I have purchased Ray ban Sungalsses; Opel Dinner Set;Aquaguard Water Purifier from this site on 6999 cost, but inital trasaction thesaid that ur transaction has been failed, u need to perform this activityagain. i have made another transaaction agianst this. i have paid 14000 to thissite. after some days i have found that first payment is already paid to thecompany and didnt returned to to my account, then i have followd up with them, after may trials i connect to their call center, and then they have told me tomake a payment of the similar amount to get the refund, when i refused to pay, they just blackmailed me saying u will never get the refund i[censored] not make thepayment. i agreed to make the payment, but there was a system error from bankside while making the payment, they took my Authontication ID for maingpayment, and they have made the unnessesery payments from my credit cards, which amounted total 49998. i ask for refund they have just avoinding the calland giving the next dates. kindly help to get the refund of 49998 which thiscompany is also agreed on it.

    Cheating towards Promotional offers Dear Ma’am / Sir I wish to bring to your kind notice the extreme trouble and frustration that I have gone through because of the totally fraud services of Sandsshopping hub. I had received the call from Mr. Ravikumar of Sandsshopping on 5th August 2014 explaining about the promotional offer from Sandsshopping. I was being asked initially to pay Rs 6999 on 6th August & thereafter another Rs 6999 to pay for getting other additional products such as Apple I Pad, DELL Laptop, LG Microwave, Sony LD TV & the holiday package. One Mayur Brand Suit Length One Numero Uno Wrist Watch One 14 Carat Gold Plated Jewellery Set One Rebook Duffle Bag One Holiday Voucher And assured gift DELL LAPTOP. next time they have asked me about following items with assured 1 SONY 42 Inch LED TV + 1 APPLE I-Phone + Sony LD TV & holiday voucher on confirmed of payment for Rs. 24997/- The dates for receiving the courier were being committed to me. When I did not receive any of the items as committed on the date committed nor I do receive any communication unless I used to get connected to their representative with very great difficulty after continuous followup. I had communicated to the various personnel from Sandsshopping after very rigorous follow up & spending lots of my time & money to find the status of my consignment. Many times there was no proper response from their board line, they used to keep the line on hold &then disconnect the line. Sometimes they used to say that they will call back. But they never used to call back. With very great difficulty sometimes I managed to talk to some of their company people. Every time I was directed to new person & hence I talked to Sabbir malik, (Being told that he is handling my profile), then to Amit Kumar, Adarsh, SK Sharma, Ashish Kalyan enquiring about the delivery status. They have told that My courier was sent back to their warehouse & I have to pay the insurance amt. Then only I will get my parcel & hence I was requested by Mr. Adarsh to pay Rs 19998. They have mentioned that once I will receive my goods properly, I should call them & they will refund my insurance money back to me. They have also given me my transaction ID as[protected] & the Order ID as ORD S69803277 after paying the insurance amt. After paying this & making repeated call they started giving excuse that the items are out of stock or, some issues with courier company, the shift in their warehouse & so on. I have been told by Ashish Kalyan that if you do not receive till 29th October (new committed date-4th Time), please call us & I will help to to get your refund. I did not get a single item till 30th October. And hence I am trying to connect with them by constant follow up but unfortunately nobody is picking up the phone & hence I really do not know How can I get my money back from this fraud company. The consumer court, the media should take action against such Fraud company & spread the word before other gets victimized to such fraud company & loose their hard earned money, time & mental peace. • Start a sustained online campaign spreading the word about the appalling level of service that I have received from you; and • Issue press releases online and in the print media.       Fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud fraud | On 19 Oct sandsshoppinghub calledup us saying that there is diwali bonanza as laptop can be purchased in installments with concession. But during online form filling they made us to deposite first Rs 6999 and then Rs 20998 saying that this is for only billing and money will be refunded in 20 minutes. But no money refunded untill 20 Oct. We complaint. They called up and asked details of debit card for refund and then again they deducted Rs 5999 and then Rs 11999. Till 24Oct there was no money refund . But they again called up on 24 Oct and asked for details of credit card on online gateway. They again tried to fraud but this time we did not deposit. Till 30 Oct there is no refund and then i read on online complaint site that they are doing this to everyone they approach to. People have described fraud by sandsshoppinghub or sandsinfosystems. They are doing fraud through safe site Paytm. So donot trust on sandsshoppinghub calls Paytm officials please act to refund my money

