I pad per day 400/- to sahara india sandila branch by daily recu. deposit scheme my a/c number is [protected].my account was opened jan 2014 and it's maturity was on 07 jan 2015 . My agent's code is[protected] and agent's name is G C Tripathi.I still have not recieved the matured amount till date.My mob. number is [protected]. Pl have a look and do the needful, at the earliest possible.

I have booked a flat at Sahara City homes in Nagpur in 2007. I have paid the full amount in 2010. The building and flat were delayed by a year and were ready only in 2014. We have still not been given possession saying there is a problem with NIIT. When asked for interest on money they are saying it's not possible to get anymore. None of the amenities are ready on the site and on my recent visit they told us that the watchmen haven't been paid in 2 months. Please connect with me if you have the same problem. Dear Sir, It is very sad to inform you that Sahara India financial policy is one of the worst i have seen and due to it i am submitting about my exploitation from this sector.I invested in a scheme of 10000 Rs each for two policies on the name of priya sharma for the scheme namely SAHARA 10 on 07Dec2002 against its first receipt no [protected] and [protected] which got its redemption date on 07 Jun 2014.Since 07 Jun 2014 we are continuously approaching to its staff and its manager but they all times gives a future date and makes lame excuses for their inefficiency to give back the cheque, Manager's cell phone is always switch off and never comes to office, we have to go for 80 kms twice a week which they gives us and its all running between pillar to post and a technique to harass consumers, please do needful to this context and i am also moving this case to court and other higher authorities and do my utmost to teach such corrupts.

Sir, maintain the captioned accounts with your Barbigha Branch (Branch Code 1331). My FD Accounts has matured. I had gone to the Branch on 19/02/2015 for mature withdrawal of my FD and pre mature withdrawal of RD Account. After visiting the Branch I came to know that the Branch Manager was on leave. Thereafter, I met the Acting/Officiating Branch Manager, Shri Rajan Kumar Singh (Employees' No. 16779) and discussed the status my FD and RD Account with him. I expressed my wish for mature withdrawal of the FD and pre mature withdrawals of RD Account.I told him that I don't stay at the village. I stay at Mumbai. I was indire of need money and I had to return to Mumbai, the next week. He told that both will be taken care of.. I asked him regarding deduction of TDS as advised by my agent that TDS will be deducted by Branch.Now there was some confusion regarding TDS to be deducted on the FD RD account. Mr. Rajan told me that TDS will be deducted on both RD and FD Account irrespective of the amount of interest accrued/paid on both these accounts. He further told that Sahara India deducted TDS even on Rs. one paid as interest. I told him that as per the existing rules and regulations of IT Act TDS is deducted when the amount of Interest accrued/paid in a financial year exceeds Rs. 10000.00. Further, interest on RD account is not to be accounted for while considering TDS. Mr Rajan told me bluntly the his company does not believe in these IT Acts and If I needed any clarifications I should knock the doors of the company. I told him the you are a representative of the company and you out to reply to my querries. I told him to give the things in writing to me. Then, I given my application with relevant paper of FD and RD, which refused. He repeatly told that if I needed any clarifications I should go to the company. He told me he was least bothered about a depositor like me who maintained Rs. 10000.00 or 20000.00 deposit and such depositors were considered worthless by him. He used abusive language and his behaviour towards me was absolutely deplorable. He passed demeaning and derogatory remarks on me. Such a behaviour on his part is to be construed as gross misbehaviour. He threatened me of dire consequences and further told me that I will have to hospitalised, I will be beaten up in such a manner. At last before my leaving branch he threatened that now Sahara India Barbigha Branch will never make payment you STR and RD amount. If you have any complain you can go anywhere. I don't fear anybody. I request your goodselves to look into the matter and take the strongest of action against such erring staff member who is tarnishing the image of your institution. I ask refund from chennai office on 30 September 2014, they told your bonds/account not tranfered to this office and your bonds deposit for renewal one year, then we issue new bonds. As per direction of sector manager, I deposited my two bonds on 30 Sep 2014, but no any bonds issued to me till date.

No. +91 [protected]), even after several times communication with him and RM - Ballia. I contact in person on 17/10/2014 in his office, and he assured for payment by 05/01/2015 with interest on delay. When I contact on and 04/01/2015 Br. Manager Bansdih explained that payment is not possible in the current financial year.
