Dear sir/madam,

I have got a call from the number [protected], [protected] on feb 24 regarding registration for Job which you have been shortlisted. I was told to pay an amount of rr 25 for registration. https://shineresgistration. info/app. apk link sent by [protected]. they guided me open the link and fill all the details then they told to pay 25 via debit card or net banking, i didnt submit any otp neither the page was showing some error, i cut the call saying there is some error, autmotically i rcvd message which says as 25, 000 has been deducted from your account. Please help me the with the refund soon

    I got a call today from shine . com stating that they will help me find a job in my current City Pune. For this purpose they told that you have to pay only rs. 10 which is form fill up charges. Post this discussion they asked me to come online over laptop or mobile and asked to process 10/- and confirm. After entering the debit card details total amount of 7606.3 rs got deducted from my account. When I told them about it they makes me wait for around 4-5hrs stating that you will get refund amount shortly and now they have disconnected the call and the mobile number is coming switched off. This is a scam being run by shine company. I want my refund or 7606rs.

      Shine people called me and said they are having companies with openings. Asked me to pay to register with Rs.3999. Then asked Rs.9000 for verification. Again asked for Rs.17000 for profile highlights. Asked for rs.35000 for cv enhancement. For these, they were sending url requests. And said these payments are required for process completion. Once got all the payments they are not reverting for any interview that they have committed before payment. They are frauding professionals. Pls. be cautious when get a call likewise.

        I had reported the matter immediately to you. However, No action in the matter has been taken till date.
        I had recieved a call from shine.com executive, Mr Anurag Singh for registration for shine.com with a one time payment of Rs. 4719 which was made by me via netbanking. Next day one person named Saurabh Pandey called me from shine.com and said that my profile has been assinged to him and he will be assisting me in the matter from then onwards. Next he asked me to complete some steps on my email.

        Upon checking the email I found that he was asking for some payment for some cources which I denied. However he kept on calling me contineously and forced me to do pyments. Ultimately I had made following payment through netbanking as I desperately wanted a job change:

        1. 4719/-
        2. 8017/-
        3. 18826/-
        4. 18879/-

        Plese refer to attached screenshots.

        Next day onwards I called them atleast 20-30 times but my call was not attended. However one day someone else picked up the call and said your profile has been rejected due to some more pendency and approx. expenses for the services shall be 30000 more which I refused to pay.

        Now I am convicted that I have paid the entire amount by fraud Shine job circle. Neither I have been assisted in the matter nor given my refund.

        Pl investigate the matter and return back my money immediately as I do not want your service services anymore. I have already paid around 50441/- from my hard earned money. Kindly refund the amount otherwise the matter shall be escalated further.

            I got a call from this number on the paid services
            And this person was forcing to pay
            I told him keep it on hold I will have to check on my shine profile and get back
            He disconnected the call
            When I called Bach again asking to be polite and I will raise it
            He immediately said raise the complaint and disconnected
            I am very disappointed with this type of rude behaviour of the employee
            I don’t recollect his name
            Pls take necessary action
            This is not the way to talk to a women
            I need apologies for this kind of lousy behaviour

Com informed that my cv has been shortlisted for axis bank job and for the same I have to fill a form and have to pay the amount of rs. 29, have filled the form and post that the amount of 2929 was debited from debited from my bank account .                   Someone from shine.com called me and install shinecareers/happy.apk
                  I installed and fallow their instructions
                  He said u want pay 10rps I trusted and gave my account details at the payment method.
                  But in my account they debited 3800rps
                  After that I tried to call that person but he didn't lift my call

                    I am really dis-satisfied with the services Shine has provided me.. I got a call yesterday from Shine where I was asked to register my account by paying an amount of Rupees 3292/- .. I did pay the amount in full however was not told that there would be another charges which I would be liable to pay.. today I got call from Abhishek who was not at all supportive or co-operative and very rude and had inappropriate approach... He was not able to understand what I was telling me but kept on telling me some other things.. I am really dis heartened with the services and the way customers are being treated ... It's a false narration where we have been advised one thing however later we get to know it's all together different story... I want my refund which I paid for Shine as you were not able to give me correct and complete information while paying the amount.. please refund me my service charges ASAP

                      This company called me numerous times (representative name Avishek) and asked me to go for paid services for more interview calls. After a few days, I bought it but after that, I didn't receive one call in the last 3 months.
                      This company tries to lure the customer by claiming that they can help you get numerous interview calls but you ultimately receive none. I wonder how do these companies are fooling people and not facing any repercussions.
                      Their customer service is extremely poor. No one picks up the call when u dial their customer care number.
                      I bought a resume booster and application highlighter.

                        Shine.com which are for finding the best job for us is seriously a fraud website, offering the fake jobs and the number they provide to make calls are the fraud numbers, which are offering the jobs beyond our expectations as we can't believe that how can this job we can get.
                        This site is not reliable and the fake one.
                        I personally have very worst experience as they SMS me regarding shortlisting of my CV and provide a number which i have to contact and when i talk to them i find that they are fake people as they ask for money, after every transaction the amount increases as in the name of registration, dress, bond etc. And the amount is like Rs.470. After that Rs.1500 and Rs.2600.
                        People should never believe them.
                        I personally alert about the fake calls but the way they talk about or tell us about the location near us where we have to join blanks my mind as i find it right.
                        But the point to be noted that they don't provide the exact location of job, so without knowing that never pay a single panny to them.

