Samsung — 4 defective refrigerators | |||
Hi. I was a loyal Samsung customer till I ended up buying one of your convertible refrigerators (321L, Model RT33JSRYESA). I purchased the refrigerator 10 days back from Reliance Digital, Ambience Mall gurgaon and the product delivered was dented. I reached out to Reliance and they agreed to replace the product. The replaced product I received was again dented. On reaching out to Reliance, they hinted the possibility of a defect in the product line and instead of replacing again, they decided to refund the amount paid. Since I was greatly interested in the convertible range, I decided to purchase the refrigerator from another store. Last week, I again made the mistake of ordering the same refrigerator from Sargam Electronics, Sector 29, Gurgaon and they delivered a refrigerator whose display panel was not working. They again willingly agreed to replace the product and only yesterday I received a refrigerator which again has 2 big dents on the top door. Please note that all 4 refrigerators from different stores have indicated a big issue with your product. It has caused great frustration to me and my family to add to the harassment caused to a customer. Request immediate action on this Was this information helpful? | |||
