Dear Concern,

I am not Happy to know about the NEW INVOICE for the service after talking to you, which was NEVER mentioned during accepting shine Services.

Secondly I was surprised to know when you confirmed that the service is for 6 month and not 1 year, please find the attached talk with the Shine executive. Around 9.30 minutes or so you can find that she had been confirmed for 1 year.

Can I have an explanation on the same about the breach of trust?

Yesterday, I got call from one of your executives, Shiv Pratap. He said that my resume would be highlighted to the recruiters if I pay Rs.3000. But little did I know about their dubious scam, I ended up paying Rs.8000 which is a big amount for a middle class person like me. And were demanding more money from me. This is when I realised that I had falled into their scam. I got genuine emails from Shine.com which made me to believe its authenticity. But I am compelled to believe that shine.com has assigned scamsters and goons to call people and scam them. no one is picking up my call. neither the person not shine.com's customer care executives. I have fallen into a very big pit. I don't know from where else to seek help.Kindly help me with the money refund.

I got a call on 23 Oct 2020 as they said they are calling me from shine.com and as I checked it on truecaller the name was from shine.com. she was telling me that my CV is shortlisted for HDFC Bank in my district i.e. Dibrugarh Assam. She told me that there are 4 vacancies and asked me to send my documents on the number . As I have all the call recordings as well. She asked me to pay 750 rs in two parts and as I wanted the job she gave the bank details and I gave them 375 rs then I got a verification call and the man asked me few questions regarding bank . And then he told me that you are selected in verification round . Now our HR will call you but before that you have to send the rest of the money so I gave that too . But then hr called n he asked me about myself, I asked him that from which branch he is calling from he told me that he cannot disclose that as am not only the candidate there are many.so after that again I received a mail of confirmation of job I got ref no and cvn no then they told me that I will receive a letter of offer and I have to pay the rest of the amount so after that they told me that I will receive the letter today morning i.e. 24 October 2020 asking to sign it and I didn't sign it . So today 26 October 2020 I received another email asking for 2500 so that they can confirm my job and I didn't send the amount .so hoping to get a positive reply from you all. Please stop this scam . The intent letter why it's not from the bank itself why it's from them.

They cheated me looted me please help me

A company known as TECHNOS DATA SOLUTIONS is faking jobs out there. One of the worker from that company called me and asked me to pay money to get into their job. He asked me to pay 4K to work. The company is a total scam. He says he works in USA. They have posted around 10 jobs on shine with more than 100 vacancies. Please shut the company down and take it to the consumer court so that no one gets cheated.

The person called Ashutosh in your call center Marketing assured services of "Resume Booster" and paid Rs 3102 on 21 October 2020.
After receipt of amount, we supposed to chase and your Ashutosh is absconded since last 2 days. Is this is cheating business you guys do? Now either work on my profile or refund Rs 3102 with immediate effect. Don't do like this cheating business with the job seekers. Requesting for refund

I got a call on 22/10/2020 from Rahul Sharma telling that you have been shortlisted for the job Tech Mahindra and you will be having HR round but you need to pay 3000 rupees before interview and if you are not selected it is fully refundable after then I got call from some Avish for the interview.After the interview I got the mail to pay rupees 5000 more for document verification and he told its full refundable as I was not having full amount that time I paid just 4000 rupees he kept on forcing me to pay one thousand more.after that now response from him

They have message to me for a job and call to me and spoke to me about the job and 10 rs for a registration and I do payment but 6973 rs deduct from my account.

Received a message from your website referring me to a person Shweta as an HR of a recruiting company dated 19/10/2020 at 11.37 am. At each process I had to pay an amount quoted by them, where the amount kept increasing and I was not informed before, that I would have to pay throughout the process. And no proper details of the consultancy is to be found. And when I approached the company such job was not available and no such interviews were organized. In total they should refund 39, 345 Rs. But now they are not responding. Kindly do the needful.

I received a message from your website referring me to a person Priya as an HR of a recruiting company dated 14/09/2020 at 10:28 am. At each process I had to pay an amount quoted by them, where the amount kept increasing and I was not informed before, that I would have to pay throughout the process. And no proper details of the consultancy is to be found. And when I approached the company such job was not available and no such interviews were organized. In total they should refund 34, 800 Rs. But now they are not responding. Kindly do the needful.

Respected sir, I am really disappointed by lakhmendar(mob-[protected]) employee of shine.com .
On 17 September 2020 he made false commitment that 100℅ job guarantee after taking service, but after taking service he change his word now he saying about 100℅ service guarantee. Several times I have sent email to [protected]@shine.com, [protected]@shine.com about this matter. I have call record between me and lakhmender, he clearly said to me 100℅job guarantee.
I am a job seeker sir, I need my money back I have paid 2655 rupees.
Due to this type of fraud and false commitment gradually degrading reputation of shine.com.
Kindly take necessary action in this regard to return my money and take disciplinary action against the 'Lakhmender' for false commitment to me.

I got the call and agent said we have hidden services. You have to pay Rs 1850 and we will provide you job which is already yours as this is the commitment from the company. They said they have this job profile only for me as there is just 1 person in amritsar who can get this job that is me and it is 100 % guranteed job. You will surely get it by tomorrow but before that you have to pay Rs 1850 and then they will start the process.

