    During payment they told one thing and after payment they are saying another. and talking irresponsibly. i have paid on 16/11/2021. these are cheaters. please help me to get back my money. and services what they provided are worst and we provided and money not given. mr anup is the person who cheated me in this.

      Shine.com people reached out providing job seeking services and charged 3297 as the first amount claiming that once you register, we'll help you find appropriate jobs and help with resume writing. hey kept sending emails about activation of Job verification, documentation, presentation and Job assistance services one after the other without any previous intimation.
      First payment: Dec 6th -- 3292 (Application booster Pacakge)
      Education Verification Plus Pacakage Dec 13th : 5192
      Interview & hiring test Dec 13th : 8376
      Senior Level Resume Writing Dec 13th: 13627

      All this i was suddenly asked to make the payment one after the other since I thought this will end after I'd done the 8K payment. with the thought process that since I've already paid 3+5K, and they kept threatening that it is non refundable, i had to go ahead with 13K as well. But unfortunately this wasn't the end. I got another payment link for 19K for Job assistance, where I lost it. When i addressed this question of why I wasn't given a clear picture from the beginning, the relationship manager kept saying that all this comes from backend team and they are asked not to share the amount. i kept questioning that a customer needs to be firstly well informed that you will charge humongous insane amount for every step so one can take an informed decision. He replied to it saying that there is no refund.

      This company is fraudulent or their sales team is gimmicky where they trap a customer and pushes them to make payment by creating a sense o[censored]rgency and repeating Hindustan Group's name in terms of genuinity.

      I urge you to take strict action and i want all my refunds. A total of 30, 492 RS ASAP

        Today, 13th Dec'2021, timing around 2'O Clock, they called me and told me that they would charge approximately 4000inr for good job opportunity. I told the guy until and unless i get the offer letter and first month salary I am not going to pay a penny. That guy from the other end of the conversation started yelling that are you paying or not and top of the that saying he missed his lunch and the dabba wala and all. Is that my PROBLEM.. ? Although I told him to go and fill his empty stomach than talk when you have your mind in correct place and he disconnecting the call.
        Kindly take action sharing his number[protected]
        whether fraud or not no one has any right to yell at anyone.

          I just enquired for jobs on shine.com services.they asked me to pay registration charges RS.3292 which i did proforma invoice IN20211211_597351 dt 11.12.2021.Later they asked for to pay for resume writing rs.9416 proforma invoice IN20211211_597501 .they kept on adding the amount to share my profile .they were influencing me a lot.again they were telling to pay rs.14158 towards job profile verification and job search guidance proforma invoice IN20211211_597504 . At this stage i told that this is going too far and this was not being told to me earlier during the registration process . agaiin the person told me that there is one final payemt to be made for Rs.36000/- odd which i flatly refused .i told him to refund the amt as it is beyond my means .he told me that the refund is not possible so he told to make part payment of rs.10000/- which i did vide proforma invoice no.IN20211211_597534 and balance amt to paid next day.

          if this is the case i do not know how much amt they will be extracting from
          me in future. Hence request you to take stringent action and help in getting the refund amt of Rs.33574/-. i am not claiming registration charges

                As I seen their number in sms inbox in my mobile and then I texted them to refer me a job they said you have pay 29 rupees for registration and I done it, but later this company debited around 55k from my account...

                They forced me to pay 3327.71 for profile booster service .after paying, I got a call from of other person saying that they will work on my profile and I need to pay for that again.i have cancelled the subscription next Minute.please refund my money.I have call recordings of both the persons

                    Fraud of taking money

                    Some one called me and said they provide job so for registration I should pay I paid and certificate verification I paid that also and she said I’ll be having a job in IBM so I should talk to HR. I even talked to him and he even asking for money that will be refunded I lost my money. This is so ridiculous. Can you please resolve this and refund my money back...

