I am really dis-satisfied with the services Shine has provided me.. I got a call yesterday from Shine where I was asked to register my account by paying an amount of Rupees 3292/- .. I did pay the amount in full however was not told that there would be another charges which I would be liable to pay.. today I got call from Abhishek who was not at all supportive or co-operative and very rude and had inappropriate approach... He was not able to understand what I was telling me but kept on telling me some other things.. I am really dis heartened with the services and the way customers are being treated ... It's a false narration where we have been advised one thing however later we get to know it's all together different story... I want my refund which I paid for Shine as you were not able to give me correct and complete information while paying the amount.. please refund me my service charges ASAP

This company called me numerous times (representative name Avishek) and asked me to go for paid services for more interview calls. After a few days, I bought it but after that, I didn't receive one call in the last 3 months.
This company tries to lure the customer by claiming that they can help you get numerous interview calls but you ultimately receive none. I wonder how do these companies are fooling people and not facing any repercussions.
Their customer service is extremely poor. No one picks up the call when u dial their customer care number.

Shine.com which are for finding the best job for us is seriously a fraud website, offering the fake jobs and the number they provide to make calls are the fraud numbers, which are offering the jobs beyond our expectations as we can't believe that how can this job we can get.
This site is not reliable and the fake one.
I personally have very worst experience as they SMS me regarding shortlisting of my CV and provide a number which i have to contact and when i talk to them i find that they are fake people as they ask for money, after every transaction the amount increases as in the name of registration, dress, bond etc. And the amount is like Rs.470. After that Rs.1500 and Rs.2600.
People should never believe them.
I personally alert about the fake calls but the way they talk about or tell us about the location near us where we have to join blanks my mind as i find it right.
But the point to be noted that they don't provide the exact location of job, so without knowing that never pay a single panny to them.

Today I am writing here with too much optimism. On 9th Feb'22 I got a called from Shine.com (Executive Name - Dhanish) regarding a paid service called 'Application highlighter' and I purchased the service (Rs. 3292/-) on 10th Feb'22 under guidance of Executive Abhisek and then I got a call from Executive Pankaj asking me to setting up the account under his guidance but due to lack of time I couldn't continue the conversation. On 12th Feb'22 I called Dhanish for setting up the account and after that I got a call from an Executive Suvangi and she explained every thing. And after few minutes of the call I got a call from Executive Pankaj regarding account setting up and first of all he told me that I have to pay for 'Resume Writing & Employment verification' and though I was hesitating to pay but as per his assurance I paid the amount Rs. 4354/- after that again he told me that, I have to pay for 'Career assessment & Education Verification' and I paid the amount Rs. 5545/-, there after again he told that, I have to pay for 'Professional Summary' and I paid Rs. 9558/- and again he told me that I have to pay (Rs. 12979/-) for Presentation but I denied to pay the amount. Here my complain is that, they were keeping continue to make me pay the amounts one after another without any clear overall prior information. Here my request is that, kindly make the Shine.com refund the amount because it is really a huge amount for me. And also kindly stop this type of selling process which is getting followed by Company's Executive. Thank you.

I m not interested in your service as first I got a call regarding ₹6136 after that for verification ₹5192 & ₹ 6478 after this they asked me to pay ₹8259. Are you fooling customers like us. Why your team didn’t told all the amount at the time.
I want my amount to be refunded.
After that a guy said that if you are not having enough amount how will you survive and shouted. Is this the service you provide after taking money.

In this connection, Shine executive Mr. Rohit (M#[protected]) contacted me, and according to his advice, I paid Rs 3365.47/- against the Proforma Invoice Id: IN20220207_623554 on 08 Dec. 2021 through net banking vid Transaction id: IN20220208_[protected]_[protected] and assure me that no more money required for the services discussed and confirmed - 1. Resume Booster (Circulation) - Valid For 1 Year and 2. Application Highlighter) for the next 1 year and one Shine personal will also assign for my job searching and making a good resume in this connection.
Mr. Rohit appointed Mr. Shivam (M#[protected]) who will assist me in searching for jobs. During the discussion, Mr. Shivam told me that for verification purposes I have to pay an additional amount. After receiving these two amounts, job searching activity will be started. As I am searching for a suitable job disparately and for the reputation of Shine job organization and he asked me to pay the amount Rs. 5192/- against the Educational verification plus package and another charge for Professional summary writing, Executive level Resume writing, cover latter & presentation) required to be paid for job searching and the amount will be Rs. 18463/-. As I am disparately searching for a good job and for the reputation of Shine Job.
Now I am convicted that I paid the amount by fraud Shine job circle.
Please investigate the matter asap and return back my money immediately or as per committed the service makes it happen.

My name is Rajendra Arya, I registered on shine.com a few weeks back. I received a call on "31st Jan 2022" wherein I was told that my profile is selected for high salary jobs in India and the Middle East and in order to process further they have a charge of Rs. 3552/-
I thought it to be genuine and I paid the amount thinking that it is required to avail myself of the job offer. Then he started flattering about the services offered by them and said they will assign a Personal Assistant for me, who will closely work with me to help me to get the job with a few paid services. He further added that I do not have to pay further for any interviews, VISA, or related things.
So I paid "Rs 3352/-" after which he said the assigned Personal Assistant will call me to get the information about my job requirements and help me to find a job accordingly as per my preferences
After a few minutes, "Vicky Goya" called me from Mobile No- "+91- [protected]" at 11:32 am IST. Initially, he asked about my job preferences and post 20 minutes discussion, he told me in order to avail myself of a good job, I have to get 2-services (2nd and 3rd payment).
With hesitation, I paid for 2nd payment of "Rs 9939/-" and I told them that I don't want to pay any further but he said If I do not pay again for another service, then the previous services (1st and 2nd payment) I bought will get "forfeit" (I will lose both my money and services I paid for). So in compulsion and reluctantly, I completed the 3rd payment of "Rs. 14523/-"
But by the end of 3rd payment, I understood I had fallen prey to Shine.com fraud. I asked "Vicky Goyal" for a refund but he denied it.