        ngnds shopping hub called for diwali BonanJa on 19oct and then made me paid rs6999 and thenrs 20998 saying that rs 28000 is only for Billing and shall be returned thereafter and only 12 month emi of rs 581 will be e charged butno refund till 30oct. Instead asked debit card details for refund and deducted rs 5999 and then rs11999. Total rs 45000 Was fraudlY deducted. Again on 24oct they again called up and asked credit card details for refund. Of course for further fraud. So Donot listen and donot beleive on sands shopping hub.             I got call from this website they gave me offer which includes assured gift (Samsung Note 3, Sofa Cumbed and Nokia Cellphone) in Rs.6999/- That to in EMI for one year. I accepted the offer and Paid as they said to there account through Credit Card.After this payment they started asking for Rs.13000/- to validate the offer, i said i dont want second offer.Then they started forcing me for that, they asked for my credit card number, i gave them no. then they asked expiry date, limit crossed when they asked for one time password for transaction, i said no to second transaction which was never mentioned before i transfered Rs.6999/-, They told me that i will get my assured gift only after i transfer other amount.They completly cheated me, i asked for my money back they told they cant transfer the amount back! This means i am not having any product for the payment of Rs.6999/- . Infact they told me do whatever you want they will not give me money back even i go to consumer court.             they called me from the same number. Still they were not ashamed atall. i kept on recording there calls and i told them i am ready with paper and m going to consumer court. He started ginbing me bad words. i asked them "how can you run company like this? no proper management, no owner" he replied "this is my home company, totally fake no registration nothing..." atlast he mentioned in anger i will give your money. After some day i got money back! but harressment caused is not going to resolved untill company is closed! this fake comapny should be shutdown!

