This is regarding a bag we bought we were travelling and the bag had a big crake it is shocking that this happened as in the add u guys are showing that twenty times a man is jumping and nothing happened we are v upset as this bag is expensive. I hope u can help let me know where I can send the bag. This has never happened to us we also have used u bags but this is v upsetting. Hope u can exchange or get the same bag. Thk u

    I have been struggling to get wheels replaced on my Samsonite suitcase.

    Unfortunately it got refused in the first go, but after lot of discussion the authourised repair centre, based in Great India place Mall, Noida took the contact number with assurance we will get call after replacement part (WHEELS) are tracked from head quarters. It is SAD company of Global repute does not have spare parts for existing customers. We cannot be buying new stuff always especially from one of the expensive branded companies.

    THis complaint needs some proactive service manger to resolve without any further delays as this has become a mental agony and harassment.

      My name is Kuldeep Bed and I have purchased a Samsonite laptop backpack from Samsonite factory outlet shop (Real Travel World @ Hari Nagar, New Delhi) on 2nd Aug 2016. just after a month i noticed a stitches defect and i went to outlet to get the solution and they replaced the back and provided me the new bag after a week and said, it could be a manufacturing defect, now just after a month again i noticed the same...

      Product in question was received and paid amount rs.559/-without verifying the product. On verification of your product it was found defective and in non working condition.

      I had filled complain on 14th september, 2016 but no reply in the mater yet received from your side. Request to take your defective product back and refund my paid amount immediately.

      I had purchased Samsonite INOVA brushed silver suitcase on[protected]. It's under 10 years warranty. The bag is damaged from the front. The hard case has broken. Service centers in Kolkata are refusing to take the complaint. Kindly suggest the next course of action.

        I bought a laptop bag on 05.02.2015 from prithvi traders (Faridabad) but after some times its zip stopped working properly. I contacted to the nearest available service center at halwasiya market, hazrat ganj, lucknow and they repaired it for 4-5 time but the problem is still there and they are not at all replacing the zip nor replacing the bag which is still under warrantee.

        I am a working man and cannot go everyday for its repairing at service center.

        Please help me in replacing my bag.

          Hello,
          I bought a suitcase black Graniton-71cms 4-5 years back. It is no longer within the guarantee period.
          The trolley of the suitcase is broken and I had sent it to your service center.
          I had sent it your Kolkata service center (Branch Elliot Road).
          I had sent it on 19th Sept and spoken to your representatives Mr Mitra and Mr Barik.
          After 1 month (i.e. 19th Oct) when after many failed attempts to talk to them, Mr. Barick told me very rudely please take your suitcase away as it is a discontinued product and cannot be repaired.
          They cannot even replace the trolly.
          When I purchased the suitcase I was told that the suitcase will be repaired (at a cost) even after the warranty period.
          Now suddenly Samsonite has decided to stop a product and it is a complete waste for me now.
          Pls take action

            Dear sir
            i have purchased backpack (037424R CRYSTAL BACKPACK) from CSD New Delhi on 15/01/2016 vide receipt no. 026422 which bears 18 months warranty for its parts but soon after purchase i faced a problem of zip functioning for which i approached your service personnel ( american tourister representative Mr. Pooran mob [protected]) and he repaired it . But soon it has became a day to day problem every now and then i started getting repaired from your service personnel leaving my bags for 2-3 days at the CSD and getting back after repaired.Now i have fedup with this cumbersome process as i cant spare this much time every now and then to repair again and again .

            Being a defence personnel i am not having this much time to run behind your product .Please either change my bag with some suitable one as it is under warranty period or refund my valuable money to me .
            I hope you will understand my problem and do the needful at the earliest.

              Today on 02/10/2016 i purchased one suit case of samsonite aqua blue, spinner 75 cm at a cost of rs 13700 from store " bagzone lifestyle pvt ltd, spn f16 ist floor site iv pacific mall, ghaziabad utter pradesh. I reside in delhi. When i checked it at my home it was found damaged at the bottom. Company gave ten years warranty for this product. But for me it comes in the case of cheating. The store delivered me damaged item. How it can be believed ten years warrenty if knowingly defective piece is delivered to the customer. The same size of the bag is also available in the market at 1400/= but for samsonite damaged suitcase imposed to me in ten times cost of the normal beg.

                I purchased a Samsonite suitcase in 2014 from RAYON D'OR, Paris. In two years the suitcase has started coming apart...apparently the material used was very low quality. Since I was told that it has 5 year international warranty, I went to Samsonite store at Phoenix Market City, Kurla, Mumbai, India. The salesman Santosh Jadhav was very arrogant and rude and returned the suitcase without repairing (After keeping it with them for 10 days). When I asked why it has not been repaired, he very rudely said "Why don't you go and read the warranty card". Let me clarify here that the warranty card does not have any details of what is not covered in warranty. It just says "Limited 5 Year Global Warranty". Attached are the pics.

