महोदय सविनम्र निवेदन है, की मै रोहित कुमार सिंह एवं मेरे छोटे भ्राता मोहित कुमार सिंह ने दिनांक १४/०३/२०१३ को सहारा क्यू शॉप पालिसी के अंतर्गत १०००० -१०००० रूपए का इन्वेस्टमेंट किया था, जिसकी मिचुय्रिटी तिथि पूर्ण हुए कई वर्ष व्यतीत हो चुके है परन्तु मुझे अब तक इस धन की आवश्यकता ना होने के कारण इस धन की निकाशी नही की| परन्तु महोदय अब मुझे एवं मेरे भ्राता को गंभीर क्षयरोग हो गया है, जिससे मुझे एवं मेरा परिवार को भयंकर शारीरिक एवं आर्थिक संकट का सामना करना पड़ रहा है, एवं बीमारी के चलते रोजगार भी नहीं है और लोगो से कर्ज भी अधिक हो चूका है |जिससे जीवन मृत्युतुल्य कष्ट से गुजर रहा है जीना दुर्लभ हो गया है |
अतः महोदय से हाथ जोड़ सविनम्र निवेदन है की कृपया मेरी जमा पूंजी धन को मुझे प्रदान कर मुझे एवं मेरे परिवार को जीवनदान देने का कष्ट करे|

Sahara Agent changed our policies into Sahara Q Shop without any information and now they are not entertaining as well as we are not getting our amount.

Me and my friends made total 10 policies.
More than 10 years passed.
I have logged the case on MCA portal also in 2019 but it is still showing under examination.

मेरी रियल बहन श्रीमती शाहिरा बी निवासी हाजीपुर सिंरोंज जिला विदिशा (जिनकी मृत्यु हो चुकी है), जिन्होंने मुझे (मकबूल कुरेशी (भाई) को अपना उत्तराधिकारी बनाया था ) के सहारा इंडिया क्यू शॉप सर्टिफिकेट नं[protected] का रिफंड राशि 35250/- (प्रति संलग्न है) की जिसकी मैच्युरिटी दिनांक 21/03/2020 थी, उक्त मैच्युरिटी राशि 35250/- को प्राप्त करने के लिए मेरे द्वारा सहारा इंडिया के सिरोंज स्थित कार्यालय पर आवश्यक दस्तावेज श्रीमती शाहिरा बी की मृत्यु केपश्चात दिनांक 08/12/2019 को जमा कर दिए हैं, दस्तावेज जमा किए भी दो वर्ष का समय बीत गया है किंतु फिर भी सहारा इंडिया द्वारा हमारी रिफंड की राशि हमे वापस नहीं की जा रही है

Qshop me invest kiye gaye paiso ka refund kab milega .2016 me maturity puri ho chuki hai .6 saal ho gaye koi kuchh bolta hi nahi hai.

I have sahara q shop bonds which matured on[protected] but still not getting amount.I visit branch office, manager says to convert bond to society account and hold two more years and even not giving any guarantee of payment.

I had invested in Sahara q shop around 1.5 lakhs and maturity amount is almost 3 lakhs but now don't know how to get money back, neither Sahara nor SEBI replying.

My money remain stucked in sahara since 2010, initally i was invested in SAHARA INDIA REAL ESTATE on day of 25 September 2010 and my redemption date at that time was 25 September 2020 with double the amount in ten year.
But in between my agent suggest me to transfer my money from REAL ESTATE to SAHARA Q SHOP UNIQUE PRODUCTS RANGE LIMITED and at that time i was not aware about anything and i just done whatever he was suggested.
So on 28/05/2012 it converted to SAHARA Q SHOP but there is no clear details of anything on customer copy like redemption value, date etc..
So i contacted agent but he was unreachable, then contacted to branch but do not find any solution, even file complain but still doesn't get any solution.
Please help me out of this, I feel helpless when giving so much effort but don't find any solution for my own money..
I request SEBI, SC, even government please take some step to this type of fraud and help genuine investors.
I required my money several times, I tried everything but still not get single penny.
Please resolve my issue.. I request you.

We have opened the account in Sahara in 2012 by one of the Sahar agents
in Bihar with an initial amount of 5000 which got matured in 2018, But
in the year 2018, they said no one is getting the money as the case is
still in the court so they deposited our money in Sahara Q shop for the next 3 years with the guaranty that after 3 years the money will be deposited in
our account but today even after the second maturity date, the situation is the same and the agent is giving the same excuses.
Please guide us to get our money back.
