      This worst and and they cheated me around 2 Lacks. Intilaly they will start with a small amout and slowly increased the amout up to 50k and after Collection of the mony they will not call or give any service. If we calm they will not respond. Simply they are blood sucking warms of the people. Don't pay any amout. For doing these kind of business they can do sum... business.

        This is to inform that I am 53, for the past 3 years I am not having proper job, I had posted my resumes in Job Portals in Dec.2017. On 12/10/2020 in the morning I received a Phone, stating that he is calling from Shine.com and now they are brand of reputed Publication Hindustan Times. He said they are having a Premium Service which I can utilize. Since I am desperate for landing in a good job and Hindustan Times brand name made me to accept the Premium service. Received mail to complete the process. Asked to pay 4660.00 for life long ..Then he said, their executive will interact with me and guide how to reach reputed organisation. He did not say anything about the process/ activities I have to go.. In the eveneing One called in the name of OJha enquired about my job background and asked to send Resume for further action I have to take. He promised and lured me for my vast experience, he can help me to get good package of around 22/23 Lakh .. before that he want to complete verification process. He asked to complete the process which he had sent mail. I recd mail saying proforma invoice.. I was shocked to see it said to pay 5192.00. I said in the morning they did not said expert will ask for money. But he said for Educationverification he need to pay to move forward. Then after transfer he said he had sent another mail to complete the process, again it said to transfer Rs.9556.00 asJob profile verification. He gave so many reason and convinced me to pay, , Then he again said another mail asking for Professional summary for 14748.00 and in every step he said it is the final step without this the whole process is incomplete.. Money I had transfered is of no use. Then he sent another mail asking to transfer Rs.19546.00 as part 2 of Professional verification. He didt not give me any time to think over. If I break the call, the process wont take place, the money I had spent is of no use. I once again transfered money, but showed signal failure. But I receivedmessage saying money has been deducted from my Bank account. But he said he did not received, changed the gateway and asked to transfer the money, So, I again transfered Rs, 19546.. Now he said, the both the verification process Education and Professsion completed.I got some relief and thought now will receive some interview call. He said I will receive Interview calls 2/3 a week on my whatsapp. but for that i need to again complete the process . I received another mail stating to transfer Rs.27964.00 for job on move. Now I really got frustrated and realized my foolishness and believed it is really a Daytime Robbery, I am being Cheated and looted money. I cut the conversation after more than 67 minutes. He again called me to complete the process to get well noticed by repted organization.. In the next morning 13/10/2020 I received two more calls to complete the process. Even after I asked them to refund my money, I dont need their service and will go to consumer court, they said refund policy is not for this package and I have to complete the process to avail the services. I told them I will go to the Consumer Court/forum where they have to answer and face the consequences. But they did obliged. Repeated saying to complete the process and I will be the benefitter in getting job, they wont ask for any money when I get selected.

        I want to say, I got fooled by this fraud, I want SHINE.Com ( HIndustan Times) to refund all my HARD EARNED MOney Rs. 73, 248.02 I had paid immediately..

        I have all the recording ofall the telephone talk had with them.

        In continuation to above complaint, I receved Call saying he is calling from Shine.com Complaint section and wish to resolve my complaint. He said again, if I clear the last and final pending paymentRs.28000 I will get the Job, Also said I got the job in TCS blindly.. He does not lknow ABC of my Job Profile and assuring me job with TCS.. He continued there is no refund policy.. And at the same, if I want to discontinue the services and require refund, he wanted by Debit card Detail. I refused. Then it is not possible to refund. There is no refund policy ... Nearly 75, 000 is lost in this fraud... I want my Hard Earned Money Back... All please aware of this FRAUD.. Please, Please SHINE.COM.. HIndustan Times Give my money Back..

