Samsung — New Air Condition Issue

We had purchased samsung brand new air conditioner from reliance digital, jaipur. They provided the installation for the same but there is annoying sound coming from AC, when we call to dealer they say this is a problem from samsung guys will come and check and then they say problem in installation and these things are keep going on. We are suffering a lot just because of their behavious no body wants to take responsibility. We are suffering a lot. kindly take an strong action against dealer reliance digital express, Jaipur and samsung as well.