                It clearly says that the product should be replaced since it is covered in warranty and is unrepairable.


                I purchased from Samsonite hoping that it is a big brand and will offer good quality and some integrity. But am disappointed with both. Will never buy Samsonite again!

                  Hi,

                  1. company does not respond to email sent to them ([protected]@samsonite.com) on a complaint about a faulty luggage
                  2. there is no response on their contact center. you leave behind your contact details no one calls.
                  3. left messages on their fb page, yet no on emoved.
                  4. submitted my trolley bag to their service center in sarai khwaza, faridabad (haryana) vide receipt no 17976 dated 24th july 2016. however they have no time line by which the product can be replaced
                  5. there is no way in which you can get to interact with this company on email or phone.
                  6. mail written to [protected]@bagzone.in is also not attended

                    Hi team,

                    This is to bring to your notice that i bought a kamiliant zulu 81 cms suit case from lucknow yesterday 29th june.
                    I took a flight from lucknow to pune today 30th june and i see that the bag is already damaged in its first usage.
                    The edges are cut on 2 sides. The wheels are scratched. How is this possible and what brand quality is this??? We pay big money to buy these products and in trust that they will last a few years.
                    I am extremely disappointed and sad that i wasted money on the wrong product.
                    To top it up: i have been interacting with the ravi bhamre: assistant director – customer care. Samsonite south asia pvt. Ltd. And the response and support i have received is way below the mark. They have flatly refused to compensate me and infact told me that they would charge for the repairs.
                    They have my suitcase in wontheir custody and no longer are bothered to reply to any of my emails. This issue has been pending for about a month now!!

                      I have purchased our laptop bag on September2014 part no.84Z009001 multi no.[protected] in vidco store, after 16 months later that zip not function properly and some stitches damaged it was reported to our customer service and they replaced the normal zip and repair the damaged part after some day it was damaged again it's looking very worst condition.I am unable to bring anywhere try to understand my situation and kindly replace it immediately.

                        Me and my husband went to shop a bag pack and a big strolley at samsonite store in mani square, kolkata. We were determined to purchase samsonite only but while checking the products, my husband shared some of his suggestions to the person who helping us to choose the products. He instead of noting all these feedback, started arguing and when i told her not to argue, we are not criticizing rather we are sharing our experience only, the person got agitated and told me roughly that its me who is arguing as samsonite doesn't need our feedback to improve it's quality. We felt bad and left the store and purchased some other bands worth rs 20k.

                          We have purchased a lavie bag from factory outlet in nashik, it got soiled before use, i went to factory outlet in nashik and they refused to replace same. The images of the bag are attached for your perusal. Even the stiching of bag is not good. This worst kind of products are being sold by company. The whole leather covering of the bag has fallen apart.

                            I have purchased a samsonite laptop bag from your shop (Bag world aydar) on 11th july 2015. On 5th july 2015, i have noticed that the bottom of the bag has given up / worn out and it appears it is a design failure. I confirm that i am using the bag only for laptop, tablet, mini ipad and the corresponding cords for the above items.
                            Find attached the copy of the bill and the photo of the worn out bag. Since this damage has happened within one year, i would like you to replace the bag with similar specs or equivalent for the above usage.
                            I came to your shop physically on 6th july approx. 1200 noon and noticed that your shop is closed. Since i am travelling from 7th july to 9th july 16, i will not be able to reach your shop in person. However, i will try to come on 10th (Sunday).
                            Request your early intervention and sorting out this issue.

                              I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 Platinum Gold last month. Yesterday it abruptly stopped working. The screen turned blank all of a sudden and just didn't turn up!
                              Tried all possible combinations of volume down + power button, and it refused to work. I have now sent the same Samsung service centre in Bhandup, however, I now want the phone be replaced as I have spent 33, 000 bucks on it and will not accept a serviced phone.

                                  I bought latest product "new secure" in last month for travelling abroad, but inside bag supporting bets holder is break, the material quality of plastic is very brittle it's cracked and when I'm going to show the store in Nashik at college road shop they said me that for repairing that they require at least 20 days and ignore me. I'm surprised for newly purchased highend quality product they not support me to fix the problem but in emergency I'm purchased another travel bag for touring of 15 k.

                                      I'm tired of calling here and there as there are no service centres available for repairing my luggage. Your service is seriously very bad. Where should i contact to get my luggage bag repaired ?? I bought it 2 months ago so i want it to be repaired as soon as possible.No contact numbers are available. My luggage's handle is not working properly so i'm having difficulty in carrying it. I have tried to communicate with samsonite services but there is no one to understand my problem and get my luggage repaired. I'm fed up of all this. Even though i'll recommend others not to buy samsonite bags as afterwards no service would be available to them.