              Sir/MadamFirst I have told you that my name is Rameshwar Ningombam from Kakching, Thoubal District, Manipur State, India. And my DOB is[protected]. I have purched lot of products from online marketers like BAG IT TODAY, HOMESHOP 18, TRADUS etc since last few years. The mode of payment for purchasing it was through my net banking account. Nothing was happened. I ordered and paid and then got through courier.Recently I was called by one of the sales representative from Sands Shopping Hub, Address : Regd. Office: SANDS INFOSYSTEMS Pvt. Ltd., S-524, Office No-312, 313, T/F Agarwal Complex, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi, Near TVS MOTOR SHOWROOM -110092.As per information given to me by the sales representative through telephone, I have transacted an amount of Rs. 4999/- for a combo offer. In that offer I should get a 32 inches Samsung LED as assured gift. He again told me that our conversation was also recorded and nothing to worry. So, I transfer the the said amount through net banking and its transaction ID is[protected], bank TXN ID is IGV0685913 and Order ID is ORDS44788314 amount to Rs. 4999/- payment date June 03, 2014 at 13:25:24.622. After finishing the transaction, there were silent for 3 days. Then on the fourth day he called me back and told me that 32 inches Samsung LED is not in stock so I have to pay another amount of Rs. 6999/- for a 42 inches Sony Bravia LED as assured gift instead of 32 inches Samsung LED. I have confused and asked many questions regarding it and he explained me. So, I paid another Rs. 6999/- through net banking on June 17, 2014 at 15:24:47.178 and its details as follows; Transaction ID[protected], Bank TXN ID is IGV6782886 and Order ID is ODRS48636410. Then It was again silent for 3 days and then he gave me a consignment number i.e. Z23461703 to which the DTDC courier, Thoubal informed me yesterday that the parcel was at Thoubal. After that I have forgot the name but one of the sales representative again told me again to take another combo offer of Rs. 4999/- and in that offer I should sure to get a DELL mini laptop too with the combo items. I told the former orders that I have transacted. He told me that if I took this offer he would told me the consignment numbers of the Sony Bravia. So, I told him that I have only 4000 in balance so I will transfer it first and the remaining 999/- will transfer on Monday. He told me yes and I did it on June 28, 2014 at 10:31:51.751 an amount of Rs. 4000/- and its transaction details are as follows i.e. Transaction ID[protected], Bank TXN ID IGW1246669 and Order ID ORDS52225360. Then I paid the remaining Rs. 999/- on July 01, 2014 at 13:29:05.245 and the details as follows; Transaction ID[protected], Bank TXN ID IGW2567045 and Order ID ORDS22228185.After finishing payments of their demand they were all silent. So, yesterday July 04, 2014 I made a call on the number[protected] and a women have responded my call. She was confused regarding my enquiry and she told me to call back but nothing yet. But todays morning at 11:36 a.m. your sales representative that he promised me to offer the Sony Bravia 42 inches LED called me and told me to pay another Rs.9999/- for the insurance charges for sending the sony bravia 42 inches LED TV and the DELL laptop. He told me that if you did not pay you will loose all the money. So, I told him that I have no enough balace to pay it. So, he asked me how much I have. I told him around 5000/-. Then he told me to send it first and the balance as soon as possible. He told me that this insurance money is for sending your assured gift SONY BRAVIA LED TV 42 inches and the DELL Laptop. This amount 9999/- will again refunded into your account after a week. Then I again transferred 5000/- rupees through transaction ID[protected] and Bank TXN ID IGW5725952 dated July 08, 2014 and the remaining balance of rupees 4999 was also sent through transaction ID[protected] and Bank TXN ID IGW6566515 dated July 10, 2014. After this transaction, he called me and then told me that you have no more to pay and will send your products and assured gifts tomorrow. But I did not any product till date. So, I have complained more than 5 times regarding my products through their email [protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com. After these complains their Management team called me and told me to refund my money. As their norms he told me to tell my Debit Card details