I had received a call from Aman from Shine, saying that we will give you premium services and you just have to pay 3001 INR.
Later he assigned a relationship manager, who again asked me to pay 4991 INR for job assessment reports during the call only. The moment I paid another 4991 rs, they generated another link to pay 10 k on the name of other assessments. They are cheapsters. I have snapshots and emails of all the payments made.

[protected] she called me that for DPS school they are hiring so u need to do registration she gave me her scanner and also whatsapp no[protected] for payment and said this amount is refundable, so i gave 500 rupees then she asked 4000 when i denied to give and asked to return back my 500 rupees she said mam it will come in 5 days now i
She is ignoring my dam calls.

My name is Narendra Jangam, i registered on shine.com few weeks back. I received a call from Shine.com representative on "11-Nov-2021", wherein he explained me about Paid services of shine.com with Nominal price of Rs.3292/-, initially i showed no interest but then he started flattering about the services offered by them, wherein he said they will assign a dedicated "Relationship Manager" for me and he will closely work with me to help me to get new Job within few months with this nominal fees only and i don't have to make any further payment. So, i paid this Rs.3292/- and then he said they will assign a Relationship Manager and he will call me to get more information about my Job requirement and will help me to find job accordingly as per my preference soon.

Next day, "Ujwal Dixit" (Relationship Manager) called me from Mobile number "+91-[protected]" on "12-Nov-2021" at 5:30pm IST and initially he asked me about my Job preference and post 20 minutes discussion, he told me in order to avail good Job, i would have to get 2 services(2nd & 3rd payment mentioned below) of Rs.15, 076/- and i would get service from excellent shine.com for lifetime. So, with hesitance, I paid next 2 payments as he said this is last payment and they will ask for no further payment but post this he again said i would have to avail another service(4th payment mentioned below) by paying Rs.17, 669/- then i told this so wrong/fraud and i ask him to connect to his manager, I spoke to his manager, he said this service is must to get good job, if i don't avail this then other other 3 bought services would have no meaning and will get "forfeit". So, reluctantly and in compulsion, i made 4th payment as well but post that again they asked me to avail another service for Rs.24, 779/-(Fifth Payment mentioned below) to which i denied as this time i understood something fishy here. So, i requested him to connect to his manager again and then i requested his manager this is clear fraud/cheating and i need full refund to which they denied and said there is not refund system in shine.

First payment (Paid) -- Rs.3292/- (Product :- Education Verification Plus Package)
Second payment (Paid) -- Rs.5307/- (Product :- Job Profile Verification Plus Package)
Third payment (Paid) -- Rs.9769 /- (Product :- Senior Level Resume Writing Service & Professional Summary)
Fourth payment (Paid) -- Rs.17, 669/- (Product :- Jobs on the Move: 180 Days)
Fifth payment (I denied as understood something fishy here)-- Rs.24, 779/- (Product :-Jobs on the Move: 180 Days)

I would really appreciate and be thankful to you, if you could help me get my full amount refund from Shine.com at the earliest.

Yesterday I got cal from shine.com they charged me 3000 rs and than other charges around 20000 for job portal services . I HAVE FALSE COMMINTMENT BEFORE paying and false information about the services.As I called them to cancel my services they didn't respond.

So I urge you to look in this and help me to get my money back.

I applied for job in shine.com. They asked me for 3000 Rs for registration. I paid the amount. Later, they asked me to pay 8500 for resume writing. After that they asked me to pay 12, 580 Rs for linkedin profile and other thing. They keep on adding amount to share my profile so that I can get job. They influenced me a lot.

I pay all the above amount and later they asked me to pay 30, 000 Rs. I request consumer court to take action against.

I want from shine.com. They said no to me. I want the forum to take strict action against them. They completely said no to me for the refund.

I had complained about this fraud to shine and no problem was solved . 3 years back it happened in 2018. They gave me documents to fill and dint even gave my money back and no confirmation letter.

In was charged in the name of verification and other proces for job. little by little and the amount turns into ts 45530. Now they are saying that I need to pay rs.7950 for cancellation of my process than only I can recieve my money back. It been more than 4 months. They are still putting excuses upon excuses. Earlier also they said the same..I will get my refund tommorow day after tommorow but they didnt paid any single amount yet. And i am facing problem. Iam a student I need to pay my fees..it is such a depressing and mentally harassed. Please look over the mater as soon as possible and refund my money back. Iam attaching all the doc along with it. Please look forward and solve the issue.

To fill form of Rs100 for job... They deducted Rs32, 000 from my account...

Dear Shine team, I would request an emergency refund due to a family crisis.

It is to bring at your notice that i have received a call from shine.com on 01.11.2021 asking to provide job service matching my profile. I have been told the entire service would cost Rs 2000 & will be assigned a senior consultant to guide me in getting placement. With this belief i paid Rs 2000 & i received a call from a senior consultant who after verifying my profile said i need to pay another Rs 4129 for career assessment test. Again i paid the said amount with good faith. After the payment done another demand for payment came for Job Profile and Education verification for Rs 9792. But when i objected with by saying that all this things are not told before during the initial discussion, it was informed that the executive was not aware of all this things.

Overall i had a very disappointing experience and would request to return my paid amount of Rs 6000 (Payment receipt are attached for reference). I hope my grievance shall be addressed at the earliest .Please help in refunding my amount i don't want to continue any services from shine.com

I have recieved a call from Shine.com on 30/10/2021. And they said with a one time registration fee of 3292.00 they will take my CV and give good job oppertunities.
Then I have again recieved call and asked multiple times for money and by believing them I paid 9452.00 and 11445.00 Rs respectively. During all these payments they said, there wont be any additional charges.
But again they asked for 23000 Rs. By that time my pocket got empty. I was mentioning this during all their calls about this. I have a call recording on this promise from their side.

Please help me to get these amount refunded. These all are customer cheating.

I am ready to provide any proof on this. I request you also to check their call recording also to get proof.

I received a call from shine.com executive and i trusted on shine organisation and proceeded to pay registration charge and then one after the other they requested and made me to pay and didn’t gave a chance to put off the call.
Even they said this is the last payment for each payment which i made and this is a big scam and this is not fair to do this on job seekers.
Please refund my amount 30k which i paid on 29th oct 2021br...

I paid 1, 90, 000 for this job. I get offerletter of pacific oil and gas singapore. The caller name is pankaj.. I have full documents about this transactions and mail datas.
