Hi myself zarka khurshid, yet i registered myself on shine.com, and then a girl with the name nidhi chauhan from shine.com telling my that you got a job for that you have to pay registration fees of 500 rupees and then asked for interview fee of 4.5 k rupees .she gave me the receipt of 500 rupees only now i want issues resolved with full refund of my money as that money was institutional fee.The address she gave me is mentioned .please help me out

Shine executive person missguided and made payment without giving full information.

Today I have got call from Shine Team as we have premium offer for job assistance.

Initially they told to pay 3292 for availing services.
I paid as I will be getting some job offers.

Later I got call and they told to pay 7062 and further services. They told this is the last payment. I trusted and here also paid.

Later again asking 17000 for further services. I refused to pay.

This is not acceptable. They have not given complete information about payment. They should have given complete payment fees structure and services before taking 1st and 2nd payment.

Instead of giving full information they cheated by part by part payment.

Where i got a call from Mr. Rohit and said you need to pay only Amount:- 3197/- INR Inclusive of All Taxes for International Profile Update. After that i have received call from another person who convinced me for Education and Job profile verification and said you need to pay Rs. 5192 and this is only and final payment. I have done this payment just minute after I got another payment link for Rs.10736 for Job profile verification and interview guidance. Then I denied to pay and said why don't tell full charges during first call, that time you said it is only rs.3192 now it keep increasing. then the guys start talking to very rudely and told you won't get any help from us. when I said for refund he said not refund is possible.

Then I realize something fraud has happened.

I know that the senior management is not aware about this scam which the sales team is doing. Transparently you can offer the service but not through any trap. if you are not part of this, could you do the needful and refund.my all money.

Sir on 19th Jan 2022 I got a call from shine .com for job placement. I am talked with a shine customer representative he tell me only to make payment 3738 i make that payment below is the details

I had uploded my resume on shine.com. I got a call to pay 2000 extra to get your resume noticed. I payed 2000. After that i got a call and asked to pay 7000 for the verification of my degree documents as clients prefer that so I paid, within two mins again a link was sent to pay 4000 for profile verificaion and i paid and again in two mins one more link was sent to make the payment of 5000 for resume writing. Now I realised that they are just asking to pay again and again without even explaining the complete pakage. In 20 mins I had put a mail to process the refund and I got a call that the money cannot be refunded. concerned person contact number:[protected] (Pushpendra)
Kindly help me to get the refund and I am asking refund in 20 mins without using any service.

Paid 35000 for availing the services but changed my mind as I am not willing to change job so asked for refund company has denied saying it's not their policy?

I have paid 35000 to shine.com on 8th January' 22 for availing their services as I was looking for a job but now as I am not looking for a new job I am not willing to avail their services
But shine Team has denied for refund
If a customer pays for availing the services & if his/her mind changes ideally refund should be provided?
It's not 1000 or 2000 it's 35000?
I need refund request help for the same

If Shine is not providing services why should they sit with their customers money? It's their duty to return back the money Not having refund policy is not an answer you give your customers?

Got a call from shine.com which says they will highlight my profile first they asked for 3000 approx.
then 5000---I paid
and then 10, 000--I paid
which I have paid in order to avail the service but when they asked again an amount of
17, 000----then I realized I have been conned. (was a bit late but what to do now when the con is done)
I totally understood what they are doing even when I asked is the amount am going to pay i.e 10000 will be the last he said yes but still, after that, they asked for 17, 000 more, assuring you will get an invoice for every transaction.
It's a trap I know I won't get that money back but if it helps someone PLEASE DON'T FALL THEY WILL SELL YOU DREAMS BUT WORKING HARD IS THE ONLY KEY...I CAN MAKE THAT AMOUNT AGAIN BUT THINK WHO HAS SAVED ONY THIS MUCH, SO TAKE CARE HOPE IT HELPS

I want refund my my money from shine.com because of they are made fraud with me firstly they said we place you 100% guaranteed Job after paying 1500 amount I pay for this and after interview interviver said pay 5500 rupees for documents verification but i am not ready for that so I told to varun sir from shine who contact with me for this that please refund my money for this case it’s been 15days still I am not received any money so please help me

Yesterday got a message from shine. Com for a vacancy then after they called me saying that you have uploaded your resume and we have some vacancy so would you like to apply for that.

I said yes he send me a link to get register in Aditya birla company as financial analyst and ask to pay 29 Rs INR for the processing of fee when I entered it was getting error and after some time 9029 Rs deducted from my account. From two days i am getting number of vacancy related sms.

