THE BACK MATERIAL HAS STARTED GET DISTRESS WITH FEW USE AND NOW TORN. I AM AN INTERNATIONAL TRAVELER WITH NORMAL 2-3 TRIP USAGE/YEAR AND LOADING THE BAG IN CABIN STORAGE ONLY HAS MADE MARKINGS AND HAVE MADE THE MATERIAL WEAK WHERE THE TROLLEY FRAME AND MATERIAL TOUCHES. WHEELS ARE SHAKY AND DIFFICULT TO PULL. I HAVE TAKEN THIS BAG TO KOLKATA SERVICE CENTER IN 2020 MARCH (JUST BEFOR LOCKDOWN) AND THEY HAD TURNED ME DOWN STATING THIS IS NOT COVERED AS I HAVE MISHANDLED THE PRODUCT. I HAVE NOT MISUSED THE PRODUCT AND THIS KIND ASSUMPTION IS NOT CORRECT. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED OUT OF SAMSONITE PREMIUM CABIN BAG THAT COUPLE O[censored]SE THIS ISSUE WILL COME. I AM VISITING INDIA AFTER 2 YRS AND AM IN VIZAG NOW. HERE THE SERVICE CENTER IN DWARKA NAGAR ASKED TO WRITE IN THE WEBSITE AS THEY CAN’T HELP. I AM FEELING SO STUCK SPENDING INR13000 ON THIS CASE WITH NO WAY TO CONTACT THE SAMSON PERSONNEL. I GOOGLES AND FOUND A TOLLFREE NO WHERE THE CALL DIDN’T GET CONNECTED.
THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS AND NOT EXPECTED FROM SAMSONITE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE REPAIR IMMEDIATELY AND ADVISE WHERE TO DROP THE CASE. Have received email from customer service saying this is normal wear and treat so they can’t help. After paying 13k for a small suitcase I feel cheated that on use of 5-6 times the material cloth is coming off and it is such a big design fault and now samsonite is not ready to help

I have a defective Samsonite luggage which is under warranty and company has approved for a replacement. But I have been told that the replaced luggage (of same amount) will not have a new warranty period. Only the remaining warranty period of initial luggage will be applicable. Is that correct?

I bought a suitcase in 2017 in the US with an international warranty. While travelling last month from London to India it cracked along the sides. Samsonite has agreed that the suitcase is still under warranty. However, they are refusing to send a suitable replacement. The model I bought is not available in India. I bought it for $140 and the same now costs $229. Since the model is not available, Samsonite is only providing a voucher amount of $140. With this, I can't even buy the SAME suitcase that I currently have. This is in violation of their warranty policy on the website. I have sent 15 emails with all the details and yet Samsonite refuses to engage or respond regarding why they are violating their policy.

This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen.

I had purchased 3 sized Samsonite luggage bags. In between all smaller size size bag got cracked from the back side. Pls take the due action as soon as.

I purchase a 28 inch samsonite suitcase in myanmar.Which got damage in international travel to india.The seller give me 5 percent discount.I m getting claim of 16400 rs after 20 percent discount.If the product is on discount in india its not my fault.I should get my claim full which is amounting to 22013 rs.

I Hemant Keni had taken samsonite bag on 11 Nov 2011 from Viviana mall store Thane Mumbai.

On 15 Oct 2020 during my travel to Panama the bag was damaged. Attached photos for your reference of damage and the warranty card.

I have visited Viviana mall store but they are refusing to do the repair and exchange also.
It is my request to kindly consider the request to exchange / repairs.
Self is working in merchant navy and I am frequent traveler and self has taken the luggage bag and the 2 hand baggage from the Samsonite store.

Now since the bag has shown mlot of mutilation and wornedout, i went for returining the bag at same place to same person
the person remembers me taking from him but refused to exchange or get new exchanged without bill or warranty card.

i am senior citizen and have taken the same after lot of saving and now am paralysed without a bag to keep my belongings and computer.
i have returned the same to same shop but without success of exchange
Samsonite is known for its committment to customers. unfortunately outlet person working is not responding in proper tone

please suggest how can you help in replacement of such costly bag

Hello, My Name is Yogesh .I had purchased a Samsonite Bag ( Hard ) from Inorbit Mall ( Malad ) in 2016 .The Bag is Of Good Quality but Recently as I was Travelling Back from Uae the Bag Broke Down on the Upper Side .
Note : I don't have the warranty card Preserved or the Bill as According to me Samsonite is a Reputed Brand and I thought I wont Face any issues for 10 years cos I take Utmost Care of my Things .

There is a damage in the soft lining after just one use

I have taken a suitcase from canteen but it was broken and i returned it concerned person and he assured me to give new one but about 1 month later i donot get new one and suitcase was having 3 yrs worldwide waranty
