People are suffering a lot from garbage in street. Due to which we are unable to carrie necessary vehicles outside our homes. Garbage creating problems like mosquitoes, pollution in our street.
In case of emergency most of the time we are unable to move patient in vehicle due to illegal construction of chabutras outside peoples home.

Please take neccessary action and resolve this problem.

We reside at kilokari, maharani bagh near hill queen public school (Chakki wali gali) new delhi 14, our mla mr. Praveen is not doing anything it's been 25days tha day our street has been broken although it's a case which comes under mrs. Darshana bt the sewage line has to be maintained due to which it comes under mla praveen. My father is paralysed so it's very difficult for him to manage he is not able to walk if something got happened with him who will take this repsonsibilty? I will clearly file a case and rti too against our mla mr praveen if the street road is not made / maintained within 3days.

The online site for submitting the property tax in sdmc is not functional since last one month this is causing lot of problems to the citizens and also the staff at sect 9 dwarka sdmc office are not helping the common population in submitting the property tax

Some branches of a diseased broken tree have fallen on the road and are also blocking street light making it extremely difficult and dangerous for people to use the road more so during the night hours after sunset. The tree is near the crossing of y 38 hauz khas new delhi 110016 and y 34 hauz khas new delhi 110016. As the roadhas become dangerous for its users it is requested that the broken branches may please be removed immediately.

In the kalindi region, sdmc vans are taking sterelised dogs and puppies and relocating them which is illegal..please look into this matter or else we will take this matter to court ...as it is illegal to capture sterelised dogs and relocate them.

Huge amount of Garbage is lying out in the open next to the main road. Near Mallu Farms in Satbari village, Chattarpur, New Delhi. It is being burnt also, causing huge amount of air pollution as well.

There is drainage problem here last 6 months. Latrine, waste water, smell, mosquito etc we recommend suffering from this. But the flat members remain not doing anything. We also done police complaints but no action. Plzz do something ASAP.

Moreover the students coming to classes park their vehicles on footpath and cause lot of inconvenience to pedestrians, kindly take some strict action against the lawbreakers.

entire area outside and inside railway station and even on outer roads is filled with trash . we are facing mosquitoes problems now since two days of rain and due to this trash on road adjacent to railway line phatak area lot of problem is there of smell and mosquitoes.

Hello this is to bring to your notice that the number of stray dogs in block B-2, safderjung enclave is increasing considerably. It's in the street near B- 2 market . These dogs are biting the passerby almost every day. It would be great if this can be looked into at the earliest.

Complaint against assistant engineer (Bldg.-i), west zone, sdmc, delhi for inaction and demand for bribe.

This is a case o[censored]nauthorized construction in respect of property no. Wz-97/1, titarpur village, delhi. The said property was booked as unauthorized construction in november, 2015 ordering demolition of second and third floor. (Reference order no. Ee (B)-i/wz/uc/2015/433 dated 20.11.2015) the hon’ble appellate tribunal mcd set aside the demolition order vide its order 03.08.2017 and directed the ae (Bldg-1), west zone, sdmc, delhi to give a personal hearing to the appellant on 17.08.2017and thereafter pass a speaking order. The ae was directed to complete all the proceedings within maximum two months from the date of the personal hearing.
On 08.02.2018, the ae, sh. S. P. Garg passed the speaking order (Order no. 1175 dated 08.02.2018) that the construction of second & third floor of the property no. Wz-97/1, titarpur village, delhi is unauthorized and the same should be demolished within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order failing which the same shall be demolished by the mcd..in the same speaking order, it was also stated that in the sale deed dated 29.01.2009, it is absolutely clear from the column, “number. Of floor”, that there was only one floor in existence in 2009 when the property was purchased by the present owner.
The property also does not fall in under the nct of delhi laws (Special provision act, 2011 as amended up to date) since status quo was not maintained and, therefore, the present case does not fall under the protection of the said law.
My submission is that though sh. S. P. Garg has very clearly stated that the second and third floor of property no wz-97/1 of titarpur village is unauthorized and has to be demolished, the same was not done. I have personally visited the sdmc office a number of times to pursue the case. However, sh. Garg was always vary of any action. His delay in the case seemed deliberate and finally, one day sh. Garg very clearly demanded money for getting the unauthorized construction demolished. He told me he is also negotiating with the other party and has deliberately kept the matter pending. When i refused to give in to his demand for a hefty bribe, he got angry and very clearly told me that he shall ensure that he takes the matter in the opposite direction since the other party had already agreed to give him a good amount.

