[Resolved] Samsung India — uhd 4k smart tv model mu6470 | |||||
We have purchased samsung led tv model : 123cm (49) uhd 4k smart tv mu6470 from bajaj electronics showroom, habsiguda, hyderabad on 16th august 2017. Showroom executive has advised us to take airtel dish connection for good clarity since this is uhd tv. Showroom executive has deputed airtel guy for installing dish connection on 23rd august. Before installing airtel dish our tv was working fine but after installation tv stopped working due to inner panel damage. Immediately we raised complaint to samsung call centre and till now the case is unresolved. We have personally visited bajaj showroom on 25th august to convey our concern but showroom head mr. Vinod has spoken unparliament language and they said do whatever you want and we are not responsible. Is this the way your channel partners treat your customers??? It is almost now 10+days completed, but no proper action is taken from neither bajaj electronics, airtel nor samsung. Since we believe in samsung brand, we have purchased this high-end tv which is costing 1 lac plus. Incase samsung or your channel partners are not going to replace with new same model tv – we are going to take serious action by filing case on both of you.
