[Resolved] Samsung India — complaining 6th time for the same issue. | |||
I am complaining again through this portal for the second time as my issue is not resolved yet with the purchase of samsung refrigerator with convertible freezer model no. Rt37m3724sl 345l that i bought from master world electronics (Biggest frauds), gandhi marg, railway road, aligarh up, on 13th of july 2017. Since then i have made more than 5 complaints about my freezer not working. On 22nd of july an engineer sandeep sharma came and told us that freezer door gasket is faulty. He adjusted it and told us that it will work fine now. But, as i suspected it isn't working again and there is water dripping from everywhere. I am having the worst experience of my life since i bought a samsung product. I just want a replacement of this faulty refrigerator so i can focus on better things in my life.