                          Today I am writing here with too much optimism. On 9th Feb'22 I got a called from Shine.com (Executive Name - Dhanish) regarding a paid service called 'Application highlighter' and I purchased the service (Rs. 3292/-) on 10th Feb'22 under guidance of Executive Abhisek and then I got a call from Executive Pankaj asking me to setting up the account under his guidance but due to lack of time I couldn't continue the conversation. On 12th Feb'22 I called Dhanish for setting up the account and after that I got a call from an Executive Suvangi and she explained every thing. And after few minutes of the call I got a call from Executive Pankaj regarding account setting up and first of all he told me that I have to pay for 'Resume Writing & Employment verification' and though I was hesitating to pay but as per his assurance I paid the amount Rs. 4354/- after that again he told me that, I have to pay for 'Career assessment & Education Verification' and I paid the amount Rs. 5545/-, there after again he told that, I have to pay for 'Professional Summary' and I paid Rs. 9558/- and again he told me that I have to pay (Rs. 12979/-) for Presentation but I denied to pay the amount. Here my complain is that, they were keeping continue to make me pay the amounts one after another without any clear overall prior information. Here my request is that, kindly make the Shine.com refund the amount because it is really a huge amount for me. And also kindly stop this type of selling process which is getting followed by Company's Executive. Thank you.

                            I m not interested in your service as first I got a call regarding ₹6136 after that for verification ₹5192 & ₹ 6478 after this they asked me to pay ₹8259. Are you fooling customers like us. Why your team didn’t told all the amount at the time.

                                My self Vijay S, I am looking to change my job. For this reason, I am searching jobs from different job portals. In this connection, Shine executive Mr. Rohit (M#[protected]) contacted me, and according to his advice, I paid Rs 3365.47/- against the Proforma Invoice Id: IN20220207_623554 on 08 Dec. 2021 through net banking vid Transaction id: IN20220208_[protected]_[protected] and assure me that no more money required for the services discussed and confirmed - 1. Resume Booster (Circulation) - Valid For 1 Year and 2. Application Highlighter) for the next 1 year and one Shine personal will also assign for my job searching and making a good resume in this connection.
                                Mr. Rohit appointed Mr. Shivam (M#[protected]) who will assist me in searching for jobs. During the discussion, Mr. Shivam told me that for verification purposes I have to pay an additional amount. After receiving these two amounts, job searching activity will be started. As I am searching for a suitable job disparately and for the reputation of Shine job organization and he asked me to pay the amount Rs. 5192/- against the Educational verification plus package and another charge for Professional summary writing, Executive level Resume writing, cover latter & presentation) required to be paid for job searching and the amount will be Rs. 18463/-. As I am disparately searching for a good job and for the reputation of Shine Job.
                                Now I am convicted that I paid the amount by fraud Shine job circle.
                                Please investigate the matter asap and return back my money immediately or as per committed the service makes it happen.

                                    Hello Sir/ Madam,
                                    My name is Rajendra Arya, I registered on shine.com a few weeks back. I received a call on "31st Jan 2022" wherein I was told that my profile is selected for high salary jobs in India and the Middle East and in order to process further they have a charge of Rs. 3552/-
                                    I thought it to be genuine and I paid the amount thinking that it is required to avail myself of the job offer. Then he started flattering about the services offered by them and said they will assign a Personal Assistant for me, who will closely work with me to help me to get the job with a few paid services. He further added that I do not have to pay further for any interviews, VISA, or related things.
                                    So I paid "Rs 3352/-" after which he said the assigned Personal Assistant will call me to get the information about my job requirements and help me to find a job accordingly as per my preferences
                                    After a few minutes, "Vicky Goya" called me from Mobile No- "+91- [protected]" at 11:32 am IST. Initially, he asked about my job preferences and post 20 minutes discussion, he told me in order to avail myself of a good job, I have to get 2-services (2nd and 3rd payment).
                                    With hesitation, I paid for 2nd payment of "Rs 9939/-" and I told them that I don't want to pay any further but he said If I do not pay again for another service, then the previous services (1st and 2nd payment) I bought will get "forfeit" (I will lose both my money and services I paid for). So in compulsion and reluctantly, I completed the 3rd payment of "Rs. 14523/-"
                                    But by the end of 3rd payment, I understood I had fallen prey to Shine.com fraud. I asked "Vicky Goyal" for a refund but he denied it.

                                    Below are the payment details I made to shine.com:- "Total amount Rs 28, 014/-"

                                    Fisrt Payment:- Rs 3552/- ( Product:- Application Highlighter & International Profile update)

                                    Second Payment- Rs 9939/- (Product- International Resume for Experience Professionals & Education Verification Plus Package)

                                    Third payment:- Rs 14523/- (Product:- Job Profile verification plus package, LinkedIn Profile Summary- Super Express, Interviewing and Hiring Test)

                                    I would really appreciate and be thankful if you could help me get my hard-earned money (Rs 28, 014/- from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any further details.

                                      Shine is very dishonest and are not truthful. After availing fund from candidate, they make you chase behind them and in return Shine comes up with illogical reasoning. I am a witness to this and have suffered a lot. There are many hidden factors which are not told to candidates. After the payment is received they play with their resume and they have no overseas employment facility. But they promise everything and the candidate suffer