as refund process. He again told me not to worry as our conversation is recorded. So, I gave all the details as I was so egar to get my money back. He then withdrawed an amount of Rs. 1/- from my account through my debit card from POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG- on September 26, 2014. After that he told me that refund process could not be done if there was more than 10000 rupees in my account. I told him that I have no money to deposit into my account. Then he threatened me to cancel the refund process. Then it was silent till this evening i.e. the evening of October 01, 2014.In the evening of October 01, 2014, I have trnsferred an amount of Rs. 23000/- from my brother’s account [protected] through ITA6597997 at 5.00 pm. Before this I have Rs. 1338.07/- onto my account. Then my balance comes to 24338.07 now. Suddenly I got a message to my mobile that Rs. 4999/- was withdrawed from my account by using my Debit Card on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG- at 5-13 pm. I was confused and thought who have done all these things. Because I have no conservation with anybody else. Then, again there was a message that another withdrawal from my account by using my Debit Card on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG- was also done for Rs. 2000/-., then another withdrawal of Rs. 4999/- was also done through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-, then again another amount of Rs. 2001/- through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-, then again Rs. 4999/- through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-, again another Rs. 4999/- through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-. All were done within 40 minutes. I have confused and checked my account. But only there was 341.07/- in my account balance.I think who did it. Finally I come to sense that I have given all the details of my account and Debit Card to Sands Shopping Hub. Pvt. Ltd. I was unable to change my Pin number due to my heavy work. So, they take these advantages and transacted all the money without my acceptance. They never asked me anything about all the purchases. THIS IS THE GREAT FRUAD. They are really cheaters and need to punish them for their illegal deeds. I have many experience about online shopping but I never experience such cheaters.So, you are kindly requested to give suggestions for getting my money back.               Sandsshoppinghub is the number one group of online marketing consisting of thieves and cheating people. They are only trying to steal the personal details of customers and taking advantages of these things they steal money from customer's account in the name of buying goods. But they never sent it. On October 1, they steal money from my account 6 times by using my Debit card in the name of buying offers. Still they demand taxes for refunding money, my money to which they stole from my account.What the hell they are doing ? This never makes you happy and rich. One day God must punish them all. The almighty knows everything. And the record was reflected into my account statement.I may not get back money, but your business never last long. Because one day you would get its punishment at any cost.I ordered a combo offer and paid to BAG IT TODAY. They sent me the products but unfortunately I did not get it. However, they refund my money by cheque. No service tax and no cheating.Man always make mistakes but confess it, then you win at last.The evidence that you have stolen money from my account is my account statement. In the account statement, all your transactions were reflected in details. I hold the Debit at home, but you withdrew money from Delhi. As per former records all transactions were done through net banking. But this time you took advantages by knowing my personal bank details in the name refunding previous balances that I have transacted and you did not send the products. With due my heavy works I was unable to change my Pin number. Taking this advantages you withdrew money from my account in the name of purchasing products.Still you are trying to withdrew money. I got messages from the bank side that contact you home branch as your transaction is declined. This shows that you are still trying to withdraw money from my account.I may lost my money. But I will expose this story to face book, twitter and other social medias that Sandsshoppinghub, Delhi is fraud and never get touch them.

