I had invested Rs. 10000 in Sahara Swarn/ Rajat Yojna for purchase of plot.in 2005. After facing a lot of harassment , I received Rs. 10000 i.e. only the principal amount. No interest was given on this amount. the interest of Rs. 3189 due was further invested without my consent. I e-mailed my complaint to the Secretary of SAHARA CORPORATION in FEB. 2010. I also write a letter to company on 8th march 2010 but I didnt got any response till now. I want this amount of Rs. 3189 alongwith the interest due on it from 11th july, 2007.I request you to settle the matter at the earliest.

I have invested in sahara india commercial corporation limited in "MULTI PLUS" plan on 14.04.2007

my a/c no [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. after 4 years when I went for maturity return they first advice to claim maturity, which i have claimed on 28.04.2011. The office staff advised to come after 07 day.
Again I went after 15 days on 14.04 2011 the office staff replied that computer is break down. we will call you. but they don't call when I call on 23.05.2011 the brach manager behaved rudely his no is M.no. [protected].

with this plateform I woild like to draw your kind attention on the following problem with a hope that you will resolve the same.

I had deposited Rs. 3374/- on 30th June 2007 vide their FDR No.[protected] in their Sahara Swarn/Rajat Yojna (B). with the assurance that payment of this instrument shall be made in 38 months but I regret to know that they already closed their office at Darya Ganj, Delhi and no intimation is being passed to the investor.

Almost 45 months have been passed but I could not find any body of Sahara to ask for a Refund as they already closed their office, Inspite of communicating to their Lucknow Office no response.

Today one of my freind gave me detail of this portal so I am making the complaint with a request to take up the matter with appropriate authority.

I also request you if possible to forward this compalint to EOW, of Central Government ( this I am suggesting because I feel that they cheated so many other people)

I deposited with Sahara India Parivar Patiala Branch for a flat and a commercial shop Rs.10,000/- each (10,000+10,000=20,000/-) vide first receipt No.[protected] Central No.[protected] dated 11.9.04 and[protected] Central No.[protected] dated 11.9.04. A period of more than 6 years has been elapsed, neither any flat/shop has been delivered nor any intimation/refund has been sent to me. Some time back I visited Patiala office and enqujired the status but they failed to give proper reply. You are requested to look into the matter and intimate the status of my amount Rs.20,000/- as well; as delivery of possession of flat/shop. I shall; be grateful.

This is to complain about the misinformation and cheating conducted by Sahara City Homes.
I had paid initial amount of Rs. 1,11,100 for a flat in Ahmedabad in 2005 with the promise that the project will be completed by 2007.

Till date I have visited their site numerous times,on occasions travelling from overseas and have been persuaded by them to give them some more time.

To my frustration, on the latest visit I have fond that the construction work has barely progressed.In the mean time I have paid Rs.2 ,37,460 as allotment amount on 04/10/2008. This amount includes late payment charges as I had missed the due date to pay the allotment amount. I was then promised that within two weeks I would be given the allotment letter.

Since then I have tried contacting their office numerous times and I have not received a satisfactory reply yet.Before I take legal action against this firm, I'd like your advise and support with regards to this matter.

I have opened the accounts in favour of my daughter ANSHU NIGAM A/c No. [protected]on 12/04/2001 @ Rs.400.00 Per Month for four years on scheem S-4.
All instalments have been entered except one of dated 20/12/2003 for Rs 400.00 receipt No. [protected] as noticed from the statement taken from branch at Chhatarpur (M.P.) which shows less redemption on maturity dated 21/10/2010 instead of Rs.48000.00 in other account.
I have contacted in branch & they have advised to take the pre matured amount, because they are unable to pay correct amount at this stage.
Kindly look into this and make the arrangement to correct this enomaly immediately as the mistake is taken place by barnch itself.

I paid one investment of 10000/- in Sahara India Housing Scheme (Rajat Yojana) in year 2003 and till date we have not heard anything on the status of our investments from the concerned office. Nobody from the authority is contacted us and we are feeling cheated since more than 7 years have passed and we are still kept in dark.

Now I want refund of my money along with the accrued interest for the period and the compensation towards mental harassment i have been subjected to for last seven years and breaking the trust of investors like me.

I used to invest Rs. 1000/- p.m. I had invested till Rs. 18000- i.e total 18 installments. After that due to some financial problems i could not manage to deposit ?Rs. 1000/- p.m. I have passbook duly updated as well as receipts for Rs. 18000/-. Now I want my money back so I visited Sahara Pariwars Andheri Branch Office (From where I opened my account). But they refused to pay back my money. They said they have lock in period of 5 years. so after completion of 5 years i will get my money back. their attitude was very rude. I requested them several times to give me their senior authorities contact no. but they didn,t paid any attantion. Please help me out to get my money back. Even the office of the company is also shifted from one place to another without any intimation to the customers who have invested money.

that one mr. gaurav juneja has posted a comment in reference of my legal notice served to sahara india.he has not disclosed his identity and contact information,therefore his comments are forged and fake.i am trying to trace him so that appropriat lawful acton can be taken for lowering the personal and proffeional dignity of mine by misusing the wave site of google .

We were introduced to Sahara City homes in the year of May 2005 in Jaipur and had paid the down payment of 1,35,000 . The initial date promised for possession was towards the end of 2007. But till date there is no progress in this project.We have sent several letters but they are not responding to any of the letter.

We also wrote letters and email to SAHARA CITY offices at Jaipur, Narnaul (Regional office) & lucknow and...

We would like to bring it to your notice that M/s SAHARA PRIME CITY LIMITED, having their Regd. Office at Sahara India Centre, 2, Kapoorthala Complex, Aliganj, Lucknow- 226 024 (U.P.), is planning to offer Public Offer through IPO to collect funds for their proposed realty projects in different parts of the country including one at Chennai, Tamilnadu. The above company has already collected a huge amount in the year 2003-04 from general public in the name of constructing a world class township at Chennai. The company have failed drastically and even could not construct a boundary wall and put a board at the proposed site which they promised to complete by 2007.

In this regard, the representatives of the people who paid money to company to book their houses, wrote several letters to the management of Sahara Prime City Limited, but in vein. The management of the company did not bother to answer the letters written to them. Fading up with the attitude of the management of the company, all the members who paid the money to the company took the matter with a national magazine to highlight the issue as they considered it as a serious fraud to general public. The matter was suitably presented to public by the national magazine “OUTLOOK BUSINESS” in their issue for the period 8th August, 2010 to 21st, August, 2010.

Surprisingly, the management of the company which never bothered to redress the grievances of their customers suddenly woke up from deep sleep after reading the article in the magazine and used their discretionary powers to cancel the booking of Dr. Shankar who highlighted his plight in it. Though the Company has taken a swift action in using their discretionary power but have forgotten their basic duty of informing the status of project to their 1400 customers from Chennai project alone who are waiting for the past 6 years in dark having invested by Rs.3100 Lakhs.

We are enclosing herewith following documents for your perusal;

Seeing the misery of Dr. Shankar who was promised a heaven on earth by the management of SPCL, this Association is of the opinion that the company management is not fair in their approach. They have collected the money from general public six years back and have done





nothing, are planning to collect money from Public through I.P.O for the same cause. What would happen to the new investors when the earlier investors are suffering at the hands of the Company. Hence, the Association feels that it is a fit case for considering a serious fraud as the company has failed drastically in their obligations. The company is yet to prove the genuineness of the Public Offer ( IPO ) by taking some positive steps in practical not on papers.

We therefore, request you to look into the matter and initiate a suitable action where thousands of prospective investors can be saved from an apprehensive fraud.
