DISGUSTING SERVICE

IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 15 DAYS SINCE I HAVEN'T RECD ANY MOVIES. From 1st July' 10, I have not received any movies. There are 2 movies showing in my account thats says delivered, however I have just one ie My name is Khan. I have not received Twilight New Moon movie and this is a system error.

This company cheats!

I am writing this mail with a lot of pain, anger and dissatisfaction about your customer care and after sales support and the service called “seventymm”; It is really pathetic (and it sucks, pardon me for my language).

1. Links to mail your customer care are never been read. Here is the evidence: None of my mails have been read and status is still “open”; I had to call customer care again and again to fix the issue....

Refund of Security Deposit

I have cancelled my Seventy mm rental Account in December. After which i am following up with them for my security deposit. They are again n again giving me false commitment on mail of delivering the Cheque for the same.

I has been now 3 months i am yet to get my security deposit.

Seventymm Sucks & CEO promised me refund and now he is not replying to mails

Hi,

I took three months membership of seventymm & they suck to the core. I wrote a mail to their CEO he suggested me to use services for a month, if still I am unhappy I'll be given refund of all 3 months.

As they suck to the core, so i asked for my refund! Sent a mail to CEO & till date no reply.

Disgusting staff & god knoes how they running their company!

Refund of Registration Fees!!

Hi,

Its been over 2 - 3 months i am following up with them for the refund of my deposit. I have been promised several times via email and phone. I have no news on it yet. I am fedup of calling and writing to them time and again. All they do is give me false promises. Pls go thru the email chain below and action this ASAP.
(9th feb, i was told the amount will reach me in 6 working days and im still awaiting their reponse).br...

Shocking... that this company has not been closed down

I am astounded that someone hasn't taken action to close this company down. I joined in August 2009. Every DVD I got was badly scratched. I tried playing them on my laptop computer, desktop computer and TV DVD player but none of them worked. It's the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a company. I feel cheated since I paid Rs.2000 for a 6 month service. I've lost the money......

Non refund of Annual Fee

I had taken memebrship in SeventyMM online Movie sotre in year 2007 and due to service issue, i did not renew the membership but last month the serivce wing has called and assured me good servce and asked me to renew the membership at a offer price of Rs.995/= in place of Rs.1999/= .Based on the same i had renewed the membership . Seventymm service sucks, their movie library sucks, their staff sucks

Hello, you unethical, inefficient, unprofessional people at Seventymm,

Poor product and service

I subscribed for a monthly VCD/DVD package with SeventyMM. As part of the deal, it was supposed to provide 6 CD/DVD movies. My complaints:

1. The quality of CDs/DVDs was very poor. I could use only 2 of the 6 movies as the remaining did not work.
2. After several complaints and follow-ups I was promised that my payment would be refunded.

Poor service/refundable deposit not returned

My seventymm membership number is 91755. I joined in April-May 2008, only to be disillusioned by the (extremely) poor service and get my account cancelled in July 2008. Ever since, I have made numerous phone calls and sent a number of emails requesting for my refundable deposit to be returned, but to no avail. Seventymm does not reply to emails or call back regarding the issue.

Delay in refund of registration amount

I registered for SeventyMM.com for a month in July, with a registration fee of Rs. 349, I called them after the month to cancel the renewal of the account. However, i am YET to receive the refund, despite several reminders, phone calls, and emails....

It was indeed the worst day, a NIGHTMARE THE DAY I BOUGHT SEVENTY MM.
KINDLY TREAT THIS MATTER AS URGENT. I DO NOT WANT ANY ASSOCIATION WITH SEVENTYMM ANY LONGER. I HAVE ALL MY FAMILY USING EVENTYMM SINCE THE LAST 8Month BUT NEVER FACED ANY SUCH PROBLEM. Frigid response from Customer Care

Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to inform you of my dissatisfaction with the service of SeventyMM (http://www.seventymm.com). SeventyMM has not been true to its commitment of providing satisfactory service. I am a registered member of SeventyMM and entitled to CD rentals on a daily basis. My last request for a title was on the morning of 4th July 2008. The CD never got delivered.
