Respected sir/madam,

My father, ex sgt rama chandra mishra, had deposited some money as fixed bond asset in sahara india.
After the sahara issue and arrest warrant of its chief subrata roy, he is trying hard to withdraw his money. But the branch manager without returning the money even after maturity period, forcefully redeposits money into fixed bonds and it is 3rd time to do so. They give us the reason that they are not getting fund back from head office. Currently due to sister's marriage we need money immediately however even after long try we are not getting back our money.

Kindly find the details below and look into the matter and guide us on how to resolve the issue.

I have a certificate of advance of rs 4422 of sahara india parivar of rajat yojna

This advance is in fact interest amount pertaining to the principle amount of rs 10000 that i had deposited for the above policy in ludhiana.
In june 2007 i had taken the principle amount back from the office in ludhiana.
I was told that this advance is infact a fd and can be redeemed when required.

Kindly guide how to go about.. I contacted sahara office in mumbai where i am staying at present,,,,
They told me to visit ludhaina branch that is tough for me now..

I want to have my money back

I have booked a two bhk flat in Sahara City Home Bhubaneswar Grace on 15/05/2013 by depositing Rs 169242. Which is supposed to start construction from June 2012 but till date the project is in hanging position. After many correspondence with the Sale Head, Sahara Prime City Ltd and Zonzl Head, Sahara India Pariwar, Bhubaneswar no action has been taken or no reply communicated regarding the refund of my money till date.

Dear team,
I have a fixed deposit of share india at kendra para branch in orissa bearing police no[protected]. I wanted to redeem it at marsha ghat branch in kendra para they have accepted all my documents including the bond but still i have not received the payment and the branch manager also told that it will take time but they can not confirm how much time it will take. Plus help somebody i think the company has become bad debt they are not suppose to pay my money.

Dear sir/ madam,

I have deposited sum of 78000 rupees in monthly installments of rs.1500 for 5 years and few monthly installment not given total given rs. 78000 as per there records.

As per sahara head office at kapoorthala they have dispatched rs. 95471 to their jajmau franchisee dated 30th sep16. But mr. S. N. Tiwari at jajmau branch is saying no money recieved and come after 2 years.
Or do again fd of your sum amount for next 5 years.
Please help in getting my hard earned money

Many payments given during this peroids. What is problem to pay me. Please look this matter urgently. People invest money to get their when mature but your offices failed to do.

I am dileep sachan i have opened rd account with sahara india pariwar having ac no-[protected] & [protected] city-kanpur my maturity period over in 2-april-2016 still company is not repaying. We approached so many times but they are not repaying from last six months. We already called so many times and met manager in office so many he is telling lies please kindly accept my complaint and resolve it as early as possible.

My term months of amount is complete. But company employ not refund my amount. I am very harassed by company office in sector-22, chandigarh. I sent my documents in company office 24.08.2016 but no response.

Sir, please solve my problem as soon as possible.

My RD a/c no-[protected]. is in sahara india hardoi branch. Its opening date is 06/09/2010 which was completed.My fund value is 27384
I have visit branch for fund withdraw but officer said to me only 15000 amount for withdraw and rest of amount to create presser for new policy.

Kindly help for withdrawal my fund asap.

My Consumer no.[protected]/70 member ship No.[protected] was matured on 14.08.2016. This amount was matured 2 years back and reinvested due to non return of money. Again they are not returning my money. Taking time. Please return it at an early date.This was the monthly deposit which was matured three years back, but they did not return money instead said half of the amount will be returned by sebi. But when I agreed to deposit they deposited the entire matured amount. Now that amount also matured on 14.08.2016. Again asking time. Now I am frequently visiting the office. They are avoiding and talking all the lies. After first complain some body from sahara office asked on telephone whether I submitted the refund application. I told him I submitted the refund application twice.., then he disconnected saying ok. kindly arrange to refund.

