I had got a call from shine.com from no +91-[protected], +91-[protected] saying that there are jobs available in the market relevant to my profile, and they will keep calling you for month & month till you get into trap and they asked me to do a registration with Rs. 7000+, I did that,

Then they started asking me to pay for more money for further services one by one assuring me that I will start getting interview calls within 5-7 working days for jobs abroad. Its seems like you get into dead trap with no end, After every payment they will send new invoice to pay and tell you that without paying this your profile incomplete, at the point you realise that you are cheated and when ask for cancellation or refund, they will say there is no refund policy

After making two payment they send me 3rd invoice copy telling that without this payment your profile incomplete whereas initially they told me its one time charge to feature your profile. After receiving 3rd invoice I realize its a never ending story as they come with new story with each payment and I understand its not a Job portal its scam portal.

I would appreciate if you could reverse/refund my payment it will be great help for I don't need this fraud service, its wasted a lot of my time and I don't waste further and I would like to close my account in shine.

    Initially I got call from shine.com they made a promise if I pay some charges for job service I can able to see undisclosed openings explicitly for the registered candidates (which helps the candidate guaranteed placement) . Also, they promised, it is just one time payment there won't be any other hidden charges valid for one year. After making the payment one relationship manager named Abhishek Mishra gave me call stating you need to give me consent to talk with my senior associate he will guide you to go further especially after observing my resume and profile after that they said I need to buy two certifications for getting placement one hundred twenty percentage guaranteed (if I pay the 10k with GST for video resume and educational verification plus certification). But after making payment they are coming up with another payment proposal. I asked him clearly please give me how much will you charge for your services for which they didn’t tell the amount. After finishing first payment they opt for second than third. Likewise, they go on. This was the point I have lost my trust on shine services; they pretend it as just a learning application but technically shine promised me that I will get opportunity in couple of days. They do just the e- learning paid certification, which gives customers frustration in present job market. On the same day (after making the payment just in hours) I have requested the customer service for the refund. there was no response. After that I have made a complaint in this forum then they contacted me via mail stating accelation remove shinehr recruiters (Mr Ranjan Hudda) said they will refund in 24 hours. They asked me sent my account details. Now after 6 to 9 days they say it is not from shine might be from someone else. This is the point they do it in a wise way sending messages personally from workers mail irrespective o[censored]sing company mail. How is it possible someone can say you made a case against our reputed company shine.com? please imagine. Once we register a complaint we will get response from a team member we are trying to reach you. After a point it will be given problem solved. It clearly gives like a match fixing. Please do the appropriate. I need my hard-earned money back. Sir in this pandemic we people mostly have crisis also undergoing financial trouble we don’t have job. That is the reason we register using this online portal. At least if they could take some minimum amount and refund rest that would be more appropriate. I request you to help me in this regard and help others not to come in this kind of trap.

      Hi Team,

      I have registered at shine.com in month of November 2021. Till now not received updated resume. I have paid nearly 9000 rupees all together.

      Nobody is helping the person who was assigned as my relation manager his name is SHIVA, ### he is not responding to me.

      Even after complaing to praveen who promised to get calls for interview at the time of initial registration. Nobody is helping not getting any type of help. You all cheaters, refund my amount or I will take next step of action.

        I have paid 30 to Shine on 19th Nov, 21 for international job placement for UK and US. Anup from Shine promised that he will be helping and guiding me for the job placement. However, received no proper response and guidance for services taken from him or any person from Shine. Either guide for the international job placement or refund money paid for the services.

          Hi,
          I got a call from shine.com today. They offered me their services for job assistance.
          They completely disguised me by saying you only need this one payment to activate this profile and not telling me whole process about it and keep sending me mails to make a payment and took almost 1, 02, 274 rs in 5 payments.
          I asked them to dectivate my service after 5 payments when they asked me about 6th payment of 47000 rs. I did not send them a last payment.
          They said we activated your service and we do not have refund policy.
          Please someone help me with this

            So, while I was on my job search in mid of october 2021 somewhere I saw shine.com ad and I registered my self there, immediately after successful registration I got a call from shine.com executive named Sudhanshu ([protected]) and he explained the company's policies and of course about the services they offer which included that for an amount of inr 3599 you will get that your profile will be highlighted and we will forward your resume to the companies we have tie-up with according to your preference through references and this is lifetime premium membership plan we are providing to you and you can call me whenever you want I'll be always assisting you, also he said if in future you are not satisfied with the job you have got or culture or employer is not good or troubling you then we'll help you find another job.

            So there are high chances of you getting selected and for as a fresher this plan will be sufficient you dont have to pay for any other services, you will start getting calls from recruiters after one week when your services will be activated and he said there will be three rounds of selection process 1st telephonic interview then 2nd PI and then 3rd will be your negotiation round.

            he said as a fresher you will get a job ranging from[protected] per month according to your preferences and how well you perform in interviews. I said ok, that seems fair and I said I will get back to you then he kept calling me for updates and then on 1st november he said as diwali offer company can provide you resume writing service also in this inr 3599 amount along with services mentioned above.