I have applied for the job and they SMS me as your CV has been selected and ask for the registration fees and after I want my money back they don't.

Shine.com has fraudulently charged my credit card for services that I did not opt for. I only opted for resume updates and display services for a charge of about INR 15000. but they have charged my credit card five time for diploma course which I did not opt for.
This is unacceptable and wrong practice the website in advance has a disclaimer that there is no refund policy for any money taken which is suspicious and dubious in intentions.
The manager at service are unprofessional and have no service or customer first attitude.
I seek some help to get my money back from this dubious organisation.

I started getting scam calls in the middle of night in frequency of 15-30 mins and also sometimes in a day i got 8-10 calls within just 4-5 hours, height was when i refused to share my data the person on call, being said a shine representative also later called himself as naukri.com representative started using bad and very inappropriate words.
As a normal person i never want such a thing and even after blocking most of the numbers i tried contacting shine on call for the same, they asked to write a mail to delete the account explaining the situation. Even after a few conversation they are not willing to delete my account from the site and asking to just keep it as invisible/inactive, if you can't keep my data secure and are so prone to data leaks why do you even handle people's personal information. And if someone wants to opt out of your data collection your asking that he can't?

Threatening for more money and not give any services for which I have already paid

I received a call from your team on approx. 20.12.2021 morning from one person saying that he is from shine.com and that they have shortlisted my profile for better job with 30 to 45% salary hike. There after different people started calling me from various mobile and landline nos. Believe me it was like pressurizing and forcibly told me to come online and make payment of rs.3500/- through debitcard. Initially i was reluctant but they started calling me and influencing me by telling me again and again about the hike which they will help me to get. so I made the payment on 23rd sec 2021 and they told that services will start in 4 to 05 days( Nothing Happened till now. My Worst experience, worst than Naukri.com). They make you so tense that they are after you for the new job & i am the one delaying for the same.
I had spoken to ur team member that day and today as well and I have explained to him how frustrated I am with this Shine.com which doesnt really shine at all.

Also during the conversation they were telling me the company is a part of hindustan times group.
Also, I have got all the audio recordings of the conversations also. Kindly refund my amount of my hard earned money and If the amount is not refunded i will definitely go legal.
I felt very depressed when i came to know that i was cheated. Please expedite the refund asap.

Shine.com asked me to update my service as I am not getting what I was expecting.
so the girl named "Pooja Sharma" called me from mobile number +91-[protected] and said that she will send mail which will contain a link where I need to identify myself and it will ask for Rs.10 for bank verification and the amount will be refunded.

After I did the process instead of deducting Rs 10, from my account Rs. 23456 got deducted.
Later when I had called with the girl she said this should not happen and will check the same.
after the transaction is done she was on call to solve the issue and said the money will be refunded don't worry.

The transaction happened around 2 PM and she was on a call with me till 5 PM
but later she said I will get the money till morning as the technical team is looking into the issue, which will take approximately 2-3 hours.
next day till 11 AM you will receive your money back.
she also replied to my emails as well which contains her signature with contact number and email.

I felt cheated, and now I am requesting my money back from shine.

One guy Abhishek called me explained the process and then told me charges which are around[protected]/- for the complete below service.
Once I paid 3657/- order no, a different person called me ( ), gave me a pep talk, made it appear as if he was giving me the full service for another 12731 inr, Once I paid this, Order no ; ( the link lasts for 30 min or something), he started again and told me the next part ( which he had explained earlier as well) and demanded 18761/-. Order No - . Once I had paid this, he again explained the last part. By this time I understood what's happening and asked him to send me an email explaining the complete process. So he sent me the below. By this time had paid the 3rd payment and understood a bit late what was happening.
Once i received the email, and asked him to give me 3-4 days. This upset him and he started getting louder and louder asking to pay money for the best results. Understanding what's happening asked him to call be back tomorrow once I have thought over it. But he wouldn't listen. I cut the phone, but he called me again 2 times inspite of me telling him not to call today.

They do this at such a pace that you don't get much time to think, you understand only after you have made2-3 payments. All this happened in 30 min.. so you can understand the pace, you are not given a chance to think.

I request a refund of my money for order no 389834 and 389837

What bothers me is Shine.com being a wholly owned subsidiary of HT times media a very respectable business house and I believed Shine.Com to be professional. Its frustrating to know that a business house like HT media employs such a business model.

and every time I log in to shine.com.. each and every time ... every mail received from a consultancy who asks me the amount (2000/- )

from today onward i am detecting my account from shine because this types is job is not worthy for me..