          2. I got a work at home job from shine.com for the job data entry .
          Joined date was September 18.
          3. I paid the amount of 1200 as the registration before the project as per the

            Hi Team shine,

            On 13 october i received a call from an executive name brijesh kumar([protected], [protected]) from shine.com to activate paid service for provide job opportunity and asked to make a payment of via an email link 3292 to process a premium service. I made the payment.

            Post that a dedicated person(Abhimanyu, emailid:abhimanyu.[protected]@shine.com, contact Number:[protected], Mobile number[protected]) was assigned to carryout professional and educational verification. For the verification process, again asked for a payment of 4673.This is when I suspected that it is fraud.

            Please help me recover my money.

              Yesterday i.e. On 14/10/2020 i have received call from Shine.com regarding services support in order to create Linkedin Profile.
              For the same call from Mr. Anoop & during the discussion He has fraudulently & with Malicious intentions forced me to remit a payment of Rs.8844.94.
              How ever under poor impressions i have paid the same Amount.
              But later on realizes that, it was Fraud & unprofessional Act.
              Consider the fact i am not at all interested to opt this service. Henceforth Request my Banker to stop Payment.
              Also Requesting you to please arrange refund of payment ASAP.

                  We applied for a job on shine.com and I didn't really expected it to be a great fraud for me.
                  I got a call and they asked for 20rs registration fee and 5220rs were debited due to that transaction and is was really really disappointing . We got a call from an employee from shine.com asking for a registration fee. I was always considering shine.com as a trustable and a authentic site but I am really disappointed. Either compensate us or this matter will be taken to consumer court and make sure that other costumers of yours do not face such problem

                    I had applied on shine.com after few days agent was calling me and asking for amount ₹2655 I paid amount but i didn't got any job another day he was asking for money of amount ₹7491 which was also paid by me after few days third time he was asking for money of large amount of ₹12979 which was also paid by me.After few days he was asking for very big amount so I noticed that he was fraud . He stole my money and didn't get any job.i want my money back . I don't want to join any jobs from you . I want refund.                       Dear Sir,

                      On Friday 09-Oct-2020, I have received a call from Shine.com (Varun). He is going to highlight my profile in the leading job portal and asked me to pay for INR 3292. I paid the money as well. After 4 hours another staff from Shine called "Suraj" as I am your relationship manager to highlight your profile to the leading companies and asked me to pay money worth of 5192 for verification purpose. Post I paid he sent another invoice to me to pay for INR 9982 as employment verification. I keep asking him the same question, why you didn't tell the total money details to me? He keep responding the same as answer as "It is an investment". Post I borrowed some money from the family and I paid to them. After he send another invoice for INR 15, 332 for dashboard verification purpose. This time I realized they are cheating me. I asked them to refund my money. They denied and take my profile for job proposal.

                      I dropped an email to shine, "Why this professional unethical behavior?

                      On the next day a staff called "Poornima" called me and asking for negotiation. They cant conduct the verification category, but they do a Job search and resume writing.

                      Only for searching Job and resume writing INR 18000 is too expensive.

                      So, I asked them to refund my money back. Again they deined.

                      I am not ready to accept the revised proposal.

                      Your staff Suraj have gone through all my profile and validated my education and experience. Only then he started to ask payment. He should briefed me, "this profile will be costing INR 33, 000. Instead of that he started to ask the payment one by one.

                      Company like Nakuri make more meaningful business to their customer and explaining them what is the maximum possibilities. But I am not seeing kind of integrity with Shine.

                      Please refund all my money back.

                          Had 11, 469/- initial amount to upgrade my profile of shine. Then afterward when I ask to cancel this, the respective person told me to fill 10/- form for cancellations. Then as per his instruction I mad payment of 10/- but 10, 000/- deducted 2 times from that account.

                            This is just to bring kind attention towards the worst services you are providing for shine learning.

                            I opted for a course last month on six sigma lean management and i was told to deposit fee on the same day as the evening course on weekend was about to start from first saturday of september month. I did the same.

