[Resolved] SBI Credit Card — fraud transactions on my sbi credit card no.[protected] | |||||
The card and registered mobile are with me. Yet the following transactions took place without my authorisation and entering otp from me. Transaction date merchant name amount (Rs.) 03.04.2018 book my show 553.78 05.04.2018 book my show 343.78 05.04.2018 book my show 673.78 05.04.2018 book my show 381.89 10.04.18 google *saavn music[protected] ca 285.00 10.04.2018 book my show 341.00 10.04.2018 book my show 663.00 The matter was brought to the notice of [protected]@sbicard.com on 10 th of this month. Today i have received reply from sbi cr. Cards and they declared that book my show transactions are done after sending otp to my mobile number.in my intimation mail to sbi i clearly mentioned that without my authorisation and without receiving otp these transactions took place. So today i complained to cyber crime police station, cyberabad, hyderabad. Copy is enclosed for your kind perusal. The police told me that these transactions were done internationally and not in india. But why sbi management declare that these are done by me and ask for payment. I have been regular in payments and never defaulted record can be checked. Yet why sbi cards mgmt declare that these are done by me. Their service and attitude are very bad without looking into the matter and diagnosing problem sbi declared these are done by me. I request your good selves pls. Do correspondence with them and ask ip address where transactions have taken place and then ascertain. I request that the above are treated as not my liability since not done by me. While we try to do our best to resolve the dispute at the earliest, we request you to bear with us in the interim.
We request you to take note of the following important points:
a) All transaction disputes are resolved as per the VISA/MasterCard guidelines. We will keep you updated on the status of this dispute as well as any further requirements.
b) You are advised to remit payment toward the disputed transaction amount to avoid levy of charges on the card account
c) The same will be settled post completion of the investigation. In case of resolution of the dispute in favor of the cardholder, any charges levied on the disputed transaction during the period of investigation will be reversed.
after i gave complaint to you, one day some body made a call to me saying that he was from SBI.I said yes.after that the call was cutoff from other end.I thought had it been real, he would have asked me some questions.The number was deleted as the call log was lengthy.Every day anonymous calls come to me asking credit cards from different banks.So any official call i have not received so far with regards to above transactions.
I request you to look into my complaints and solve my problem by detecting who used my card and the credit amount may be waived State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. she had an sbi credit card. she is paying lots of money to close her balance but its not getting stopped. now i am not really happy with your interest getting deducted.
When me and my wife call them. They just put the phone on hold for long time.

Myself Manu K, Acc. No. [protected], SBI, Kumaramputhur Branch, IFSC: SBIN0070927, Mannarkkad, Palakkad, Kerala, India. On 26/02/2018 deducted 147.50 Rupees two times from my account for Debit ATM Annual Fee. I don't know why you cut two times the same. Please refund my amount 147.50 as early as possible.
Hi myself dr sangeeta singh. My father is in hospital and cannot sign the cheque as he is no in the condition but the branch manager of SBI rdc ghaziabad is not supporting us. My father is in critical condition and manager is not withdrawing money due to which we are facing a big problem. Please help asap.
