Case History
1. I have purchased a Quadair Pro (Laptop Bag Pack) from your authorised factory show room at Lower Parel vide invoice no. 12376 Dt. 04th Feb, 2014,
2. I have been given a warantee card for the span of three year from the date of purchase,
3. During last year also there was a Zip problem in middle compartment, which got ractified by without any cost,
4. Now I had a same problems some threads are coming out close to middle compartment zip and due to which zip get open anytime without my knowledge,
5. I sent my bag to nearest Factory Outlet at Chakala namely GIFTORS,
6. I have been given a Service After Sales Report bearing Service Invoice no. 12137 dt 19/09/2015
7. I have been told that zip is damaged and you have to pay Rs. 800/= as a repairing cost.
8. I replied your service representative to get the same done i am ready to pay the amount but i will escalate this to your senior members.
My Representation:
1. I have purchased a Samsonite one of the reputed brand across the world Laptop bag from its authorized Factory Outlet with a warranty of 3 years, just because of trust that the product i am buying is of best quality, best material and best after sales service,
2. but unfortunately due to any reason within approximately two year the same has been sent for the repair twice, (would like to share here my experience with Sky Bag which i remember a soft luggage bag i brought aprox. in the year 1988 and i used till almost 2009 but i never find any problem till the last moment since pattern outdated i replace it with another bag.) so may i get an answer that the material used in this bag is of inferior quality of what as it has given same problem twice with in 24 moths, Else it was oversight of your service representative who repaired last time, he has not noticed the same and get corrected the problem,
3. When i can spent 5 k to buy a bag, Rs. 800/= is not a big sum to pay for repair but my question is why i should pay the amount when it is having defective material,
4. this is gives me bad impression of your brand name Samsonite incase if someone ask about durability of Samsonite product you only tell what reply i should give honestly, at the same time would like to request if possible charge amount but use good durable material which last long,
Shoes of samsonite are very poor in quality
I bought samsonite shoes worth 6500/- approximate from in orbit mall vashi, mumbai in December. Within use of 2 months its heel wore off and I can't use them now. Just waste of money.