                            Its 1 month and the same is not started yet. I talked to amar jaiswal and srishti tripathi many times about the same but they couldn’t provide any help.

                            This is just a request to look into this on urgent basis or refund my whole fee if you are not able to provide the course.

                              Initial call:

                              I will start from the beginning. I got a call from one of your association asking about my account on shine.com and pushing for a paid subscription. The guy pursuaded me into taking up the paid subscription by promising a lot of things such a dedicated relationship manager, finding jobs on my behalf and what not. He sounded as geniune as one can be. I took the subscription after a lot of follow up by him and i thought that it was a right decision. I paid rs 3047 for it. He mentioned there are no additional / hidden charges after this and assured me that the relationship manager will connect with me who will help me in finding better opportunities. I was happy that my woes will wrap up fast now

                              Expert team:

                              Anup from expert team called and after a few vague questions he said he has done the due deligence and mentioned to proceed there are additonal steps to be followed which involves additional expenses. When i asked him about the total extra expenses he said it's for a psychometric test and other services and asked me to pay another rs 8377, telling me that without it he will not be able to help me. At this point in time i asked that i hope this is the last payment to which he responded positively and i made the payment as i wanted to get over with it. Once i paid the amount and i thought may be this is the end, however to my surprise he sent another profarma invoice of rs 13097 telling me that i have to co-operate else everything done till now will not yield desired results pressuring me to pay and how it is going to be life changing. I lost trust on your team and my patience gave up when he again asked for this payment to which i refused initially. After a 40 minute discussion with his manager who again promised a lot of stuff, i finally agreed to pay the amount.

                              Since your team member did everything with the speed of lightning, i could not notice the kind of #t subscription services he has charged me for and i was utterly disappointed after seeing what i have sold. All in all rs 25, 000 for resume writing and profile highlighting plus some stupid courses which are of no use to me and some bgv. I was trembling with the disappointment and loss that i suffered due to coercive action of your team member.

                              Worst part:

                              Your expert team has promised that the team will commence it's work by gathering all my statements via telephonic calls, online interviews and converting them into the output for the services i've availed. Not a executive has called me to initiate the services as promised. Good thing is that i record every call that comes to me and should you need to hear it yourself, i can send it across. I am of the notion that many times the leadership is unknown of the tactics ground teams play hence i write to you in good faith hoping that you will help me out here with the refunds as i no more have confidence on shine.com and probably will do better of my own in job search. I have not availed a single paid service hence it should not be difficult.

                              Hi Team,

                              My Concern has not been resolved. I've again been asked to pay additional amount of 20K and some more unaccounted services so that the services can be started. This is in direct contradiction of the agreement.

                              I've already raised this on Welcome Call and then on the subsequent calls I've got. I was told that your executives will speak to their higher authorities and come back to me. However I've not received a response yet from anyone. So it would be great if you can speak with the team and give me a call.

                              Until then this Issue remains unresolved.

                                I get job offer from shine for tata motors job role supervisor i am very happy those ask me if i am comfortable in call interview so i can get the job he told if my selection is done and i am selected for the job so i have to pay security deposit 1250 then i get offer letter and after all things i pay to him just 10 mint later i get offer letter but this letter is not sending by company email it is her personal email so i got sock i sadenly go to company official website but there is no opportunity for job means there is no vecancy of supervisor role job and i am crying because it my three day income 😭 and i lost my money, someone can help to get real job please

                                    I got a call from shine recruiter from binay kumar : [protected]. He said he will directly recruiting employees for some of the companies. He will recruit me for Dr.Reddy's Labs.For that process he asked me to pay 1500.
                                    Then he forwarded call to someone asked me to pay 4850 for document verification. Then I received a call some other person as HR of Dr.Reddy's labs to recruiting me asked me to pay 13000. I refused to pay and Asked to refund back. Then they told that it is in shine account. If i pay 6650 he will refund me 13000. I refused again. Then even didn't refunded back.
