Sir/madam,

Kindly inform you that i (Bijendra kumar rai, account no.[protected] had start the half yearly installment in sahara m. Benifit scheme in november 2010 for 5 years plan in palwal branch (Haryana) and with this scheme maturity amount were completed in november 2015.

According to maturity time i was demand for payment on 27 november 2015 and with your rule after demand, payment should be clear within 39 days. But till now i have not received our payment.

Your staff of palwal branch (2091) not seriously responding in this matter and demand had laps many time. They are clear all the payment of close relation otherwise not respond.

So, please accept our serious problem and kindly resolve my matter. I will very great full to you.

Dear sahara team, i rajan bali with account number "[protected]/ kangra branch himachal pradesh had enrolled for a policy in which i was told to deposit 1000₹ every month for 5 yrs which i did regularly as i was assured by agent ashutosh sharma that i will get ₹75000 in return after 5 yrs. I made complete payment regularly when policy was not matured. Now my policy has been matured since last more than6-8 months but till now i havn't got any claim. I called the agent ashutosh sharma but he simply denied to work upon my request. As per him he is not the concern person so told me to coordinate with branch directly and further he never picked up my call. Last month i went to branch, there i got shocked to know that amongst 60 pmts, 7 payments has not been deposited and i was completely shocked because i personaly handed over the premiums to the agent ashutosh sharma. I was assisted by his manager mr thakur but now he is also not responding my calls and shared a number for branch which is not working. Agent threatening me and challenging me to approach any level because as per him he can't be affected by any authority at all. With such support from sahara employees i am really on the highest peak of disappointment and thinking to knock at consumer forum soon because i am really feeling my self looted/ cheated. It is regret to say that I am investors of Sahara India Parivar as I started to invest on date 22/11/2014 in scheme in which Daily 100/- is to be deposited now that scheme has been matured and I approached to your kanpur office couple of times but till date I didnot get my payment and I also came to know that My payment had been transmitted 3 times from your regional office to the kanpur office but they neither informed me and nor they credited my amount.

I m not getting my deposit amount from sahara india saharsa office dist. Bihar. All the time manager remains absent and no one is ready ti resolve our problem i have visited no of times but all invein. I have submitted my complain in written form and recived one copy of the same. Kindly resolve my matter as soon as possible otherwise i have to take legal action.

There is a life insurance of my father and my mother was nominee. Now my father is no more and five months have finished of submitting the documents at Lucknow bt still there is no response till now. Details are below.

I would like to bring to your urgent notice that I have not yet received my matured amount that goes over a Lakh. The branch manager says that since it is a huge amount, hence, cannot be cleared unless it is passed from the center.

But shockingly, the same branch manager has cleared the same amount for another gentleman in our zone. I am really displeased at this unjust turns of events and immediately demand my matured money.

I have one policy with sahara which has matured in Oct 2015 but till date i have not received my payment. I had visited to Regional office in Agra there i got to know that Sahara has generated payment advice but my branch (Ram nagar ki puliya Branch Code :5124 ) is not releasing payment. so I did discussion with respective branch Manager Mr Rajiv Mittal and their I got to know that my Agent Mr. Kapil mittal had some personal issues with Mr Rajiv Mittal that why Branch is not willing to releasing payment.

Hence I had to discuss with Sector Manger Mr. D.P Singh and he insure me that soon i will get my payment after their insurance i came back to my home .

But still almost 20 days left i din't get my payment.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue and release my payment and take a hard action against who is not follow the rules and regulation of company.

Hi, my payment already redemption on 30/02/2014. but when i went to visit my branch chowk bazar, surat, gujarat, india, branch manager Ashok singh told me you ill not get your fund untill fund relise from head office. so need my money back as soon as for medicle purpose. i also visit Head branch surat and meet to Gautam sir he advise me you ill get money next week without looking my document. and also angery on me once i ask for money refund, as look like i did something wrong with him.

After Paying Complete Dues of Flat and Sahara Supposed to give Possession in 2010. So till now no information what so ever regarding possession or return of money or else.
No response since then via mail/phone/post
so what is the procedure from hereon and how much time it will take
