Sir/Madam,
I FAIL TO UNDERSTAND that SBI CARDS insists on making online payment TWO-THREE DAYS before the due date so that the online payment can get credited into your account. This IS A WRONG PRACTICE. SBI Cards customers can pay even until 2359 hrs on the due date and be considered as having fulfilled their obligation of making payment. Why should the customers be worried about the time frame in which the money gets transferred into YOUR ACCOUNT. None of MY business or the CUSTOMER'S BUSINESS. The customer should have a verifiable proof of having transacted due payment before the due date. Isn't that simple?
WHEN I make online payments to VODAFONE or RELIANCE GROUP (Infra, Communications, Digital TV, etc), my payments are almost instantaneously credited to their accounts. THEY DON'T insist on making payments TWO DAYS or two months in advance to get credited. WHAT the HELL is this NONSENSENSE with SBI CARDS PLEASE???
IT SIMPLY MEANS SBI CARDS is following the backward culture of SBI. It needs to shape-up. Don't ask ME or the CUSTOMERS to shape-up or suffer. THAT we are patronising a chutiya organisation that is not organised is a far greater favour WE are doing the third-rate SBI GROUP. Please IMPROVE. Or shut down. Privatisation is always better than the impotent Government enterprise.
Online payment and cheque payments are different na re be.