                    Urgent - Refund required - Family issue

                    Hi Team,
                    Yesterday night this happened (8th Dec 21)
                    In hurry what your team made/pushed me to made payment with discussion with my wife.
                    I mentioned I dont have money but, your team is not leaving me at all and sitting on head.
                    I pulled money which was kept for different purpose and paid.
                    After which the call over... I explained to my wife this happens.
                    And it become a big issue at home, this fight...

                    On 06- Dec-2021 I received a call from shine.com name Neha saying that she have job opportunity for me in top MNC he took 2500 inr from me and connected with recruiter name Rajeev Dixit he told me that he will give me reference from recruiter but have to pay 21, 500 inr and forced me to pay i payed same amount after one i received called from accenture recruiter Sudhir singh he took my interview and that i will get 100% job and offered me 7.8 LPA package after i said yet Rajeev dixit called me and again demand me for money 24, 500 inr i refused to make any payment and asked him to refund my money as i am not willing to continue with this process. after that he said you can withdraw your money and send a code on whatsapp and. forced me to make again payment and said this will refund you immediately after that he took 21, 500 inr again from me forcefully saying that you will get your money back immediately. and said you will get you money in 72 hrs but still i am not received any amount yet . today again he called me saying again for a payment but today i refusedto do the same procedure and then he never call back . He also connected me with refund department his name is arun singh .I am requesting you that please look into this i want my money back 43000 inr is not small amount for me but i am need of job i am need of money i have family to feed please help me i want my money back take straick action against these people .Please do something i want my money back.

                      Money fraud done by shine.com to me. First I received the call[protected]
                      from one executive and explained me the benifits of the paid services they have. She said in 3552 rs I will get job in India and as well other countries. First I felt like something is fraud. But she was having my all details. Plus the mobile no and email id with her.

                      And she sent me an official email for the payment from shine.com official email id :
                      [protected]@shine.com for the payment. And also mentioned it's one time payment.

                      I got confused here. But I thaught if the domain is shine.com in email id then it must be trustworthy. Still I asked her that it's authentic email id or not. Ofcourse as a fraud she said yes and said me to check the domain. Also was mentioning that they have some tie up with Hindustan Times. So now they started using Hindustan Times also in fraud. They are degrading the name of such reputed brands. Finally I thaught to pay 3552 rs.

                      Then she sent me an email from [protected]@shine.com
                      to send me updated resume.

                      She mentioned that next process your relationship manager with get in touch.

                      After half n hour I recieved the call[protected]
                      from that relationship manager. he asked to send the updated resume. but now this guy also explained everything. I thaught its all genuine. but after sometime. he also started demanding me money of 5192 rs. here it clicked me. he has sent me email too make a payment. I said ur executive in previous call said its only 3552 rs to be paid. then why next amount? he said they are not allowed to disclose the next steps. So I tried to argue with him . he was getting hyper and started showing his unprofessional behaviour. Then I said I will get back to you and disconnected the call.

                      Later I Googled and found that it was a scam.

                      But how can these frauds use shine.com domain email ids?

                      looks like someone internally creates such fraud email IDs under shine.com domain. When I replied to this email id, I am getting a reply "Address not found". Even phone nos are unreachable now of these frauds. cant call back them these frauds.

                      so its a fraud.
                      I request shine.com to look into this seriously and I need my money back.

                        I, Praveen Bhandari download this app.and call came to register to their website by paying Rs 4879.after paying that call will come from their side to proceed further.another caller ask for Rs10620.I told him that I was told not to pay after first payment.he told me its company procedure and all the money will be paid back once you join.then he told me that call will come from the company and they will take my interview.another call came and ask about my experience but didn't ask for money.after that other call came and told that I am selected for job and have to pay Rs25960 and assured me the money will be refunded.after that another call came ask to pay Rs10600 as the final payment, then I refused to pay further.another day they call me to pay the rest of the amount, I denied, from that I try to reach them but all the numbers were switched off.

                        I have filed a complaint for refund of money taken for job.two days back call came to me from this no. [protected] to pay 4500rs. and he will refund my money, after paying this amount he told me to again pay 6500rs. For their procedure.after paying that he again told e to pay 5500rs and they will refund the money within 5minutes.l denied to pay as I was not sure they will refund my 52000rs or not.after he didnt call.