            So after in this period of around 15-20 days from mid october 2021 to 1st november morning, on 1st november 2021 again this executive Sudhanshu called and asked if you say and made up your mind then should I transfer this call to my senior executive for further registration and payment process, after being connected since this much time I said okay, then he transferred call to senior executive (Amit Singh) and around 10:52 am I paid 3599 rs for which he sent razor pay link twice through which my bank was not responding, so I sent him amount via gpay.
            I am further attaching the mails and service activation screen shots, gpay payment transaction and all the proof I have .

            now, its been a month since all this happened and have not even got a single call or mail from any recruiter and all they say now is that keep applying on our(shine.com) job portal and also on naukri.com and linkedin which I was already doing and able to do by myself without paying any amount also, neither they have updated my profile nor highlighted it and nothing like premium or paid services activated in my account on shine.com and immediately after I paid 3599rs they called after an hour same day and then asked for 4599rs more to get my profile verified to which I strictly said no, for the sake of service and after making so many calls, getting frustrated, pressurizing them they just sent a resume which is really seriously nothing professional, I myself made a resume which is thousand times better than what they so called professional resume they sent.
            I want refund as I didnt received any services and this company wasted lot of my time which I can never get back so I want full refund of the amount of rs 3599 I paid and if not full atleast 75% of my money I want back at any cost. I come from small low middle class family and dont have this much money to be wasted.
            please help me consumer forum and shine.com please refund my money, I will be highly obliged and grateful to you.

                    As by seeing the job apportunity at shine company from online, i have uploaded my resume. In the same way, A person called me for personal interview. Her name is *vandana* from shine company. And while speaking at the initial stage only she asked about my mother tongue & then she put in on hold my call for few minutes.
                    Later i only called back to her & asked the reason to not respond for me. Then she start shouting at me very badly & also she had spoken very insensitive way of our family.also she say that, i[censored] complain to me. I will not bother. I informing this company that, please take the corrective action regarding your employees behavior.

                      Hi this is Shiva Goud,
                      Taken 55000rs by telling that they will provide 100% job within 7days and after paying 50000rs, they started asking money again and again by telling some nonsense course and all. I refused to take that course so they are not ready to pay back nor getting any job for me.
                      Totally fraud company, serious action to be taken and provide justice please.

                      I have got a call from shine and showed interest in my profile so kindly register with shine learning and we will get you job within 7 days of time. Like this he told me in first call, . Continued that, he told me like it ll be a paid service of very small amount to enrol with shine learning for once. And its 10543rs.
                      I actually believed that shine is such a good company and i may get a job. And i paid 10543rs amount, then my cp number is generated, used id and password is set.

                      Shine person told, now he will forward my profile further, you are now a valued register customer for shine, shine will provide you the best job within 15days..

                      Soon after 15mins i got a welcome cal and informed about my registration. And thar person told, he will be my point of contact for further process, he took some other documents like exp letter, education certificate etc n all. And later he told i need to pay a small amount for some background verification, resume writing etc and sent a link of 15010rs.

                      I told i can't pay that, i have already paid 10543rs, i why again i need to pay. He told some reasons like to do all further work, backend team has suggested this to get job soon and all...

                      After 20min of discussion., i paid 15010rs also. Then he told it will be the final payment, now your dashboard is ready with shine learning with all the details, and withing 15days our team will process your profile and gets you a job.

                      After a day i got cal from same person again and started telling that everything is good, your profile is on its way, there is a small issue on managing career, so you need to get an official certificate for that and it i'll help you to get select soon and all...
                      I strictly disagreed that and told i can't pay again and again money..

                      Like this he argument continued for an hour., later he promised me that hw will give a written mail if you need, by saying, this was the last. Paymen you need make to complete your international profile...
                      And finally i paid 15010rs also.
                      Then he told it is the final payment. Everything is completed.in 15days you will get job.

                      Now after 3 days someone again from shine called and saying, need some certification so need to pay 28814rs.!!!.

                      What the hell it is... Is shine is like this??? Simply taking money???
                      Is shine is also one of the fraud company???

                      Already i have paid 46000rs,
                      Now again they are asking money for some unnecessary things.

                      I'm have 5years of experience in IT even they fooled me

                          I received call from Shine.com. Initially they asked for registration fee for Rs.3, 047 for new jobs and then they asked for Rs.4, 673 as educational verification fee. Again and again they are asking money for different reason.

                          Could you please help to get back my hard-earned money.

                                An amount of Rs 5000/- was deducted from my account unknowingly while trying to register on shine. Com as per instruction of the concerned person. They told me that An amount of Rs 10/- only is to be made in is process. Buf instead of Rs 10/- an amount of Rs 5000 has been taken from my account. I want my money back.

                                  I got a call from shine .com asked me to pay Rs 29 for that job with debit card i did it but after a while my full money was deducted from the bank 3500 please help me to get my money back.

                                    Initially they said 3600 in the amount for membership there won't be any other hidden charges. Also they forced me to pay in the same day. Exactly after making the payment they gave me call again I have to pay 11800 for educational plus verification plus video resume which I have no interest on. Please I don't want their services. I can arrange my job.please give me my hard earned money

                                      The shine.com people has forecufully made me to make payments for their /services on 17/11/2021 promising better jobs and better opportunities in 15 days.

                                      I dont need their services and while demanding payment they have not said what is the exact amount they are going to charge me but after raising link for payment they forced me to pay saying better job and one time investment.

                                      They didnt mention the full terms and conditions over call and they said its not refundable and non cancellable.

                                      I sincerely demand reund of the above amounts from them.

                                        I had received a call from Aman from Shine, saying that we will give you premium services and you just have to pay 3001 INR.
                                        Later he assigned a relationship manager, who again asked me to pay 4991 INR for job assessment reports during the call only. The moment I paid another 4991 rs, they generated another link to pay 10 k on the name of other assessments. They are cheapsters. I have snapshots and emails of all the payments made.
