Hi. This Is Anirudh Gupta from Chandigarh Punjab. I have got multiple calls from these guys asking me to purchase their product. On 11th June, 2014 I got a call from Phone No. +91-[protected] and explained a Promotion Offer for Sands Shopping in which they offer me welcome kit worth Rs.[protected] and One Assured Gift with one time membership fees that was Rs.6, 999/- was taken from me and debited from my SBT NET Banking with Ref. No[protected]IGV4188910 Transfer to [protected] PayTM. After that I contact to costumer care many times and they said we dispatched Ur products (i.e mayor suit length, numero uno watch, debeta, reebok double bag) and sony brabia LCD 32 inches.) And today (8july 2014) they said me ur product is not dispatched yet. U need to pay Rs.9999 more. I have all the calls recorded. I already send the request to Google(block this fake website) and complaint to ISO certification issuing authority(which is written its ISO certified company and if it is then why not follow the ISO Certification rules). I m going to file a case on this website (which is written its ISO certified) and company(Sands Info System Pvt. Ltd.). Anirudh Gupta [protected].

    Hi this is SAGAR KOLI l on 6th jun 2014. I get a call from sand shopping hub ph.No[protected] the agent name is Vinay Mital he told me i[censored] shop with us you will get an assure prize I gave them a payment of Rs.24998 + 6999 = 31, 997. Then after I decided to cancel my order because they haven't provided any transaction I.D. And any details regarding products then after I search in website I saw many complaint about this company and several times I call then after they replay my call's. But now they say they will not cancel my order and refund my money. I request you to please take action regarding this type of fake company and website and please refund my money from sand shopping hub. my contact number - SAGAR KOLI [protected]

    Money refund and good delivery

    total RS.98500 has been cheated by company and post calling them they are saying your amount is trapped and now giving commitment over commitment but amount is not getting returned.

I get a call from sand shopping hub ph.No[protected] the agent name is shorabh taiyagi he told me i[censored] shop with us you will get an assure prize I gave them a payment of rs 24000.         Hi. This Is Kapil from Rajkot. On Dt.20th June, 2014 at around 10.30 i got a call from Phone No.011-[protected] and very nicely explained a Promotion Offer for Sands Shopping. The One time membership fees that was Rs.6, 999/- was taken from me and debited from my SBI Credit Card. It was offered that I am lucky customer among the selected few and getting 3 Assured Gifs; 1. Samsung Note 3 Mobile, 2. Sony Bravia 32" LED TV; 3.Samsung Grand 2. It was some ranking was explained that i have scored 97.8 and they offered that i will be eligible to get 65% discount on my every purchase. In addition to these, they have taken Rs.19, 998/- by saying that it is for credit verification purpose only and will be credited to my Credit Card just after four hours. Now, almost a week period is over, the person who called me Mr. Ravi Kumar from promotion department has commited that above 3 Gifts will be delivered to my address with 3 - 4 days. But, now i am feeling that i am cheated. On making calls to the given customer call centre[protected], some Mr. Mayank has spoken to m e. But there is no Refund has been made or not even the products reached to me. Request for guidance.. The cheating to the customer is the biggest crime and have faith in Indian Consumer court that i will get the justice. Should i expect early responce on my phone or mail??? Please.           From the experience o[censored]ncle Mr. Anand (retired) of my friend I came to know that the Sands Shopping Hub(SSH) a big Fraud Co. He was approached by official of Sands Shopping Hub in end 2011 & was told about being selected for benefit in the contest by the Co. where benefit ranging from Rs.30000 to Rs.2100000 are given by Co. On query to official about why he is selected, the official told that since he has made many purchases thru credit card & online, his name is sponsored for benefit. the official further told that on making purchases of few combo products worth Rs.15500/- his name will be forwarded to next stage of contest. Impressed and Lured by the sweet words he paid money . He got all products and a gift item with these. About two moths later he received another call from another official of SSH who told that he has just received his file for processing for benefit & to strengthen claim he has to make purchases of Rs. 27500/-. He made this payment also. There after different officials went on calling for payment after every 15/20 days, ALWAYS BLUFFING THAT THIS IS LAST PAYMENT. This way in the by aluring of benefit these Fraudsters got nearly 9.00 lakhs of his retirement money transacted. They even published his Photo on their web site as PREVILLAGED customer . Whenever he started refusing for transaction they even forced him to divulge his credit and debit card details to get same at their end. This is totally against RBI directives as per which no individual can be asked to divulge such details. TILL DATE NO BENEFIT RECEIVED. Even after writing to Co., no mail /letter is replied. Thus these Fraudsters have exploited my Friend's uncle very badly and taken away entire retirement benefit for his old age. On inquiry, which is rarely replied he came to know that he is fooled as there is no such contest. The individuals who forced transactions were about 20-25 contract employee who fooled some 30-40 individuals like this. These officials thru these shoddy acts received huge commission (25% to 35% of Transacted money) and even corrupted the server to destroy evidences. Knowing all this & whatever is written in the net I must say that Sands Shopping Hub Co. name should be renamed as FRAUD SHOPPING HUB.