                Fake company I received a call from sands shopping that i have been chosen as a lucky customer. After only registration on site they give me a gift @4999 and 11998 as directed by them i register on site again they told me that you won gifts prizes around 2 Lac for that you have to pay around 40k.all will be documented but i didn't received any mail. I asked for mail they told me that server is busy now first you pay the 40K then only we dispatch your gifts but I request them to give me back my 4999 and 11998Rs but for that they ask my credit card details, pin and CVV no.                 Dear Sir, my self sachin chamola my mobile no. is [protected] .I had been given an offer of Rs45000/- and next day again they wnt 7500 mre for offer i had done the transaction believing that the website is trusted. But i have not received any confirmation for the payment made and no response from the shopping site, hence now my total refund amount is 6999/-(Transaction dates are 9jan2015 and, The name of the executive who have promised me to dispatch my courier in urgent basis cheated are, naveen sexsena now they ppl are not picking up the call also m really worrying ..Your immediate...

Mr. Saurabh tyagi call me that you has been chosen as a luckiest person on our website we may gave you a product of a combo pack of 6999/- only. This amount you would be done via EMI also. along this product they told me that a assured gift also you took. as a HP pavilion Laptop. They told me that your product will be deliver in 22-26 working day. they asked any such amount of 15999/-. For blocking amount i refuge to gave them . after some day they called me by an other number [protected]. Asked for same payment which i had already paid. I took some time and gave the detail of my hdfc debit card detail. he told me this whole amount will be credit in your account with 4 hr. i wait 2 days but didn't came. i asked why didn't come my product and amount . they told me that ypu have to verify a amount of 13998/- .they told me that your amount couldn't be deduct. i gave him my card detail but at this they also deduct 13998/- also. i asked him named Mr. Vinay Mittal management side floor manager. he asking me that your amount didn't cut . it only showing your amount in account you can check via atm.but that amount was deducted. so search you customers care no [protected]. I talk Ms Neha Gupta i told him own whole story of amount deduction. and that person are asking for me an other amount for verification telling that there is only one procedure you have to manage you account of such amount 27996/-. we first verfy this amount yhen your amount will be credit in your account . i didn't gave them they were asking debit card information again . i told Ms Neha Gupta she told me that please don't gave information him. she telling me if you want your amount you have to gave a No objection certificate for 10000/-. I trusted own him and game her a 10000/- check my 37996/- has been deducted. she promised me that whey i got your 10000/- check your whole amount will be credit within 5 day . i gave a check named on Premium India. after some time i asked her gave my money she game a UTR no for transaction but my amount didn't came. she also asking for a 15000/- check named Of Try One. i refuse gave them plz refund my whole amount. 37996/- I am a Central government person .. If you didn't gave my refund i will Lodge a complain against your company in Consumer court. He told "you are selected in online shopping from SANDS INFOSYSTEMMS PAYT and give one LED TV SONY Bravia 42", price Rs.41000/- and rs 6999/- you have to pay against tax, so i paid this much amount. On dated 11-july again phone call received from Mr ravi kr & told one window AC 1.5 ton +one apple mobile + one canon camera three items also give you with this as assure gift.again i paid Rs 34997/- against tax of above product. after lunch he call me and told- you win a Hundai car(EON) as a 1st prize in the contest, show room price