[Resolved] Samsung India — side by side refrigerator | |||
Dear sir, I had bought a side by side refrigerator on 14 may 2017 and it is not working since 10 october 2017. I had registered a complain on 10th through your customer care. An engineer had visited my place on 10th but he couldn't fix it. On 11th another engineer visited our place but he too couldn't fix it. Again another engineer called me today for an appointment for today. I fail to understand what is actually happening. I am a loyal customer of bosch, lg, hitachi and daikin as far as home appliances are concerned as per the recommendation of one of my friend i had bought this samsung refrigerator but considering the present situation i am having a feeling that i have made a big mistake. Is the quality of samsung product is so poor that it will stop working within 5 months? Ok, if i consider this as a one off incident then do samsung india have any expertise to repair it?