Below are the payment details I made to shine.com:- "Total amount Rs 28, 014/-"

Fisrt Payment:- Rs 3552/- ( Product:- Application Highlighter & International Profile update)

Second Payment- Rs 9939/- (Product- International Resume for Experience Professionals & Education Verification Plus Package)

Third payment:- Rs 14523/- (Product:- Job Profile verification plus package, LinkedIn Profile Summary- Super Express, Interviewing and Hiring Test)

I would really appreciate and be thankful if you could help me get my hard-earned money (Rs 28, 014/- from Shine.com at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any further details.

Shine is very dishonest and are not truthful. After availing fund from candidate, they make you chase behind them and in return Shine comes up with illogical reasoning. I am a witness to this and have suffered a lot. There are many hidden factors which are not told to candidates. After the payment is received they play with their resume and they have no overseas employment facility. But they promise everything and the candidate suffer

Your customer executive told me for money process in to parts but after two payment process he told to me third payment process but i am not competable with this process so i want to refund my money in my account

Recently i had a where my father got scammed. Firstly he registered on shine.com. An Employee from shine.com calls and take the money Rs.3000 from registration. Now the funny store for me HOW DID THE SCAMMER KNOW THAT MY DAD IS LOOKING FOR JOB RIGHT THE NEXT DAY. He gets a calling from shinerecruiter.com. When you look at whoiswho information its hosted by Godaddy. I shut down the scammers websites failing a report with

Shine.com unfortunately took no action even when scammers are using their logo and posing as them. when I asked Neeraj from shine.com, he said "oh we can't do anything" Guess what you can, when a company logo is being used by others and the company doesn't take any action, its seriously flabbergasting. Now i have a message for SHINE.com, the amount of distress people that are here complaining about the SCAMMERs HERE I am going to take ACTION against shine.com. Honestly these are people who are looking for job and losing money. And all the reply i see is sorry and scammer advise. WHY DOESN'T SHINE.COM TAKE ACTION AGAINST THE SCAMMER. I SHUT DOWN THE SCAMMER WEBSITE.

I bought a test named AMCAT certification in IT Helpdesk Troubleshooting Aptitude to boost my job alert. I waited for 2 days but the portal was not ready for me. there was a message that my service is under process. suddenly I got a call from Shine the guy was Akash deep. He told me that "there is nothing like I purchased for we have discontinued the service and I will get a refund for this. so if you want to get the best job I will recommend you the best course named

after this, you will get a good job in the industry. I checked the email he sent me. it was from Shine.com so I believed the guy and purchased and enrol the course. but I'm waiting to get my course/classes start so I can get a job. but the customer care is not working, chat support is not working.

I received a call from a recruiter saying he received my resume through shine.com and have a vacancy for which i have to pay 49 rupees for the form. i followed his instructions which cost me 1, 03047!. i filed an FIR with police and cyber crime. but no improvement yet.

Hi myself zarka khurshid, yet i registered myself on shine.com, and then a girl with the name nidhi chauhan from shine.com telling my that you got a job for that you have to pay registration fees of 500 rupees and then asked for interview fee of 4.5 k rupees .she gave me the receipt of 500 rupees only now i want issues resolved with full refund of my money as that money was institutional fee.The address she gave me is mentioned .please help me out

Shine executive person missguided and made payment without giving full information.

Today I have got call from Shine Team as we have premium offer for job assistance.

Initially they told to pay 3292 for availing services.
I paid as I will be getting some job offers.

Later I got call and they told to pay 7062 and further services. They told this is the last payment. I trusted and here also paid.

Later again asking 17000 for further services. I refused to pay.

This is not acceptable. They have not given complete information about payment. They should have given complete payment fees structure and services before taking 1st and 2nd payment.

Instead of giving full information they cheated by part by part payment.

Where i got a call from Mr. Rohit and said you need to pay only Amount:- 3197/- INR Inclusive of All Taxes for International Profile Update. After that i have received call from another person who convinced me for Education and Job profile verification and said you need to pay Rs. 5192 and this is only and final payment. I have done this payment just minute after I got another payment link for Rs.10736 for Job profile verification and interview guidance. Then I denied to pay and said why don't tell full charges during first call, that time you said it is only rs.3192 now it keep increasing. then the guys start talking to very rudely and told you won't get any help from us. when I said for refund he said not refund is possible.

Then I realize something fraud has happened.

I know that the senior management is not aware about this scam which the sales team is doing. Transparently you can offer the service but not through any trap. if you are not part of this, could you do the needful and refund.my all money.

I had uploded my resume on shine.com. I got a call to pay 2000 extra to get your resume noticed. I payed 2000. After that i got a call and asked to pay 7000 for the verification of my degree documents as clients prefer that so I paid, within two mins again a link was sent to pay 4000 for profile verificaion and i paid and again in two mins one more link was sent to make the payment of 5000 for resume writing. Now I realised that they are just asking to pay again and again without even explaining the complete pakage. In 20 mins I had put a mail to process the refund and I got a call that the money cannot be refunded. concerned person contact number:[protected] (Pushpendra)

Paid 35000 for availing the services but changed my mind as I am not willing to change job so asked for refund company has denied saying it's not their policy?