was 4, 75000/-so you have to pay only 39997/- after receiving key of car & delivered from M/s jai dealer, Hamirpur road, KANPUR.But i paid this amt also. all above payments done by mr Ravi kr through my credit card & say don't worry about payments and u receive all 4 items bye DTDC Currier after 4 or 5 days but koi Currier nahi pahucha till date.verification call also received many times for address etc. On dated 28 july mr Rishi malhotra call me regarding insurance of all product and told Rs 12999/- pending against you & say aap ye payment kar denge tabhi Currier recieve hoga.so ye amt bhi maine self apki site se kiya(transaction ID[protected] & order ID-ORDS[protected].aur kaha ab 4, 5 din me sare items mil jayenge, currier department se bhi confirmation hua.but abhi tak kuch nahi aya. Tomorrow 4Aug, one phone call received phone no-[protected] from mr Rahul Bhatia (his mobile no.[protected]). he told- apka process kar raha hun aap line per rahiye thori der me credit card no puchha, me ne bola iski kya jarurat hai. kuch nahi hoga payment nahi jayega aap trust kariye. me ne card no bhi bata diya. fir bola mobile per OTP ayega bata dena. me fir chakkar me par gaya.but itna pressurized kiy ki payment nahi jayega. maine OTP bhi bata diya.fir call transfer ki to mr subotro Rai bol rahe the.He told ki apka contest mai 3rd prize Rs 100000/-ka hai and Rs 160000/- ke total gift h and 40000/- ka surprise gift ha, total 266000/-sab kuch hai. Isliye aap se 20000/- + 19970/- payment liya ja raha hai. kuch time bad yani 17.05 baje Rs20000/- ka massage credit card ka aya fir 17.08 baje Rs 19970/-ka msg aa gaya yani paqyment credit card se ho gaya.after some time i call to him regarding this to mr bhatiya ne bola muje nahi pata.lekin again 18.34 baje phir 12999/-credit card se payment ho gaya. Moreover i am calling to your customer care number [protected]/[protected], but no body is responding, First one is switched off and second number is not answering. on 13/10/2014, Mr.Piyush Kumar has told that, he is sending my order details to my Email but he also not sent and more over i spoke to Madam Pinky, she also told that my order number will be sending with in 10 minutes of time to my email but she also failed to do same thing. To day again i spoke to Saurabh Kumar and He is telling that, if i Pay Rs 24000/- eighter through Debit card or Credit card, then he will process my order and also previously paid Money Rs 23997/- which i have Paid through SBI credit card. So now you can understand that how they are bluffing/trying to do fraud. Till today i have wasted my money through mobile to get information against my order is around Rs 500/- and i will not leave these all fellows, who has responsible for that. Ex: Sachin Kumar Singh, Punum Singh .Pinky, Raman, Pankaj, Saurabh and Anket who are bluffing me and telling stories. If this is the case, i will approach to RBI, Police Crime Branch, NDTV, TV 9, Social Media and Consumer Court if iam not getting my money back.                           This website is a big scam, robbing people of their money and then disappearing. They need to be stopped. The user is automatically redirected to their website while using chrome usually and then their fooling game starts. Please take some strict action. i got call from sales girl and she working in sandsshoppinghub.com, she told that you are shortlisted in our premium custmer list and we offer you samsung 32 inch LED tv in just 4999/- Rs. that i paid, the amount they told, after the payment she gave the line to another person name is Naved, that guy told that you have to pay more 9999/- amount to avail this offer, but he said need to pay more other wise we cannot refund amount too. so i have paid by net banking. later on they said instead of led you won HCL tab and he promised to deliver that in next 15 days but its almost 2 months now. nobody respond and everytime the make promise. after that no calls no money back no reply for email please take some action to refund the amount.

