्च वर्कर मोहमद अली जी ने कई महीनों से भुगतान रोक रखा है। जब-जब सस्था मे जाता हुं तो मुझे परेशान किया जाता है। "हमे लाभ नही होगा तो हम आपका भुगतान कैसे करे" कहा गया और कभी कहा गया कि जब मेन ब्रान्च से पैसा भेजेगें तब आईए।कभी कहते हैं कि हम फोन करके बुलालेंगें तो कभी कहते है साल लग जायेगा।
            मेरा पास बुक, बैंक कपी, आधार कार्ड, पेन कार्ड एंव फोटो लगायत सम्पूर्ण डकुमेन्ट रखा गया है और रेमन्यु टिकट पर हस्ताक्षर करा लिया गया है।
            मैने अपने सारे कागजात 2017 साल के अक्टूबर महने में जमा करवाया था । मुझे कहा गया था कि बस एक महीने का वक्त लगेगा उसके बाद शिघ्र भूगतान होगा। जब मै एक महने बाद सस्था में गया तो माननिय सेक्टर वर्कर महोदय एस. बी. तिवारी जी एवं माननिय ब्रान्च वर्कर मोहमद अली जी ने कहा कि आप के पैसा आ गए हैं। एक हफ्ते के अन्दर आपको चेक प्रदान कर दिया जाएगा। आप जाइये हम फोन करके बुला लेंगे। जब हफ्ता गुजर जाने के बाद भी मुझे नही बुलाया गया तो मै फिर से ब्रान्च मे गया। तब से यही चल रहा है। आज 6महनें होने को है आज की तारीक तक मुझे मेरी धनराशि नहीं मिली है। मुझे एजेंट एवं सस्था के कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा कोही सहायता नही मिल रही है कारणवश मै आपको मेल करने को मजबूर हूं। ईसी उम्मीद से की केवल आप ही मेरी सहायता करेंगे।
            महाशय, समय और सब कार्य पूरा होने के बावजूद भी मुझे रकम क्यो नही दिया जा रहा है?

            मुझे बहुत दुख हो रहा है कि मेरे खुद के पैसे लेने के लिए इतनी तकलिफ झेलना पड़ रहा है। मानसिक एवं शारीरिक तनाव से गुजरना पड़ रहा है।
            श्रीमान महोदय आपसे विन्ती है कि आप पंजाब के जालंधर (2702) ब्रान्च मे सम्पर्क करके सस्था कि छवी को बदनाम करनेकी कोशिश करने मे लगे वर्कर को चेतावनी दी जाए और मुझ गरिब की तकलीफ को समझकर मेरा इंसाफ किया जाए। मेरा दुख कम करने का कष्ट करें। मुझे ईस वक्त पैसे की बहुत जरुरत है।

            इस संस्था ने मेरे अलावा अन्य न जाने कितने लोगों को बुरी तरह फसाकर रखा है। खुद के पैसे लेने मे इतनी तकलीफ हो रही है। सहारा इंडिया के माननिय वर्कर महोदय मेच्योरटी की रकम दिलाने के बदले में घुस लेने की मांग कर रहे हैं।
            न हेड आफिस से इस कम्पलेंट का संतोषजनक जवाब मिल रहा है। आज कम्पलेंट किया हुए महिना से भी उपर हो चुका है। इस वजह से लोगों का सहारा इंडिया के उपर से भरोसा उठता जा रहा है।

            कल[protected] मेरे एजेंट आर एस चौधरी जी के कहने पर करीब सुवह 11 बजे सहारा ब्रान्च में गया था। मुझे कहा गया की कल आइये चेक बन रहे हैं अभी। आज दोपहर 3बजे तक हो जायेगा। मै 4.45 मे ब्रान्च मे पहुंचा तो कहा गया की आप कल 11 बजे आइये और चेक ले लिजिए।
            Sir I buy 2 policy Receipt no[protected] and Receipt no.[protected] on may 09 but now I am want to break it and need money what can I do our Bagdogra manager and agent both tell me it can't be break now and I want money give me some solution.