मैने 30 जुलाई 2016 को अपने सिनियर युसुफ पंवार जिसका कोड[protected] पाली मारवाड जिला पाली राजस्‍थान के द्वारा 1 लाख रूपये की एफडी करवाई मैरे सिनियर ने मुझे धोके में रखकर वो 1 लाख की एफ डी फॉर्म बदल कर अपने कोड में जमा करवा दी जिसकी मैने 23 अगस्‍त 2016 को सैकटर मैनेजर पाली मारवाड को लिख्‍ाित में शिकायत की जिसकी आज दिनांक तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं हुई हैा बाद में मैने 12 सितम्‍बर 2016 को सहारा यन फॉम लखनउ में लिख्‍ाित में रजि डाक द्वारा पञ के माध्‍यम से शिकायत की जिसकी भी आज दिनांक तक कोई कार्यवाही नही हुई हैा मुझे सहारा इण्डिया से जुडे हुए 1 वर्ष हो गये मेरे साथ मेरे सिनियर ने धोखा धडी की जिसकी मैने सैकटर ऑफिस रिजनल एरिया कार्यालय में लिखित में शिकायत की मगर उक्‍त ऐजेंट की सब जगह पहुंच है जिसके कारण उसका कुछ भी नही होता ओर शिकायत वही पर दबा दी जाती है मेरे अलावा भी और एजेंटो ओर पार्टियों ने भी इसकी शिकायत की मगर आज दिनांक तक इस एजेंट का कुछ भी नहीं बिगाड सके जिसके कारण यह अपने ही नीचे जुडे हुए कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ इस तरह की हरकते करता रहता है और भविष्‍य में भी ऐसी हरकते करेगा इस लिए आपसे निवेदन है कि इसके विरूद कठोर कार्यवाही करे ताकि मेरे साथ जो अन्‍याय हुआ है वो किसी और के साथ न हो और मेरी फेमेलीरिटी चैंज की जाये ताकि मै भविष्‍य में कम्‍पनी के लिए अच्‍छा कार्य कर सकूं मुझे विश्‍वास है कि सैकटर लेवल पर मेरी शिकायत पर कोई कार्यवाही न हुर्इ है और न ही यहां के अधिकारी कोई कार्यवाही करना चाहते है इससे पहले भी मैने जून 2015 में 10000 की एफ डी करवाई थी उसका भी कमीशन और अभी जो 1 लाख की एफ डी करवाई उसका कमीशन मुझे जल्‍द से जल्‍द दिलाने की कार्यवाही करावे

Myself Kaushliya devi invest under e-shine scheme rs. 320000/- and my payment is due from april'16 so tried my hard for collect payment around 500000/- with interest and visit my home branch kotputli Distt Jaipur Rajasthan several times and talk with area RM located at Chomu Rajasthan several times but he replies that kotputli is sick unit for sahara so it may take times after a period of 6 month i cannot get payment i am so much depressed so kindly help me for process payment as soon as possible.

My payment is due for Rs.320000+ Interest under e-shine scheme vide my recepit no[protected][protected] from April16 but still after six month no payment has been provided to me. I talk to RM, Chomu Rajasthan in this regard several times but every time no satisfactory by him. suffering from a long period for payment i am very much disturbed so kindly take necessary action as soon as possible to fulfill my claim

We had deposited the amount in sahara india pariwar Unic plan on Fab 2008 for 5 year's now my FD is matured than I went to sahara office to collect my matured amount than sahara office maneger told me that now mony is not avaiable so we are not able to return your money. Since 1 years I have been visiting the sahara office for collect the payment but every time sahara manager denyed for give the mony.

Company is not giving payment on time at Surat sector.
Customers are afraid to reinvest...
Those who are reinvesting they are also not satisfied...
Market of Investment in Sahara is going down in Surat...
So I request you to settle down the problem as soon as possible...
I am also a agent of financial company of Sahara, I have not gave a single payment to my customers from company, so they are not trusting me, they are saying that give us payment first than only talk about further investment.

Sir I am regular customer of Sahara, i have been investing in Sahara since last 7 years, in year 2013 I gave 1 lac rupees to my agent Dharmender singh from haldi branch ballia, since then he is not giving me my documents and blackmailing me so pl provide me the details of my investment, my name is Deevesh Kumar Singh, address vill - post kaithawali tehsil-bansdih dist-ballia u.p.
