The branch of sahara in azadpur is very irresponsible and the branch manager is not present at the place individual have to wait for hours to meet manager and staff not giving the satisfactory answer i have to policy and payment is pending for 9-10 month and 3-4 month after lots of effort i don't have any proper response please do some action against azadpur branch.

I had not received the payment for my matured account. I had already complained several times for this but i am not getting any positive response.
We deposited the money for future use but what is the benefit if we don't get the money back in time?. I hope i will get positive response against my problem. Please consider my problem and resolve the issue asap

My rd matured on august 18 but i have not received maturity amounts up to today
I have so many contact to our sahara agent. But he does not satisfactory replay
So please i request to you that provides my maturity amounts aa soon as possible

So please tell us when we will receive amount.

This is disheartening to inform that i am yet to get my expected return for availing the above said fund.

More disappointing to learn that everytime we visit the sahara office at bagdogra, the employees confessed, they themselves are not getting salary by sahara then how can refund our amount.

Appreciate if any of the authority look into it, i received my money from other companies as assured, but sahara giving only run around.

I have 5 sahara a select fd (16k each of total invested amount of 80, 000). The fd matured on 07/11/2017 of matured amount of rs 18, 600/-. The issuing authorized centre is kanin f. C.[protected].

I have a policy in sahara and the maturity is completed in 2017 but as i go in near by branch they didn't withdraw my money rather deposited in another star 2 program without my concern and fill all the form but i didn't sign in any of the form so can it possible for them to withdraw my money and what procedure i have to do to get my money back

I have invested in sahara india commercial corporation limited on july2005 in sahara triple scheme. Sir i have applied for mature redemption on 10-may-1018. My mature application has been accepted and payment amount of 17, 890rs has been approved by sahara command office. When i went to sahara (Sahara india sasaram dist rohtas g t road near kali asthan sasaram pincode 821115) branch on 17sep2018, there officer has confirmed that my payment has been sent by ho, but at branch level we dont have fund to pay. They told me to submit all the necessary documents, which i have submitted on 10-may-2018. Sir today is 24-june-2019 and they have still not paid my money and again gave the same answer that we dont have fund to pay. This answer has been given to me by mr m. K. Singh branch office manager (Current branch office manager) worker at sasaram office. Sir i will wait by today evening and if dont receive my payment, i will forward my complaint to sebi and rbi.

Here is the sahara receipt no.[protected] and serial no. 15910 which was provided by mr m. K. Singh branch office manager. Regarding this i have to approach (Sahara india sasaram dist rohtas g t road near kali asthan sasaram pincode 821115) many times, but i am not getting a positive response from branch office (Branch name and code: sasaram sector - 1630). When i am approach to manager about my payment his behaviour is very rude.