                            Sir/MadamFirst I have told you that my name is Rameshwar Ningombam from Kakching, Thoubal District, Manipur State, India. And my DOB is[protected]. I have purched lot of products from online marketers like BAG IT TODAY, HOMESHOP 18, TRADUS etc since last few years. The mode of payment for purchasing it was through my net banking account. Nothing was happened. I ordered and paid and then got through courier.Recently I was called by one of the sales representative from Sands Shopping Hub, Address : Regd. Office: SANDS INFOSYSTEMS Pvt. Ltd., S-524, Office No-312, 313, T/F Agarwal Complex, School Block, Shakarpur, Delhi, Near TVS MOTOR SHOWROOM -110092. As per information given to me by the sales representative through telephone, I have transacted an amount of Rs. 4999/- for a combo offer. In that offer I should get a 32 inches Samsung LED as assured gift. He again told me that our conversation was also recorded and nothing to worry. So, I transfer the the said amount through net banking and its transaction ID is[protected], bank TXN ID is IGV0685913 and Order ID is ORDS44788314 amount to Rs. 4999/- payment date June 03, 2014 at 13:25:24.622. After finishing the transaction, there were silent for 3 days. Then on the fourth day he called me back and told me that 32 inches Samsung LED is not in stock so I have to pay another amount of Rs. 6999/- for a 42 inches Sony Bravia LED as assured gift instead of 32 inches Samsung LED. I have confused and asked many questions regarding it and he explained me. So, I paid another Rs. 6999/- through net banking on June 17, 2014 at 15:24:47.178 and its details as follows; Transaction ID[protected], Bank TXN ID is IGV6782886 and Order ID is ODRS48636410. Then It was again silent for 3 days and then he gave me a consignment number i.e. Z23461703 to which the DTDC courier, Thoubal informed me yesterday that the parcel was at Thoubal. After that I have forgot the name but one of the sales representative again told me again to take another combo offer of Rs. 4999/- and in that offer I should sure to get a DELL mini laptop too with the combo items. I told the former orders that I have transacted. He told me that if I took this offer he would told me the consignment numbers of the Sony Bravia. So, I told him that I have only 4000 in balance so I will transfer it first and the remaining 999/- will transfer on Monday. He told me yes and I did it on June 28, 2014 at 10:31:51.751 an amount of Rs. 4000/- and its transaction details are as follows i.e. Transaction ID[protected], Bank TXN ID IGW1246669 and Order ID ORDS52225360. Then I paid the remaining Rs. 999/- on July 01, 2014 at 13:29:05.245 and the details as follows; Transaction ID[protected], Bank TXN ID IGW2567045 and Order ID ORDS22228185.After finishing payments of their demand they were all silent. So, yesterday July 04, 2014 I made a call on the number[protected] and a women have responded my call. She was confused regarding my enquiry and she told me to call back but nothing yet. But todays morning at 11:36 a.m. your sales representative that he promised me to offer the Sony Bravia 42 inches LED called me and told me to pay another Rs.9999/- for the insurance charges for sending the sony bravia 42 inches LED TV and the DELL laptop. He told me that if you did not pay you will loose all the money. So, I told him that I have no enough balace to pay it. So, he asked me how much I have. I told him around 5000/-. Then he told me to send it first and the balance as soon as possible. He told me that this insurance money is for sending your assured gift SONY BRAVIA LED TV 42 inches and the DELL Laptop. This amount 9999/- will again refunded into your account after a week. Then I again transferred 5000/- rupees through transaction ID[protected] and Bank TXN ID IGW5725952 dated July 08, 2014 and the remaining balance of rupees 4999 was also sent through transaction ID[protected] and Bank TXN ID IGW6566515 dated July 10, 2014. After this transaction, he called me and then told me that you have no more to pay and will send your products and assured gifts tomorrow. But I did not any product till date. So, I have complained more than 5 times regarding my products through their email [protected]@sandsshoppinghub.com. After these complains their Management team called me and told me to refund my money. As their norms he told me to tell my Debit Card details as refund process. He again told me not to worry as our conversation is recorded. So, I gave all the details as I was so egar to get my money back. He then withdrawed an amount of Rs. 1/- from my account through my debit card from POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG- on September 26, 2014. After that he told me that refund process could not be done if there was more than 10000 rupees in my account. I told him that I have no money to deposit into my account. Then he threatened me to cancel the refund process. Then it was silent till this evening i.e. the evening of October 01, 2014.In the evening of October 01, 2014, I have trnsferred an amount of Rs. 23000/- from my brother’s account [protected] through ITA6597997 at 5.00 pm. Before this I have Rs. 1338.07/- onto my account. Then my balance comes to 24338.07 now. Suddenly I got a message to my mobile that Rs. 4999/- was withdrawed from my account by using my Debit Card on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG- at 5-13 pm. I was confused and thought who have done all these things. Because I have no conservation with anybody else. Then, again there was a message that another withdrawal from my account by using my Debit Card on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG- was also done for Rs. 2000/-., then another withdrawal of Rs. 4999/- was also done through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-, then again another amount of Rs. 2001/- through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-, then again Rs. 4999/- through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-, again another Rs. 4999/- through my Debit Card on on POS PRCH-POS[protected] Sands Info system_PayT SBIPG-. All were done within 40 minutes. I have confused and checked my account. But only there was 341.07/- in my account balance. I think who did it. Finally I come to sense that I have given all the details of my account and Debit Card to Sands Shopping Hub. Pvt. Ltd. I was unable to change my Pin number due to my heavy work. So, they take these advantages and transacted all the money without my acceptance. They never asked me anything about all the purchases. THIS IS THE GREAT FRUAD. They are really cheaters and need to punish them for their illegal deeds. I have many experience about online shopping but I never experience such cheaters.So, you are kindly requested to give suggestions for getting my money back.                             I am deeply concerned about the series of mishaps with you.

