            पिछले वर्ष अक्टूबर के माह में मेरी maturity date पूरी हो गई थी। और मुझे अगले 2 महीनों के अंदर मेरा भुगतान करने को कहा गया था पर पिछले 8 महीनों से तरह तरह के वजह बताके हम लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाया जा रहा है। एजेंट का नंबर ऑफ रहता है तो कभी आफिस में मैनेजर नही रहते है । कृपया करके इसे संज्ञान में ले और हमारा भुगतान जल्द से जल्द करवाये अथवा कंपनी के खिलाफ कानूनी कार्यवाही की जा सकती है ।

                My self nilesh rameshchandra swain, i am policy holder of sahara life insurance last 10 year. My policy number is 00282003. Now the thing is that i unable to continue this policy, so i want to surrender.
                For that i have already submitted all the documents to your head office (Mumbai) and complete all the formalities as per your demand but still i have not received my amount now could you please confirm that how much figure i will receive and when?

                            Dear sahara india commercial corporation limited,

                            I have invested in sahara india commercial corporation limited on july2005 in sahara triple scheme. Sir i have applied for mature redemption on 10-may-1018. My mature application has been accepted and payment amount of 17, 890rs has been approved by sahara command office. When i went to sahara (Sahara india sasaram dist rohtas g t road near kali asthan sasaram pincode 821115) branch on 17sep2018, there officer has confirmed that my payment has been sent by ho, but at branch level we dont have fund to pay. They told me to submit all the necessary documents, which i have submitted on 10-may-2018. Sir today is 24-june-2019 and they have still not paid my money and again gave the same answer that we dont have fund to pay. This answer has been given to me by mr m. K. Singh branch office manager (Current branch office manager) worker at sasaram office. Sir i will wait by today evening and if dont receive my payment, i will forward my complaint to sebi and rbi.

                            Here is the sahara receipt no.[protected] and serial no. 15910 which was provided by mr m. K. Singh branch office manager. Regarding this i have to approach (Sahara india sasaram dist rohtas g t road near kali asthan sasaram pincode 821115) many times, but i am not getting a positive response from branch office (Branch name and code: sasaram sector - 1630). When i am approach to manager about my payment his behaviour is very rude.

                                    I had given sahara Q- shop certificate(4 no)for reinvestment, after its maturity, as maturity amt is not given to the customer. I had submitted on 18th of April/2019 to the branch head . He asked me to come and collect the renewal certificate after 10 days . When i visited the office in the 1st wk of May, i came to know that certificates have been lost/misplaced. Till date those certificates are not traceable and the office head is giving stupid vague reply for that.

                                      This is regarding policy no [protected] (amount-101498/-) on the name of Savitri Devi. This policy got matured in Nov 18 however amount has not been transferred yet. Agent has been providing excuses on continuous basis.

                                      Extermely bad experience from Sahara India. Hope this will be heard on this platform.
