[Resolved]  Sare Homes — Gst road project chennai - hand over delay 2 years

I have visited many developers around Mahindra world city and booked a semi independent Villa (A Type) at SARE Homes in 2011.
The hand over as per the agreement is by May-2013, I know it was never going to happen and expected a delay of 8 Months.
Till Sep-14, They have completed 70% of the work and have taken 80% money from the customers and put everything on hold till date, Not even a stone is moved.
When I enquired on Jan-15, The customer care rep told me it will be handed over in June-15 and every time whenever I ask they give a standard timeline after 3 Months.
Instead of employing so many people in office, They need someone in the construction site to work, I hope they know by answering the phone calls in the office they can not hand over the project.
In July-15 they have told, due to labour contract issue the work is on hold and no one knows when the work will resume.
The pre EMI for 18 Lakhs loan amount apart from the principal amount I have paid to SARE is Rs.17000/- per month and the compensation by SARE, If it is paid will be a meagre Rs.5 per sq feet.
I am damn sure no SARE employee ha booked a house here.
They block it in the initial stage and sell it to poor customers and take a handsome profit.
No one knows how to manage a project and no one is interested to know how much their customers suffer because of their laziness.
The nearby developers AVIGNA, AKKAM are far better and handing over the project on time.
Hope someone from SARE Homes reading this, before their name is spoiled by their laziness and Anti customer behaviour.

I am not asking you to understand my concerns...I am asking you to hand over the project on time.
Don't you see how many people complained on this issue in the same forum and you are comfortably asking us to speak to your customer care, Do you think we have not spoken to them for last 5 Years...
In your CRM department no one knows when the construction will resume, forget about the handover.
How you are able to handover the Villas advertised underpay 20% and remaining after possession on higher interest rates with ICICI, Why don't you put those into hold, Because it is your company's money and you are not worried about the poor middle class who book the flats with you...

I have spoken to the CRM people many times but unfortunately they were taught to tell the customers to say we will

handover the project as soon as possible. There is no communication between the CRM, Construction team and the

sales team. They are handing over the other Villa types which were booked later in 2013 and giving step motherly

treatment to the "A" type. These people are acting like sleeping but they know what they are doing.

This is the worst investment decision I took and need to suffer for keeping my confidence on these people to

handover the project on time.

I have tried Mr.Karthikai Kumarn's number but unfortunately he is not answering any calls, maybe due to some personal problem. My question is very simple, The possession for the Villa is due from Mar-2013 and no work is going on. The update what I got from your customer care is a reckless answer that, we will inform you once the work is started. Who stopped you from doing the work, They also speak as per the agreement we will pay you the penalty during registration. I am paying Rs.16000 as pre EMI, Who is going to pay this to me. Why I need to suffer for your laziness and improper planning. If I am paying the due after 2 years will you accept, You are charging 18% interest rate. I am getting calls from Banker why the registration is not happened even after 2.5 years and even they are accepting this is the worst ever delay they have seen. Please provide a proper answer and date of possession otherwise don't waste your time here typing some junk, Instead tell your Chennai team to work on the project.

Got in touch with the Chennai CRM yesterday, they are not sure and wants me to contact the Delhi team..

Is this project is an orphan and nobody owns it?

This complaint is not resolved, The worst construction company with no timeline.They are screwing the middle class people.
The construction of My villa No.A23 is not resumes, May31st was the proposed date for possession which itself a delay of 3 years. They never honour the commitment...totally useless construction company I have seen...

If SARE homes is unable to deliver within next 3 months we should commonly complain to Consumer forum as a case for real estate fraud. What do you think?