                            I hope you are educated, but the actions reflects blind faith on those people whom you have never met and who do not have a credible history/ background. You should enquire about the company or searched about them in Google. I think you should give a complaint in consumer forum and police about them.

                            All bankers strictly instruct that you should not share your account and card details to anybody including people who claim to be bank's employees. Then how you shared the details and transfer amount without any authentic proof ???

                            These companies are cheaters, before getting any such tele calls, please ask him to share the details in your mail. Verify company details and feedback. Do not make any financial transactions unless you are clear about their credibility.

                            I hope through this you will prevent such mishaps to a large extent.

                            Hope your problem will be resolved soon and there would be exemplary action against such fraud companies.

                                Hi There was a call from Sands Shopping Hub and they said that my no got win on lucky draw and they offering a Dell Laptop and we need to register 6999/-. I paid the amount and after two days again they call me and said i need to pay again the laptop value for the billing purpose and I have paid 12000/- also. But i am not get any kind of acknowledgment from them. this is the first time i am cheated by a online shopping company, i send a mail to them but its bounce back I have spoke to one person call Jai Soni, he promise me the amount will be deducted 12 instalment but when i check with my back it had been debited from my account already. Kindly take some action this kind of fraud online shopping companies.

                                  During May, 2013 I received call from one Mr.Aman Varma and his Superior Sumit Agarwal and stated that they are representing Sands Shopping hub a leading online shopping organization an ISO 9001 : 2008 certified company and that they are holding a contest which legally permitted to carry out and that the said contest is held in order to promote online shopping in India and also promote the customer who supports the shopping online in law and further they had assured me that if I am participated in the contest I will be making fabulous profits. I was further informed that the company is recognized by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India and felt that the investment is quite safe. On believing the version of the company I have made the Investment. Accordingly, I was allotted a contest ID 336705 and claim ID as SUW_004927. I was further assured that as and when payment is made the same will be acknowledged by issuing a separate payment ID. The said contest would commence very soon. My night mare started after making initial investement. After that many executive from the organization started demanding money in the pretext of creating various documents, income tax verification and various other reasons. In total from may, 2013 to December 2013, I have invested Rs.28, 14, 800/-. After so much investment now I am in deep financial crisis as the company is stopped contacting and they are not at all talking about refunding the money. I have all the payment made ID’s created while making the payment. I request to take my complaint and take action the company.

                                    saurabh tyagi was the first person to call me and then amit kumar, amit mishra, Gulab and many others .whenever i ask about last transaction they your profile is incomplete. and say for making payments.i have lost all my savings
                                    in investing this company
                                    i request atleast give my money back which i have paid.

                                      I got several calls from Sands Shopping Hub saying that I have got selected for a promotion offer for that I paid Rs. 4, 999.00 on 11-Sep-2014. After this I got call to choose a plan of Rs. 6999.00 and was asked to make another payment of Rs. 2, 000.00. I did not wish to do so and asked to refund the amount of Rs. 4, 999.00 that I had paid on 11-Sep-2014. Then I got a call from their a/c department saying that then can only process my refund process once I make a total purchase of Rs. 25, 000.00 or more and made two more transaction on my behalf of Rs. 13, 998.00 and Rs. 9, 999.00 on 18-Sep-2014. And I was promised to get refund of Rs. 28, 996.00 (4, 999.00+13, 998.00+9, 999.00) within next 24 hours. But instead of getting any refund Rs. 20, 997.00 was deducted from my a/c (as POS purchase from the same website) without my consent and without my providing any details to anyone. When I called back to know about this, they said that it happened because of some technical issues and confirmed that the complete amount of Rs. 49, 993.00 (28, 996.00+20, 997.00) will be given me back by 22-Sep-2014. But on 22-Sep-2014 again Rs. 20, 997.00 got deducted from my a/c, now I got my card blocked instantly. Please advise how to get my money back of RS. 70, 990.00 (49, 993.00+20, 997.00) and what actions shall I take.                                         Hi Team, Good Afternoon, This mail is in regards to one of my transaction that was made to your company on 15th June 2014 with transaction id[protected]. I got a tele marketing call from one of your call center executive on 15th June and i was briefed about 6 products in various price range. I was told about an AC and i was told that it would cost 4999/-. I was given 6 options however i made it very clear over the call that i don't want to place an order if it is some kind of lottery or lucky dip, i also made it very clear that i only want that product(AC). I was given confirmation of the same and only than i gave the details of my card. My account has been debited for 4999/- however post that they said now they would use the server to decide the product and i have denied for that option. I said i don't need anything else and they said they cant give that product for that cost and so the call was transferred to supervisor, post listening to the earlier calls the supervisor stated that the refund to be processed in 7 days. I have not received the refund and its been more than 90 days. I have made so many calls for the refund and i have been given very vague answers about the refund process. I was told after few days of the call that i need to place another order to get the refund and i have denied to that option. I have got a call early this morning and i was told that they need my account number, DOB and CVV number to process the refund and i have denied that because of banking law.I am pretty sure by this time that this has all been done intentionally and there is no law which states you need to place a new order or give CVV number to get the refund to customers account. I have already spoken to the bank about this and i want to let the team know that there is no order made but the transaction made and since than no refund has been done.