I have not sent it and I am making this complaint because I want to make aure any innocent dont get stuck with these frauds. Please take strict action on them.

I got a call from khushi shine. Com she told I have been selcted for 2-3 companies and she asked my prefrences and said she will be sending JD of the companies to my mail Id and for that I have to fill a form of 100 rs and she asked to open chrome and directed to the site where payment was needed for 100 rs and she asked me to fill the otp and when I enterd the Otp the transaction got failed and she asked me to go back and again fill the otp and again transaction got failed. Then I got two messages that amount of 21000 had been debited two times form my credit card. So total amount of 42000 had been debited. I called her again and she said sorry and she asked the a/c details so that she can transfer through NEFT and she told she had a talk with her team and the amount will be reflected within 24 hrs . We called her again after some time she asked that OTP has been sent and it was for 15000 again we told her we will file a complain in cyber crime how you all are fooling people.

I have recived one call one of your executive for job she was horrible she has not given any job information she was such a bad words that cannot be hear she was horrible i have recived call from [protected] this number its register on manoj kumar name i am going to do police complaint

This worst and and they cheated me around 2 Lacks. Intilaly they will start with a small amout and slowly increased the amout up to 50k and after Collection of the mony they will not call or give any service. If we calm they will not respond. Simply they are blood sucking warms of the people. Don't pay any amout. For doing these kind of business they can do sum... business.

This is to inform that I am 53, for the past 3 years I am not having proper job, I had posted my resumes in Job Portals in Dec.2017. On 12/10/2020 in the morning I received a Phone, stating that he is calling from Shine.com and now they are brand of reputed Publication Hindustan Times. He said they are having a Premium Service which I can utilize. Since I am desperate for landing in a good job and Hindustan Times brand name made me to accept the Premium service. Received mail to complete the process. Asked to pay 4660.00 for life long ..Then he said, their executive will interact with me and guide how to reach reputed organisation. He did not say anything about the process/ activities I have to go.. In the eveneing One called in the name of OJha enquired about my job background and asked to send Resume for further action I have to take. He promised and lured me for my vast experience, he can help me to get good package of around 22/23 Lakh .. before that he want to complete verification process. He asked to complete the process which he had sent mail. I recd mail saying proforma invoice.. I was shocked to see it said to pay 5192.00. I said in the morning they did not said expert will ask for money. But he said for Educationverification he need to pay to move forward. Then after transfer he said he had sent another mail to complete the process, again it said to transfer Rs.9556.00 asJob profile verification. He gave so many reason and convinced me to pay, , Then he again said another mail asking for Professional summary for 14748.00 and in every step he said it is the final step without this the whole process is incomplete.. Money I had transfered is of no use. Then he sent another mail asking to transfer Rs.19546.00 as part 2 of Professional verification. He didt not give me any time to think over. If I break the call, the process wont take place, the money I had spent is of no use. I once again transfered money, but showed signal failure. But I receivedmessage saying money has been deducted from my Bank account. But he said he did not received, changed the gateway and asked to transfer the money, So, I again transfered Rs, 19546.. Now he said, the both the verification process Education and Professsion completed.I got some relief and thought now will receive some interview call. He said I will receive Interview calls 2/3 a week on my whatsapp. but for that i need to again complete the process . I received another mail stating to transfer Rs.27964.00 for job on move. Now I really got frustrated and realized my foolishness and believed it is really a Daytime Robbery, I am being Cheated and looted money. I cut the conversation after more than 67 minutes. He again called me to complete the process to get well noticed by repted organization.. In the next morning 13/10/2020 I received two more calls to complete the process. Even after I asked them to refund my money, I dont need their service and will go to consumer court, they said refund policy is not for this package and I have to complete the process to avail the services. I told them I will go to the Consumer Court/forum where they have to answer and face the consequences. But they did obliged. Repeated saying to complete the process and I will be the benefitter in getting job, they wont ask for any money when I get selected.

I want to say, I got fooled by this fraud, I want SHINE.Com ( HIndustan Times) to refund all my HARD EARNED MOney Rs. 73, 248.02 I had paid immediately..

and after that told to pay the processing charges of Rs. 3000. till yet i
didn't get my salary for my work

Hi Team shine,

On 13 october i received a call from an executive name brijesh kumar([protected], [protected]) from shine.com to activate paid service for provide job opportunity and asked to make a payment of via an email link 3292 to process a premium service. I made the payment.

Post that a dedicated person(Abhimanyu, emailid:abhimanyu.[protected]@shine.com, contact Number:[protected], Mobile number[protected]) was assigned to carryout professional and educational verification. For the verification process, again asked for a payment of 4673.This is when I suspected that it is fraud.

Please help me recover my money.

Yesterday i.e. On 14/10/2020 i have received call from Shine.com regarding services support in order to create Linkedin Profile.
For the same call from Mr. Anoop & during the discussion He has fraudulently & with Malicious intentions forced me to remit a payment of Rs.8844.94.
How ever under poor impressions i have paid the same Amount.
But later on realizes that, it was Fraud & unprofessional Act.
Consider the fact i am not at all interested to opt this service. Henceforth Request my Banker to stop Payment.
Also Requesting you to please arrange refund of payment ASAP.