Now, i have been informed that the file of the said property has been put up for regularization. I apprehend that false documents are now being produced to regularize the property despite full knowledge that this is government land and the construction of second and third floor is unauthorized and cannot be regularized. This has been clearly stated in the speaking order passed by the ae himself.
I request that officers such officers should be punished for their negligence of duty and harassment of the general public.
All documents mentioned in the letter are enclosed as annexure.
1 - speaking order passed by a. E (B) s. P. Gark on 8/2/2018.
2 – copy of the award no 47/1971 -72 received under rti. (Shows that whole land is been acquired by govt in year 1971-72)

I want to put a strong complaint against Unauthorized Parking charges been charged by the parking person to the employees of our company (Hyundai Motor India). He is charging an amount of Rs 1, 200/month per car, which I believe is not the legal parking rate for this area.

Also the name of person who is on duty every day at the parking location is Chandan, who's behavior is extremely unruly and he misbehaves with all the people including women.

This kind o[censored]nauthorized parking charges as per the wish of parking contractor & unruly behavior with employees is seriously not acceptable and I urge for strict action against the offender.

Please share with us the legal authorized parking rates that needs to be paid for the parking area along with formal copy/notice of the document that can be shown to the parking contractor for charging the right amount.

Looking forward for necessary action in this regard.

I want to draw your attention towards the water logging in b-block, east of kailash opposite the passage between b-154 & b-156 because of rainfall a few days ago. As there is no path for the water to flow out of the road, the collected water has become standstill and has turned into a breeding place for mosquitos. There is a high risk of diseases like dengue and malaria for residents of the colony.

Kindly look into the matter with utmost urgency and direct the concerned officials to take necessary action as soon as possible.

I am a resident of the so called posh area of south delhi lajpat nagar 1 block c. I am really upset with the garbage that is piled up in our lane and there is even standing water resulting in lots of mosquitoes. We beleive in clean india and green india but that just goes in the books please just take care of this as soon as possible as its a condition which will give rise to many medical problems. Hoping for a quick action from your side.

Around a month back some construction work was done by mcd next to g-38 kiran garden, near sanatan dharma mandir (Laying down concrete road and also construction of drains). Most of the malba was picked up but some malba is still lying there. Now other people are dumping their garbage there. We have made complaints but in vain. I am requesting you do the needful.

Mr ramesh nagpal resident of d-1/25, first floor has dumped lot of garbage in the illegal porta cabin which he has built in the common area of stilt parking. This has become breeding ground for dengue mosquito. I would request you to kindly remove this illegal porta cabin from stilt parking as it is spreading diseases in our building.

There are a lot of mosquitoes in our area which is due to an open drain next to our building and abandoned surrounding buildings like thapar chamber and ctc plaza. It is therefore requested to get fogging and spraying in our surrounding and our building until an outbreak like malaria, chikungunya etc happen.

This is a Complaint for unauthorised construction doe by residents of Flat No 161 A MIG Flats RAJOURI GARDEN NEW DELHI 110027 . They have constructed a room which is not as per the DDA flat map and also is insecure for me. I repeatedly asked them not to do so but they took advantage of my being working and did the construction behind me.

I request you to take an immediate action because it is also insecure for me and also is an illegal act.

We are the residents of block-a, vikas puri, behind police station. There is district park in a block. On the outer lane of district park, there is huge water logging and other waste material near house number 260 and 314. This has become breeding place for mosquito's and looks very shabby. The public moving to district park through this lane has so many complaints to walk. You are requested to looking the matter and take necessary actions at the earliest.

This is to bring to your notice that the wall of my farm, being farm no. 9 Bandh Road, Chhattarpur, delhi is being used as a garbage dumping spot. The clump is all piled up against the wall .

It is leading to health hazard and spread of many diseases. it is a major area of concern for everyone in the area. Please get the same removed immediately and ensure that the same is not allowed to happen again.
The local sanitation workers are completely negligent in their duties. Please treat this with urgency.

In pocket b, vikaspuri extention, new delhi 18, due to non cleaning of drains for quite a long time. The drains are full of mud, dirt, and silt etc causing chowking & over flowing of dirty & stinking water which has become a perfect breeding place for mosquitos, houseflies & insects etc. This filthy & hazardous environment may cause spread of mosquito/ housefly etc borne diseases like dangue, malaria, chikangunia, cholera etc to the residents of pocket b (Specialy children and senior citizens).in the circumstances sdmc is kindly requested to do the needful immediately with the help of requisite machine so that drains (With dirt, mud and silt etc) are cleaned & precious health of residents of pocket b is protected from diseases. Matter immediate.