              I had invested in 6 policies of sahara swarn yojana in the year 2004. After the maturity of policy the agenct told me that it has again automatically gone to fd for 10 years. I had again given passbook for reimbursment of my policy around 3 years back but i am yet to get my money. Some times agent tells that money is not there, it will come soon etc etc. Kindly do the needful. I am hereby giving details of my policy:-

                Sir, Firstly i would like to introduce myself. My name is vikar husain lived in h26 haiderpur pukhrayan kanpur dehat-209111. My account no [protected] is opened in sahara india last 1 years ago. From last three month ago i am facing. but i am getting same error "contact to cashyer." when i disscussed my problem with branch cashyer he did not given a proper response and told me that i don't know about same response i got from IT officer of sahara india pukhrayan. I dont want to say but i am very mentally harrased from sahara india cashyer branch pukhrayan . He is not able to do anything daily everybody has been disapponted Town pukhrayan is very reputed in kanpur dehat. But due to this behaviour of branch cashyer many of them closed the sahara india account. and moving to the other branch. . and i am also facing same problem from promoted to a cheap person in a higher and responsible post of branch when they dont know about how to operate the sahara indai and how to handle the client. my whole information is given below. kindly short oout my problem as soon as possible or take a hard action against branch manager pukhrayan .kindly treat this mail as a complaint mail. and revert me back a positive response. otherwise i will go to any where for complaint purpose.                   My name is sanyasi raju i am from amadalavalasa beach as a customer. My bonds maturied on july and nov 2017. Actually this investment was made for my daughters marriage. But marriage time i am not received any amount and till the date now. At this time i am ready for reinvestment for half half my amount. My intention was already intimate to branch manager and reagional manager but those people ingoring and payments made for other customers. Please take my compailent and taken an action.

                    Hi i have invested in gold scheme 5 yrs back and its already got maturity date. When i go to the office and asked for details they are saying no idea when that will be paid how to pay weather to give back the gold or pay cash no idea for the company itself they answered.                         I am getting only date not my money. Even sahara office don't know when i received my money they said they don't know about anything. My father has suffered from cancer. I have very urgent requirement of money.. Please help me. Its needed..

                              Dear sir,

                              I invest in sahara parivaar to safe my some amount for future

                              I invest 1000/- rs. Per month for 5 years in january 2013

                              But now when my policy is completed they are ignoring the amount

                              Says the amount is given to you in next 4-5 months

                              They also says that if i re-invest my amount in sahara they provide the balance amount in two working days

                              People are fully faith in sahara parivaar with closed eyes... There is a very excellent goodwill in india...

                              It's not only my case... There are too much cases in my town

                              All the people says that sahara is misusing his power

                              It's your first creditability to provide the people there clear fund of the completed account & then it's depend on the member where he or she invest in the sahara parivaar or not

                              Firstly,

                              I want to know that why sahara given these conditions to me for my money...

                              Secondly,

                              Plz take strictly action regarding this

                              Plz revert the same asap

                                Sir my self padam kant pandey i invest rs.56050 in your sahara q unique plan dt.30/08/2012, our receipt no. [protected] from ur authorised centre - hardoi sector 1751. Introducer code[protected] rakesh kumar tripathi. Sir 5 year already passed and there is no response from compony end. Sir when we deposit amount the company says after meturity u received your investment with interst. Sir please look it and please reply.

                                  Dear sir/ma’am, i have deposited 7 fd in sahara a select scheme for a period 4 yr on date 15/05/2012, maturity date is 15/05/2016, but dumraon sector (1592) manager is not releasing maturity amount, i have maturity demand 5 times but agent & manager have denied due to personal grievances, every times asked fund not available in our branch, sahara should be shameful for pathetic staff at their branches, my sister marriage is pending., every times asked you reinvest your money for other scheme, but i need money.                                   This is thief company not repaying maturity amount since last three years. Can any one suggest where we can complain against it. Please do not invest in this company.

                                    Sir mere pita ji ki death ho gayi hai.
                                    Mene branch mein death maturity ke liye apply 4 month pahle apply kiya tha magar abhi tak kuch nahi hua. Jabki mene pure document submit kiye the. Sir i anek bar branch gaya hoon, lekin vo log kah dete hai ki abhi nahi hua agle month aana.
                                    Har bar yahi kahte hai sir kuch response hi nahi milta. Sir please, death maturity ka payment kar dijiye. I reciept ki photocopy sanlagn hai
