Hi sir i am ashok and i am fix deposit 27392 rs./and my maturity amount 32076./ rs but sahara agent is my payment refund only on 12000 and ask me 20076 rs. Is after 4 month and wait for it why...

Maturity amount fixed for 18 months on sahara special fix certificate scheme on 05.12.2018 at behala sector, dakshin kolkata region on the assurance of refund the amount. But not getting the payment due to fund crisis (As per office staff).

Today i visited your mahwa office with my mother and asked about maturity details of my plan.
There were four agents mr. Sharma, mr jangid, mr jain and branch incharge present in the office.
When, i asked about my balance and other details of policy they all become very aggressive and misbehave with me and mother also.
Is it your any customers service policy to behave with your customer like this unorthodox...