                            On 6th December 2021, i make two payments of 3047/- and 5320/-

                            During the first conversation shine reprecentative mentioned that this is the only amount you nneed to pay to upload your resume to get the job offers.

                            But after sending resume they ask the second payment of RS 5320 for verification of certificates. I have confirmed several times with the person and they promisses there will not be any more charges apart from this. But immediatly after the second payment they have requested the third payment of 9000 as some other chages.

                            Since shine is clearly targetting the peraon and take the advantage of their weekness and false informations to get the money from the customers.

                            I couldnot to continue the service from shine consulancy because of their wrong policies and there is no transparency. Since immediatly after the second payment i have communicated your service team, i am not going to continue your sevice because i feel its a trap and after several payment my position will be very difficult.

                            So kindly give my money back to me or i will go to the legal ways to get the money back... Regards, Yoganathan. Mobile-[protected]

                              I had got a call from shine.com from no +91-[protected], +91-[protected] saying that there are jobs available in the market relevant to my profile, and they will keep calling you for month & month till you get into trap and they asked me to do a registration with Rs. 7000+, I did that,

                              Then they started asking me to pay for more money for further services one by one assuring me that I will start getting interview calls within 5-7 working days for jobs abroad. Its seems like you get into dead trap with no end, After every payment they will send new invoice to pay and tell you that without paying this your profile incomplete, at the point you realise that you are cheated and when ask for cancellation or refund, they will say there is no refund policy

                              How much fraud you will do, Based on your email to me I have reverted with all phone no, shine email ID and payment transaction details. Still you are saying unable to track order.

                              Do you want to make "Guinness world records" in fraud/cheating. Just share you below details of email that I replied to your email.

                              After making two payment they send me 3rd invoice copy telling that without this payment your profile incomplete whereas initially they told me its one time charge to feature your profile. After receiving 3rd invoice I realize its a never ending story as they come with new story with each payment and I understand its not a Job portal its scam portal.

                              I would appreciate if you could reverse/refund my payment it will be great help for I don't need this fraud service, its wasted a lot of my time and I don't waste further and I would like to close my account in shine.

                                Initially I got call from shine.com they made a promise if I pay some charges for job service I can able to see undisclosed openings explicitly for the registered candidates (which helps the candidate guaranteed placement) . Also, they promised, it is just one time payment there won't be any other hidden charges valid for one year. After making the payment one relationship manager named Abhishek Mishra gave me call stating you need to give me consent to talk with my senior associate he will guide you to go further especially after observing my resume and profile after that they said I need to buy two certifications for getting placement one hundred twenty percentage guaranteed (if I pay the 10k with GST for video resume and educational verification plus certification). But after making payment they are coming up with another payment proposal. I asked him clearly please give me how much will you charge for your services for which they didn’t tell the amount. After finishing first payment they opt for second than third. Likewise, they go on. This was the point I have lost my trust on shine services; they pretend it as just a learning application but technically shine promised me that I will get opportunity in couple of days. They do just the e- learning paid certification, which gives customers frustration in present job market. On the same day (after making the payment just in hours) I have requested the customer service for the refund. there was no response. After that I have made a complaint in this forum then they contacted me via mail stating accelation remove shinehr recruiters (Mr Ranjan Hudda) said they will refund in 24 hours. They asked me sent my account details. Now after 6 to 9 days they say it is not from shine might be from someone else. This is the point they do it in a wise way sending messages personally from workers mail irrespective o[censored]sing company mail. How is it possible someone can say you made a case against our reputed company shine.com? please imagine. Once we register a complaint we will get response from a team member we are trying to reach you. After a point it will be given problem solved. It clearly gives like a match fixing. Please do the appropriate. I need my hard-earned money back. Sir in this pandemic we people mostly have crisis also undergoing financial trouble we don’t have job. That is the reason we register using this online portal. At least if they could take some minimum amount and refund rest that would be more appropriate. I request you to help me in this regard and help others not to come in this kind of trap.