          Fraud Transaction

          The sales executive are fraud and they have cheated me and deducted an amount of Rs.[protected] times).They told the amount will be refunded but these executive have deducted 6999/- 3 times. They company is a fraud.

          no product delivered

          sir i haved payed 13998 for some products on 3-7-14.but still now the order is not dispatched.i need my parcel to get dispatched.they are saying various reasons which are contradictory ones

            I got call from this company on 17th may, 2014 and they told me that I am selected for the lucky customer and I win any combopackof (1 hcl tab, Samsung s4/s5 mobile, one watch and 1 spectacles ) with one one of these gifts apple i-pad, sony hometheater, or laptop after paying the sum of Rs. 9999 and also get 1 assured apple tab 4. And they also told me if I want then I can pay in 12 months EMI also. After I hear all theseI pay them but they taken full amount of Rs.9999 from my a/c. and after that I didn't get any response from this fraud company.I call them, they are not picking call.Mr Yadaw and Mr.Sharma talk with meDetails are my order are given below: Dear Valuable Customer-- Congratulation!               Various individuals are falling victims to the Fraudsters Cheater officials of Noida based SANDS SHOPPING HUB's False assurances of Cash Benefits which is not their. A company turnover of which is hardly 3/3.5 Crore can make assurances of giving Rs.25 to 30 Lakhs to Rs.4 to 5 lakhs to different indivividuals for last 3 to 4 years when not an iota of same given. Collecting Lakhs & lakhs of rupees in the name of TDS, Insurance, various Prize & bank related charges by Fooling the individuals is TOTAL FRAUD & CHEATING. and still the Management and officials are
              roaming Scot Free without any iota of shame. If there is God and All mighty, who punishes those who are doing such misdeeds then these FRAUDSTERS, CHEATERS of this FRAUD company.

                dear Sir on 27th May, 2014 I got a call from you that i need to make payment of Rs. 6999 and i will be getting a samsung galaxy note - 2 plus some more additional gifts. I was told that the amount would be refunded back into my account within 24 hrs and it was only for verification and that I can make the same payment after i receive the samsung note - 2 within one month. I made the payment of Rs. 6999 but neither was the money refunded nor did i receive the products. all efforts to call you on phone failed. Kindly redress my grievance at the earliest before i take you to consumer court and bring the culprits to book. I am also pasting the mail that i received from yu on May 29, 2014.                     A man named Gaurav Sharma called me from sandsshoppinghub.com saying that i was selected from their website and if I pay Rs.6999 to them in ECS of 12 months. But they deducted all the amount at once. They said that I will be given a account within 24 hours which will have 60-70% discount offers. They also promised to send few welcoming gifts and exclusive gift within 7 days. Its been 2 weeks and I didn't get either of it. When I called them for the information they said that there is no such transaction made my me. I am a freelancer and I don't have a fixed income. They took all my money and I don't have enough to carry on for this month. And thus I have to do some small work to get paid for the daily needs. Pleas help me sue this fraud company and get my money back.

                        Hi, I am ajai kumar verma, I am participant of mega contest organised by sand from last two and half year and invested more than six lacs for this contest to get 15.03 lacs as told by Arjun Singh, Sameer Malhotra, Mohan Gupta, Naresh Mehta, Mohit Bajaj and other officials but till I have not received my price money.Naresh Mehta make the pressure to deposit further 22000 to receive the price money as per Naresh Mehta I completed all the transactions
                        and formalities to get the price money but 22000 for security purpose if I not paid this amount no price will be released
                        I request him for refund of my paid amount due to urgency of funds like deposit of my son fees but Naresh Mehta refused my request.Now I am going to lodge a police complaint for fraudulent, mental harassment, blackmailing.for any clarification anyone can reach out to me [protected]@rediffmail.com

                            HI I have got multiple calls from these guys asking me to purchase their product.
                            After getting irritated from them I simply asked do not call me again but they continued doing it.Later I did spoke to them with anger and in return the people from the company started using abusive language, saying words like "Kya ukhaad lega tere jaise 50 mere aage peeche ghoomate hai (What you can do I have 50 people like you running around me)". I mean this is crap, such a ridicules and frustrated company they are. Can someone help me how can I file official complain against them and them to close.
                            Just for a reference here is the number I got call from [protected], [protected], [protected].

                              SIR, ON DT.29.05.2014 AT 11.30 AM I RECD A CALL FROM SANDS SHOPPINGS CO'S PERSON (TELE [protected]) THAT WE REFUNDING YOUR PAYMENT THROUGH ONLINE BANKING SYSTEN AGAINST E-MAIL SITE ADDRESS www.bankingsector.in AND HE DEMANDING ME THE YOUR BANK BAL MINIMUM RS.10, 000 MUST BE AVAILABLE THEN THE SYSTEM WILL TRANSACTION. BUT MY BANK BALANCE IS ONLY 0 BALANCE SALARY A/C. I UNDERSTAND THEY ARE FRAUD AND WANT MORE PAYMENT WITHDRAWAL FROM MY A/C. PL TELL ME THE ABOVE E-MAIL SITE AND PERSON FRAUD OR GENUINE.                                 Hai i got call from Ravi Kumar of sandshoppinghub.com executive 5days back, they offered me for Rs.6, 999 Dell vestro laptop or 32, " led TV and other more benifits am realy happy with that, but i dndnt say anything that time. after two day i have received a call from above said company that they will sending some other products i.e, watch, bag jewelry etc, I asked to him where is my led tv he tell me there is no order of TV . I contact to costumer care but no reply received me then i checked in internet lot of complaints i got, so next day i got call from sanshoppinhub.com, i asked this question, why this much of complaints? you cheating coustomers? They said, i'll not answer your questions. you are ready or not ready to buy?thats my question! [censored], i got irritate and i cut the [censored]ing call. Stupid service

                                  On dt.23.05.2014 i have recd a call from sands shoppings mr.Aditya and mr.Rajesh chander reg you have selected for gifts. They said for your registration with
                                  Co we want rs.9966/- then they have transfer rs.3000/- from my a/c on online
                                  System. And demanding for more money, then i understand they are fraud.

                                  So i requested to you please reverse the payment in my a/c at the earliest.
