Sir,
We have account in your branch nearest from maha mandir jodhpur rajasthan now the complete my account (Account opening date 15/06/2015 and maturlty date is 15/06/2015) and so complete.I am invest in your plan (Per mounth 500/-rs) in 5 years so complete amount 30000/- and after maturity amount approx. Rs. 38500/- . So complete amount in pay your nearest branch. But they are no respond in branch staff. Because they are told me this no working internet and neaver no working system. I am tired sir any excuse . Sir i request so is my problem solve but i steel action in compliant your compay. I am going to sebi complaint in your company

                      Dear sir, I submitted my 15G form for my 2 SAHARA UNIQUE policy of Rs 10000/- each to your Purnra, Bihar office on August 11th 2014. But after 10 month of my submission I didn't receive my maturity amount cheque. I approached to the concerning person so many times but he gave me only date. This is a highly serious matter, I have a urgent need of my amount. Please do the needful at the earliest otherwise I will approach to banking ombudsman for this issue.                           My name is Mr. Debabrata Banerjee. I had begun a Sahara Real Estate Bond on[protected] which has matured on[protected], at BANKASAHI, BHADRAK, ORISSA-756100. The Application number is[protected] and the Control Number is [protected]. However, now that my bond has already matured three months back, yet the bond has not been redeemed and I have not received my due payment yet. In between, the Sahara agent who was responsible for initiating the bond is now creating a nuisance and deliberately delaying the release of funds by using several false excuses. His behaviour is unethical to this extent that he is pressurising me to initiate another bond of 50% value of my matured bond with him and only then he will release the remaining 50% of my matured bond. I was totally unaware of any such condition when I initiated the bond in 2010. The details of the concerned Sahara agent are: Name: Btakrushna Padhi Code:[protected] I am a retired senior citizen and your agent has been troubling me and causing a lot of mental harassment since last three months This kind of behaviour is highly unethical and unacceptable and uncalled for from a reputed company like Sahara.                             My name is Konda RajiReddy bearing agent code[protected]. I have worked as an agent in Hyderabad region for 15 years i.e. from[protected] to[protected] as a field worker. Due to some personal problems I resigned from my position and applied for F.F. settlement in April 2014. With respect to my F.F. settlement after 12 months Suryapet(Telangana State) branch office recieved advice to settle my F.F. settlement from command office. I asked many times regarding my F.F. Settlement but the branch manager ignored by saying due to lack of funds we are unable to give the F.F. settlement. Due to this delay the advice went back to command office. For the second time branch office recieved F.F. settlement advice letter from command office, even now the branch manager and regional manager were troubling me by not giving my F.F. settlement fund. I lost all hopes on my branch office and regional office. I am getting troubled like anything to get my fund which is rightfully mine. After all these 15 years of loyal and honest service, I don't deserve to get troubled like this. Now, I have all my hopes on you just you. I would request you to kindly interviene and help me to get my F.F. Settlement. Looking forward for your help.

                                  I went for payment to your Alwar Branch which is nearby SBI on Road No. 2, Alwar-301001, Rajasthan three-four times. But unfortunately, your branch head/ Officer-in-Charge Mr. Prem Prakash Gupta (Mobile No. [protected]) who is not attending my phone and he is not sitting in his office (photo attached for ready reference). I have asked from other executives in his office, when Mr. Prem ji will come, they didn't have any answer. Other staff members also not co-operating me. One of your executive who is from your Regional Office met me in this branch, but he could not help me in this matter. On Monday, 01.06.2015 Mr. Prem ji met me and promised for payment on Tuesday 02.06.2015. Neither he made payment nor sent any information to me. Kindly take serious action against them.

Dear Sir, With reference to above cited subject I am enclosing herewith A/c copy obtain from your company as on 30.09.2014 -wherein Company has been deduct tax on my commission amount and same that day I am already submit my –PAN-copy at your Branch Office with requesting for uploading my TDS amount in my PAN A/c. The Manager reply to us this Qtr can uploaded your a/c in Income tax Department. Thereafter I am re-contact on 22-Feb-2015 in Branch Office when not uploaded in this 3-rd Qtr.TDS return. I am re-submitted PAN Card Copy to Manager second time. The Second time submitted he believe to me 4th Qtr Return Sure your work. That upto date till[protected] when I see my 26AS form in this account TDS amount not uploaded seen. I am Re-Contact Branch Manager reply to us I am sent to our relative Section. I not satisfied that he doing our time pass. Just-today I re-send my pan card and ID proof to Branch Manager on their mobile apps. He demand against to against every two days after these ID and PAN. Sir I am inform the Company hit violent of Legal Act. He is loss to me for above amount because I am regular assessee longtime and filed my return regularly on due date. Last at this time Sir I am contact your Head Department Lucknow for take action on this matter. I am complete send you scan copy of my a/c and PAN Card Copy with requested to please send/filed upto[protected] recon. TDS Statement/return with my a/c name. if you not filed 4th Qtr I am sent my case to Vigilance Section of Income Tax Dept. Bangaluru with all attachments for Legal Action against Company because of company Late filed TDS return, losing to us and harass to their customer.
